I am having problems with my Internet speed and it is very bad. iI am I studying online with zoom class and it is not working properly because of network issues.

Jio tower is behind my home but no generator is installed at this tower. After a power cut no network is there. plz do something.

I want to switch off my jio sim because I lost this and another person is using it.

There is no tower system in our area. One is having a very problem with our network. We are not getting the benefit of the network. We know the appeal to you.

Previously I feel idea is bad network but I made mistake in that... jio is the worst network. Common pack customers internet quality is very poor in houses. I feel this is yours company intentional activity. Even cal quality is also worst.

I lost my sim card 6299873074. so for closing this sim i am calling on 198,1991, 18008899999 then the call receiving person tell that call on 18608933333. After calling in this no. call receiving person tell that i am sorry. from here i am not able to close your sim card from here.

I'm jio user from last 3 years but in my area I'm facing the problem of bad network and poor call facility. I called jio center 1 year ago they told that they will not note the complaint. They informed that in your area there is tower which work only when there is electricity.. but as you know in Bihar they are lots of power cut. Kindly change the network tower Or I have to change the sim operator.

Or maine kai baar customer care se baat ki vo sabhi log bol dete h ki aapke kshetra me weak coverage hai. Meri samasya 2-3 months se Sahi nhi ho rhi h. Me Jio sim chalana chhode du kya batao, Ya meri samasya thik ho Sakti hai. Me bahut pareshan kar diya Jio ne.

We are jio network users but are here not getting frequent network and sometimes not able to call other people. We are using 4G sims but it's used like 2G network. Kindly check and provide a jio 4G Tower.

My sim is not able to call on 199,198 or the toll free no. My mobile is mi note 9, please help me. And one more query is I am not getting any network here in my room. so please help me because this problem is occurring for many days.

My Jio net work is not working and it's been more then 2 week please fix this soon.

It has been 3 years that I've have been using my jio sim amd I am not at all happy with the service provided. I'm staying at Fatima Nagar Pune 411040 and all my family members are using jio on oneplus 5, Samsung M30s ect but are really very unhappy due to poor connectivity. Please fix this up as this is my 7th complain up till now amd no effective results are seen.

Where i am living now there internet is too slow some time the sim blocked infact no one make a call and now this days its really troubleing. plz do something on our area its really a poor network area.

Mera 10-15 din se data service ka problem chal raha hai,maine customer care se bhi bat kiya ,lekin ko internet ka solution nahi hua. 15 din ka mera data pack pura West ho gaya. jio walo offers to bahot achi achi batate ho, par service etni ghatiya tede ho.. pack 2 gb ka 3 gb ka per day dete ho nam ke liye aur use karne ke liye network service dete nahi ho.
