I am not able to recharge from my jio app and it doesn't show my data plan. When I go to my data plan and recharge options, this app is automatically shut down. So my humble request to you for updating or proper repair your 'My jio' application.

I did not receive Jio celebration pack can I know the cause as I had an activated data plan but did not got it.

In my location prayagraj uttar pradesh street no.249A internet speed is very bad. internet speed in my location is all time is something 3-10kbs.I calls customer care daily approx 2 month.but my problem does not solve.and this speed is for 24 hours.

I have used jio 4g Sim, Last 6 months Jio Network is very poor and bad experience of jio Internet, my 1.5 GB Data still remains but Internet quality is very poor... Im using honor 9 lite.

I have shifted my number 9491213924 (earlier with BSNL, Hyderabad) to Reliance Jio. Inspite of recharge of Rs.399/- I am not receiving incoming calls and there is no internet connection which is causing lot of problems. Please try to resolve the issue immediately, else I will be forced to shift to BSNL again.

I will activate my watcher but but I have not give the benefit of it when I call the customer care he said that mean the water is only for the redmi mobile but I not use the any mobile of Redmi.

I took a gio giga fibre connection in my home and my number is 299276169932. For the last 10 days the connection is not working properly and every now and then it gets dis connected. Sir I want again my number portale in vodafone because I pay money for unlimited voice call but jio wale kahate hai misused call ke karan service are stopped why? I recharge my number for use not for unuse.

The pack of my Rs498 was going to expire on April 25, 2019, one day before, I recharged the pack of my ₹ 399 and then I got a voucher in my jio application which I redeemed, after that my addon data met. But now I have not received add-on data after 26th April and 27th April and I also call customer care, then on the contrary it is telling me the difference. Now what do I mean that the company is a fraud.

This network is the worst network i have ever used. I am getting the same internet speed from one and half year and they are not solving this problem. Everytime i call customer care they always say that multiple user are using internet at the same time and we are doing work to improve your experience but they didn't done a single thing about solving my problem. Now a days the speed is even worse.

I so many times complete for my slow mobile network to jio customer. But no one take care of my issue. If you doing like this, I and my friends changing to Airtel service, so please provide mobile network for me.
