I went to your jio store at sector-31 market gurgaon.today at around 12.30 pm for recharge. After recharge I asked for a receipt from you staff Mr. Rajinder kumar. He refused to give me a receipt for my recharge of Rs.444.00. When I insisted, he started misbehaving and even used filthy abusive language. This type of behavior is not expected from a grear company staffer like Jio.This gentle man is a disgrace to your company.many other customers in the store also complained about this man.I would like you to please take strict action against Mr.Rajinder kumar. I hope for an urgent and punitive action against Rajinder kumar. please reply at rmsdatta @gmail.com.

I am experiencing very slow Internet speed I have seen the speed does not increase but it gradually decreases day by day if problem persist further I have to then switch over to Airtel. Bcz I am fed up of this slow speed for last 8 months there is no solution I think you also know that you will not do anything regarding this bcz you have customer but you are incompetent of giving good services to the customers. Even your customer care is also pathetic not like airtel they respond immediately and try to give solution. My mobile number is 8 700089164.

Whenever i use wifi network and after i disconnect wifi my jio network is not working infact i am jio data is not connecting just like i dont have it.

Sir, I recharge my Jio number 9123489217 on 5 October 2019 through sbi yono lite but we can't receive the recharge. After that we complaint the SBI nearest branch.

Complaint detail are below

>> resolved the issue as soon as possible and reply me as soon

Its have very bad network on phone. i cant receive calls and i cant make on any response on customer care no any commitment by customer care. What i do every day i will face this problem on my all jio users on it very bad no one can suggest to use jio. Because they not able to solve my problem and i want to port this.

Sir, in my (village-Kathariya, post-Kathariya, District-Ballia, pin code -221713).

Jio tower was established an year ago.... and few months it works properly but after that... the tower gaurd used to sell the maximum amount of diesel and due to which the Generator remains off. maximum time... on an average it remains close more than 10 hours a day and when it closes then the network signal from the phone disappears and we are unable to make any call.

so... please keep this complain in your mind and investigate this matter.

You are giving money and supplying DIESEL just because to improve your network coverage... but They are thieving the DIESEL.

Dear Sir or Madam:

Sub: Request for conversion of Gold plan of Jio Fixed Voice No my account +91-1179651506 of Satish Kumar with Service ID299938089541 from Gold Plan to Bronze Speed .

Free Jio fiber account No +91-1179651506 for 100GB for three months was opened on 23-01-2019 at B-399 Second Floor ,Meera Bagh , New Delhi 110063 in my name Satish Kumar. This was renewed with Rs. zero charge periodically up to 21 December 2019.

On 22 December 2019 I got message on my mobile 9810079013 that my plan will stop working if I do not charge and click on link. When I clicked Rs 18 ,393.84 got deducted for one year . Later on I learnt that it is Gold Plan with unlimited 500 GB /month . My usage is limited and I was satisfied with 100 GB per month, I would like to continue with that. I have airtel connection also and am .satisfied with that. I have also TATA Sky for my TV I am satisfied withat I do not require Jio Fibre TV

I would request you , to convert this connection into Bronze speed with 100GB per month and excess amount be refunded or period for Bronze speed be extended as applicable with in the amount of Rs 18,393 already paid in hurry .

I am facing the network connectivity problems from many days i have even complained in jio care but no necessary action is been taken till now in my area there is the worst network connectivity and coverage. It happens very rarely tht network signal changes from one point to two it always fluctuate within zero or one only.... worst signal and worst network I've used till now thinking to port the sim card.

Actually we have recharged the no. But due to some problem we have Recharged another no. Amount was 2000rs it is not a short amount.... But Jio did not provide any good service to us they neglected directly to help us... This was really bad experience for us we will deactivate every sim of Jio and our relatives too. Employ name Charanjit Kaur supervisor Jio team was too much rigid regarding their services and supervisor and employees too. I will suggest to all Jio customers please try to remove the usage of Jio Sims because they are too much rigid and rude. Now they are behaving like rivers because they did not provide our 2000rs money back or any other help.
