Sir please make a better internet speed as the speed is wrost since last june. It was very good till june but now-a-days It takes so much time to load any page on internet. I cant use my YouTube account. I cant download my study materials. I cant listen my songs online. My 4G internet connection is now useless for me. If it will not make a better connection and speed then I have to change my sim card to other company.

No network coverage in my area since one month.

When I go to Jio Call app to register with my JioFi OTP enter time show 3 minutes but I received OTP 1 or 2 hours later. This problem I face 5 days.

I am not getting 4g fast speed network i ma getting 25 to 35 kbps speed only.

Internet speed is very slow.

Poor signal and poor network in my home. I have complained so many times but neglect my words nearly last 3 years. Now i would like to close my jio account totally my family sims 15. Your outlet providers very negligent persons.

In my location jio net are very slow even i use redmi note 7 My jio number is 7003743581.
My location is Madan mohan burman street, Kolkata 700007, Mahatma Ghandi road Metro station is best. But when i come in my locality internet speed is very slow. I faced problems in every app like play store, internet gaming, fb, insta, youtube etc. So solve my problem.

My phone has lost and i want to block my Sim card. please help me.

I have booked a jio fiber connection on 8th september 2019 with a security money Rs.2500/-. but nobody came to installed my connection as well not responding entire team of Jio. dear concern can you please help me to get my connection installed or money back.

Jio Unlimited Plans are totally fake they commit to give unlimited outgoing calls to their customers but after some days of recharge they block outgoing calls and no one in their customer care department resolve the issue they tell to recharge again and again jio number to active outgoing calls and after recharge of new plan again after few days they block outgoing calls and tell to recharge again.. Very fake plan very Bad Operator and no concerned person in jio for resolving issues.

My simply card was locked and he asked puk code 9696808422.

This sim are working very bad bad bad from those some time and what do I say.. that sim of speed are 1o kbs.. what does this speed equally speed of 4g sim.

I have 1.5 GB daily but after 300 MB net very slow. what is this?

My jio SIM is not working to super fast jio net my all application are not open in jio Sim and this is always very very very very bad speed in night.

I call all time 198 but alll your official staf members say to me you live location is near very big people use jio sim so u feel bad network. u know after why not make new network add in this area why???? i ported my number from vodafone to jio, which is 9517771713. I have my pending outstanding of 176 Rupees. But i am living in bina (MP). In bina vodafone store is not available so i am not able to pay bill. so please give me some (1 week more) to extension to clear my pending outstanding.

About a week back I have ported my number from Idea. But I am not satisfied with the nil signal and very poor voice quality. Can you just resolve this issue immediately. Otherwise, again I have port to better service provider. Hope you will necessary steps to do the needful.

Sir, we have taken jio fiber connection but we haven't get the fiber connected. Only net has been connected. Please verify it. Because it has been more than month when I taken the connection. Will we get connection or not. Please notify us soon. Hope to get your reply regarding it quickly.

I want to note down a problem faced in our area. Not available of internet in our house . please she to it and give better internet to us.

Our area jio network is very poor because the tower incharge not ON the tower that's why joi network always poor in aur area.
