I recharged before a day for 49 only one day it was provide me data the other day it was not providing data y? Very bad experience, i hate this jio network.

Wrost sim ever 2G spees is better than jio and costumer care also dont have manner how to talk with Customer. they excuse always work in progress i was complaint from last 4months but they work now also in progress f**k jio, Worst sim ever.

Jab jio market m aaya tha tab na to speed ki problem thi aur na hi network ki problem thi.
2017 se kitni bar customer care pr complaint kr chuka hu ki internet speed nhi aati h. Har bar yahi bol diya jata h ki team work kr rhi hai. Aisa konsa work h team ka jo 2017 se ab 2019 ho gya h aur team work ab tak hua hi nhi h. Magar ab pichle kuch dino se internet speed poor hone k saath saath network problem bhi hone lga h jiski wajah se na to call hoti h aur na hi call aa pati h. 2017 se yahi bola ja rha h ki customers jyada hone ki wajah se aisi problem ho rhi h. Kya jio itni gareeb company h jo 2017 se ab tak koi naya tower nhi lgaya gya h.
M uttar pradesh k district Bulandshahr k small town siyana se hu. M limit se jyada wait kr chuka hu isse jyada ab meri limit nhi h. Isiliye ab maine is company ko chorne ka mood bna liya h. Mere alava mere ghar m aur aas pass jitne bhi number h ab m un sabhi ko jio leave karunga aur jo bhi mere is comment ko padega use bhi jio chodne ki advice dunga bhut hi bakwas company h koi bhi sidhi baat nhi krta h. Ye company sirf apni gunda gardi dikha rhi h. Ye na to koi problem solve kregi aur na hi kisi ki koi baat sunegi.

I have visited ur Mithapur bus stand, Patna
Branch office they could not give proper service and your customer care executive just given false assurance to restore outgoing&incoming call service & internet 4g. Which is only working as 2g internet speed on newly 4g mobile handset.

Jio sim its not work good. Any were network problem. Net speed is very slow.4G speed are working 2G-3G speed. This sim mean waste of time. Jio employe is not good communicate.this employ hold the call not respond fast.

All your customer care executives give wrong information or they dont know themselves. They also dont register complains about network problem.

Worst customer service form Reliance Jio. Helpline number never connects to thew service executives. No respond the the services connections. I was delayed for the JIO gigafiber Installation and now i am delayed with service. My box is not starting up and all my work is delayed due to this. Thumbs down to Jio.

I got a new jio sim and used the free 4G service but after 6 days now my sim was not working. No calls and internet only no service will be provided my 2G data pack was finished after that my was also not working. Plz help me to restart my sim.

I am Arpit Raj. I am using jio Sim and facing many problem while using this Sim. I am not any changes after discussing my problem on jio complaint number and they always said for waiting and after a big wait i got no changes while using this Sim.

Hello sir i have done mobile recharge of amount 399 and after aaply coupen this amount was 349 on 20/06/2019 and this was unsuccessful and money is deducted from my bank account and this was not refund me.

Jio net speed is very poor in my area. I complain to customer care but not resolved. Pls solve this problem soon.

I am advocate mangesh lohare contact customer hi customer care many time for reason of very poor internet speed . The executive of jio only said your request is forward to team . This is reply given me 4 times. i wanted to complaint against jio authority n team who Handel this network issue . Please provide me proper authority who has solve this problem. Eles i have to reach proper legal authority against all nil team , maintained team , network team, executive. Kindly note if problem is not solve i have to refer matter to consumer forum for same.

i am dipenbhai chaudhary writing this letter about your very bad network in my area and very bad promise by your network team.

last 2 years i am calling for it but your network tram has only one dialogue that is this "our team is working for it and we provide you better service"..therefore i borring them that dialogue and everytimes they gave a time 60 days or 90 days but nothing doing anything.now i asking your team for my response and give me a perfect answer and result.

You committed me my network speed would be 16 mbps but now I get only 1 mbps. And this kind of speed is unnecessary for my regarding software work . so please try to solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will change my network broadband connection.

I reached at gio service centre naraina for repair of gio 1500/_ wala phone. it was my 4th turn about repair.i request to change(exhange) my phone according to their term and condition.on purchase time they told us if it is useless/becomes old we would change it free of cost but today on 17/7/2019 i gave this 1500/_ phone to repair they charge me Rs250/_. i said i would pay by paytm, or phonepay but they refused me and pressed me to pay cash. if telecommunications co.is not digital than how we expect that others would follow digital. sir i faced hard problem i had no cash one my jaankaar was also at jio service centre then he solved giving me Rs 250/ than i made payment at jio service centre. if my jaankaar would not be at that spot it would be loss of 100/_ petrol which i combust and tlme waste was separate.kindly make it cashless.
