Hai sir, I am kept jio Sim from may 13, I am in normal district in Parimandal Village, not receive network, and slow Internet running, not clear voice calls, starting jio Sim full network running and clear voice calls but now not clear net speed and voice calls, ply solve my problem.

Jio is not working in my home and street there is none of network and it work very slow in my area. when I am going full of spacey than network will come and many problem in internet connectivity.

My port company balance pending so out going stopped from jio. We paid rs.331as receipt but not started my jio no. 8828033099. rrn.815879195016.

We are made fool by the jio giving cheap packages earlier and issuing jio sim at everyone door to get more customers and now giving cheap and poor services. Now we are not getting the connectivity at all. This is what you call 4G. At least first start giving proper 2G speed. After calling your helpline number they are replying in your area there are issues of connectivity and most surprising thing is that our area comes in state capital of Gujarat.

On 09.06.2018, I went to Jio vendor for porting in a number to Jio but it was rejected. I again went next day to the vendor but after initial successful message , after sometime, another message was received rejecting the request. Later I received a message to share/ rate my service experience. I may mention here that my two numbers were already transferred without any problems, one of them on 09.06.2018 without any problems but the other one was rejected although the address etc. were the same.

Later I spoke to customer care about it with one Mr. Jaideep who could not help at all inspite of putting me on hold 2-3 times. Then I requested him to let me talk to his supervisor/superior. But to my utter dismay and surprise, the supervisor/superior flatly refused to talk to me, let alone discussing and finding a solution to the issue. If this is the behaviour of your customer care executives, then why open such customer care centres and why have and pay such customer care executives who do not have time to speak to customers even on request, which is their primary job. Therefore I had to put on hold porting in of another family number and taking of one more new number. Why customers should suffer at the hands of your customer care callous executives. Coming to rating the servicing experience, firstly, I would like to state that I was forced to click on a star rating even though I did not want to give any star rating in view of the poor service and worst behaviour.

Under the circumstances, I had to click on one star and started giving my comments, but I was flabbergasted to find that when I completed the feedback, I could not submit the same, the submit button suddenly disappeared from the screen. Thereafter I could not submit feedback from that option despite my best efforts. I do not know whether it was a technical glitch but I firmly suspect that the kind of feedback I was giving could be the reason to block it from reaching the higher authorities. It's a matter of investigation to find the facts. But I am saying this on the basis of circumstantial evidence. If this is how the customer care works, it's better to close such centres and save the customers from further harassment from such unbecoming behaviour of these executives. Choice of response is yours.

I got an coupon of rs.20 paytm Cashback and 2 my vouchers coupon for 5 GB at 0 rs. When i went to Chakan jio retailer he told me we dont know anything and i will not recharge your coupon, will i pay for your coupon?" This was his language. Even he is not response me. So plz this kind of your retailers are. Which are not good to customers. It will loose your jio,s name. Quickly suspend this retailer of Chakan jio store. they have very bad behavior.

Today recharged with Rs 399 for 84 days thinking that the cashback of Rs 100 will be provided but it is not so. Pl let me know the status. Why and how it is so?
