I am a jio customer. On incoming calls it always says out of coverage or switch off, although it has full network. So that my incoming callers can't contact me. Please solve my problem. Customer care never received my call. How can I complain??

Jio network is being not stable in Manipur Imphal since many year back mostly in thangmeiband near DM college. so the concern authority should come analysis the the the technical problems of Jio in Manipur in order to solve the prevailing Jio network issue.

I have ported the sim from vodafone to jio in the month of Jan-18 but some outstanding dues were there which is paid my me on ur notification for Rs 272/- which I have paid on 16/4/18 vide Receipt no GUJ140C180416_51253522 dt 16/4/18 at vodafone store center GUJ-VFS Chandkheda. pl activate the sim as soon possible.

Your Jio internet is the 3rd class type of internet service. The speed of 4G internet is much slower than Airtel 2G internet. I am very frustrated using this.

Why you are not a good customer services.if you are not able to serve then you have to tell the customer that you are not able to serve in your area since last week you make me fool.every time same answer we are working on it.you have to tell when you solve the problem I m not asking today or tomorrow. please tell me time when you can solve the problem.

My cell No.9987709700 is porting from Airtel to Jio from January of February-2018. Due to pending Airtel bill Rs.252.47/- my Jio cell no.9987709700 is suspended from yesterday i.e. 20.04.2018 till date. I m calling Jio customer care for my problem. They have told me please pay Airtel bill amount. I have paid my Airtel pending bill of Rs.253/- today i.e. on 21/04/2018. That's receipt no. is 01515203758303 and personally inform it to Jio center at Palghar.

So I m kindly request to you, please resume my jio service as early as possible.

Bhai aaplog koi kitni bar complain karna parega yaar. 12 February 2017 se kar raha hu complain koi fark hi nhi par raha hye kya baat hye, eek dam k****e ki dum ho kya sab, recharge karwane ke liye to bara request karte ho. jaishe ki hamare hi paishe se tumlogo ka ghar chalata hye to proper net speed kyu nhi date ho. kya baat hye?

I am connected to Religion Jio since beginning.

I recharged my Jio no.6395474676 in my Jio for RS. 399 on 17 Apr 18 appx. at 1400 hrs, through SBI debit card. Recharge amt was deducted from my acct as msg recd fm bank "thx for purchase worth RS.399 on POS RELIANCE JIO txn #LU622922385. My services were restricted on 18 Apr. Rel. Care was conducted & given all the details, he said if linked no. were selected, I used rel No. 8830746529 upto Jan 18, which was surrendered due to my transfer & lack of linking to aadhar. Raised SR00000JXTCUU on 18/4, replied to solve within 48 hrs . He was On 22/4 again contacted rel. CCare that problem remains unresolved & named Komal replied to resolve issue in next 48 hrs . Recd a MSG that we R working on your SR & will be resolved in next 48 hrs. On 22/4 when contacted at rel C Care mr. Naresh asked every detail which were given earlier on two occasions. He also similarly said that we will look into the matter & intimate in next 48 hrs.

In this scenario what should I do. If digital Jio cannot solve a problem in shortest possible time & helpful to customer than who else. It will be almost a week i feel that such complaint be resolved at highest priority so that we feel free to be connected with JIO. Otherwise, if delayed we have right to choose who is the best.
Anxiously waiting 4 reply & resolve the issue.

Hii customer care executive are not behaving properly with customer Ex.Prajakta recent executive. My net is not working properly since 1month i already make setting of phone still not working properly.

My Jio no. 6395474676 SR00000JXTCU, SR00000K207W & SR00000K40C2, Remain pending since 18/4/18. Amount deducted from my SBI .acct but no. Not recharged. How long will you take to resolve the issue?

There is no network of Jio in our area, please solve this problem.
