Jio TV is not working when I use Wi-Fi network. What should I do then....?

I want to resume my jio number and yesterday I went on a jio store. I saw the retailer and customer care executive blame each other for my work. both can not decided who will solve my problem finally customer executive told me that retailer have to solve my issue, I can not help any more. Retailer told me I can not resume your sim card and he treated very badly with me I can't explain. His name is kundan and his store is on bhootnath road, patna near NMCH patna bihar.

I have jiophone and the phone recharge are very good like 49rs unlimited call 50sms 1GB data for 28days. but i want more days like 84days but the plan is expansive 399rs. and the plan for android phone but i dont have android smartphone. i know that 399rs plan is also working in jiophone but i dont want it because my data use is very poor. so i want new plan like 49rs and if we are doing + 49rs plan more than three time so answer is 147rs and i want the 147rs and benefit. i suggest 150sms 3GB and unlimited voice call for 84days, but how is happened and tell me guys how is this 147rs plan for jio phone. i think the plan is very good for jiophone.

I am having a very bad experience with jio aince last 2 months. The services are not provided the way promised. There is a problem of network every time. Since 5 days there is no outgoing, only incoming. I am completely disappointed with jio. I can't even contact the customer care. The calls can't be connected. Everything takes time in loading. Whatsapp messages are not being sent. Can't even search anything. This is disgusting.

I bheem kumar writing from mahipal pur new delhi , pin no 110037, filed a complain through voice calling on 198 on dated 20.11.2017 vide your reference id no sr00000f2hc9 regarding subject matter. On that time I had been assured that your issue will be solved till 21 February 2018 and asked for wait by your representative. On behalf of that I recharge my mobile with rs 399. But the problem are being faced by me as on date.

It is also submitted that I am also filed a complain to consumer forum vide complain number 618282. Submitted for your information and necessary action.

I am use jio service very long time but jio service not properly give me jio network are bad customer care are bad call not connected properly sms not send jio tune not set my number i am live in agra in district jagdishpura only one tower for jio network i am note the complain extra tower stand in jagdishpura so the complain are resolve but for customer care two day replay my phone not update but jio i am use in my phone.

Please solve my complain urgent, as soon as possible. Otherwise m port my number in idea network.

The net speed is very low from last 5 days, we have taken jiofi4 device last one month back it had worked properly in starting.but the signal is showing green(left side of the device).my jio number: 6300655883.

Since from so many days I'm not calling from jio number because without any usage of calls il be getting messages stating that... We notice that your Jio number 8073106691 is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms and conditions under which the services are being provided. Please take immediate action to discontinue such misuse, failing which your free voice services on this number will be curtailed/discontinued without any further notice. Please do check and do needful else i will port out to other network.... Thank you.
