Hey 7019953830 this is my Ariel postpaid number. my internet is very slow and I want to try 5 to 6 times to make a call. when I came to my home internet is damn slow I have no words I'm totally gone mad by your damn airtel service. 4 times I complaint to customer care but no use. Pls solve my problem otherwise I don't pay ur bill amount, I'll see what will happen.

Dear Sir,
We are regular customer from since last two years in nagpur, maharashtra. Airtel outlet situated at Mount Road extn, sadar, nagpur. We paid bill for oct 17, nov 17 and recently dec17. Our monthly corporate plan bill come near about 3300 to 3900 not above that. But on 3rd Jan 18 we received call from your office that our bill is pending for last two months i.e. Nov & Dec 17. and we know that we have paid bill of Nov17 only dec17 bill was pending due to not received of hard bill copy.
So I humbly request you to mail us Account Statement for Last 4 months.

hiii i am an airtel user and using the service from previous 2 years . Initially the service was best . and i was happy form that,but from previous 2 months internet speed seems to be worst . It gives maximum 100kb speed on downloading from any surf engine on the other hand it gives 1MB on you tube and play store .
making a hotspot form mobile and downloading a content on lappy provides good speed. i had reinstalled internet setting, also changed the APN but nothing works.

this problem is away from my knowledege .please provide the superior solution otherwise i will switch to another network after the completion of time period of activated planof 199.
hope u will solve the problem.

I have got a worst network I am feeling very and worried after choosing such a no proper signal service and customer service I have given complaints about the problem but they didn't answer to me so I will not encourage this network and if anyone asks me i will suggest me not to prefer this network.

I'm an Airtel user n my no. Is 9634017990. I recharge with local and STD SMS and I can't send any msg to anyone. I want my money back and I will not use this service anymore and I will tell everyone that this service is just to snatch money from people. Are you happy by snatching money not by giving service. I have given money how much more money do you want?

Its the damn worst card that I have ever seen in my life but it have reason In nashik shramik nagar or eels in shivaji nagar their is no range to airtel my friends just recently complent about it but they won't do any thin
Its said that airtel is the fastest network in India but it won't when I use airtel it is an worst network place some time I won't download movies,TV episode of shamless, Supergirl and also of s.h.I.e.l.d so what the fucking card is it can't run fast as fast u explain so it is an humble request for the customer care to make it India's fastest network then make it the words fastest network still facing problem so plz fix it

I have taken one year plan with airtel for hello tune and whenever i called for latest song update i always get the ans that this song is not yet updated.

Recently i called to update the song Dil diya gallan from the movie Tiger zinda h which was released almost a month ago and today i called so it was not yet updated in airtel... On the other hand other companies have already updated the song 2 months back.

Secondly i called airtel for internet issue that i have taken 4g plan but i am getting the 2g speed on this issue there is also no response on the customer feedback. This will be my last request to airtel or else i have 20 to 25 connection in my company of airtel network i need to port them all.

Hey Airtel your service is too rough and network is not good please change your staff name Payal and her number is 8169392020. She called me for porting my number in Airtel then not receiving my call. She is not able to provide services to customers so what she is doing in company.

I was using vodafone networks and my friend suggested me to get port my no. to Airtel as i had bought a new samsung S8 . He advised me that if your phone will get anytype of damage then airtel will get it repair if you choose their insurance plan mean to say secure plan And the same i did. Switched to airtel and paid my bill on time as airtel can check i am a valuable customer paid my bills always on time but some days ago my phone was just slipped out of my hands when i was just accidentally bumped by a supporting staff member of my company.I tried to claim my insurance but its India and all maximum here are just to eat the brains and to suck the blood of people.

The customer care members tried to make me fool that we only can support accidental damages then someone tell me what was that incident .it was an accident ..nobody will break his own costly mobile of Rs 62000 .Even after that i am using this cheap company but not anymore i am a teacher in Mukherjee Nagar delhi. I use to go to different branches of my company for my lectures and have students in thousands . The company should check how many numbers get ported to different companies after 1st of november as i asked all my students to do so and they did and it will continue in the future too. On the other hand i am a very busy personality but even after that i will take a leave and will see airtel in consumer court soon. I just hate the company after this awkward and cheap behaviour with their valuable customers.

3 months before I went to one of your gallery at Gandhi Chowk,Badlapur (east) to link my number with adhar card number.

Mukesh was the person who gave me service to link my adhar.He said me that I can't link my adhar card with prepaid sim,if I want to continue i need to take postpaid sim.we were enjoying your services since 8 to 9 or more than that....so we don't wanted to discontinue the service.i asked him how many months after I can change my postpaid sim to prepaid so he said only 3 months you have to use postpaid sim then after you can apply for prepaid sim.Today I complete 3 month of your condition,and went to that store,so one of their staff said me you have to use one more month to apply for prepaid .By when I said them, the person who force me to take postpaid sim was said I supposed to use sim for only 3 months,then he said it's impossible he is the owner of the shop and he can't say like this....then I request them to give a number where should I can't complain about my difficulties then they said you can not give complaint on call...I said them that how can a network companies don't have a number to listen their customer's complaint??then he argued with me about go and ask to company....if I can ask directly to company then why are galleries are open up?? galleries are to care of their customers Na??so I kindly request you to take proper decision about this and to take proper action to that shop.
