Myself selva from ramanathapuram district,yesterday my airtel prepaid sim was locked so i wnt to the nearby airtel store to change the sim with same number i paid the amount of 150/- for the new sim replacement but today i received the message from airtel that the replacement amount is Rs 50/-..kindly return my amount Rs 100/-.

Maine 19 sept.2023 ko apna recharge kiya tha jo galat nambar par ho gaya hai. plz refund kar dijiye

Had a issue of internet not working couple of days back around 2:30’ morning. Made a complain told me atechnician would visit 12:30 or before that, 12:30 I was told technician would come around 4:00 clock. Today again had a issue spoke to meera customer service, was told technician would come between 1 to 2:00 o clock afternoon. When technician did’nt arrive called again, now was told it will happen tomorrow morning 9 o clock. Spoke to mumta supervisor, asked anybody I can speak to, a higher level so as to what is happening should be reviewed and such terrible discomfort with customer should’nt happen. I was told, nothing more just give your feedback on 121 @customer care , this is our good Airtel doing with customer, suffering the negligence of customer care thks.

Today (27.10.2023) at 13.51 p.m and at 18.25 hours two calls are made from phone No. 91 9046473673 asking me about my interest for mobile tower installation on my roof or any vacant land and during such conversation, having my interest, I was asked to forward my land mark documents through whatsapp No. 8697540425 by 3 p.m. I followed the instruction. Now, I intend to have the genuineness of the same. Please help in the matter.

Mere yahan Airtel Fiber laga hua hai, 5 month ka recharge 1175 ka hota hai. Ab yah recharge ho nahin raha hai, bada pack hamare use nahin aata hai isliye meherbani karke 1175 wala pack 5 mahine ka karen.

Internet is not working. The call is automatically getting disconnected while calling. I have been complaining for 3 months.Sir till now there is no solution for this problem.Talks about such high speed network. Currently, 3G is not working on Airtel. Even Facebook is not opening properly.

It has been a week but no one give proper answer from customer care about why my fixed line and broadband is not working properly. Airtel is the worst service provider... Thank you.

I paid Rs.500/- my monthly bill on 22.6.24 and the balance in the fine amount Rs. 59.66 out of Rs.100/ is only pending. This amount will be paid in the next bill. In the airtel app it was mentioned that Rs 59.66 is pending and again imposed fine for this small amount, which cannot be accepted.
