I recharged my prepaid air tel mobile no-9938292024 in the month of December 2017 for in and around 365days by online. Money has deducted from my account around 900.00+ & 600.000+ as offered by air tel company to get 4 G high speed data and unlimited calls as heavily advertised by that company . But mo-bail is not charged. I have complained in BHUBANESWAR SANDY TOWER HOTEL CAMPUS COUNTER, Jaydev Vihar, Bhubaneswar. My money is not returned till to date in my account.

Totally bad service. I am calling customer care center but totally bad response, every airtel staff is giving wrong information to customer.

I need to raise a complaint against airtel for looting my money.

WHATSMOB get activated without my consent and Rs 150 get deducted from my balance. I immediately deactivate it, but still refund has not happened. Why are you guys looting hard earned money of people. If I don't get back my money, I will port the number and use different carrier. I' ll make sure I will file a lawsuit in consumer court. I have enough SMS evidences.

We have airtel landline broadband connection 01204229650. We had asked to change over to Plan 499 several months back but no action has been taken on it and we are being billed very heavily on old plan rate. You are charging us ITV charges whereas we have no ITV .

Request you to promptly look into our bill put us on Plan 499 and refund extra charges paid by us.

I am an Airtel user. I am using 448 data pack in my present Airtel no 7320862021. I had used remaining data of my account from 11:26 pm on 14th March 2018 but regularly at 12:02 am on 15th March 2018 but as we know the data renew from 12:00 and we get 1.4 GB data but it's count my previous use data with renew data and showed me You have used 1.4 GB data today. How is it possible? It's very bad policy why will You include my previous data with renew data and cut all data of my account.
