Complaint about balance deduction
My Airtel prepaid mobile number is 7226885208. I have data pack on this number. But my main balance is deducted whenever I use net. I have lost around Rs 100. Please solve this issue otherwise I have to stop using your services.

Thank you for refunding Rs 12/- that was deducted without my consent for providing Value Added Services which I did not requested for. But, I am not at all satisfied because other such deductions in previous months were not refunded. The cases were similar. I request you to take note of those deductions and please refund my money immediately.

Return for money - extremely less data
Dear sir, I am subscribing 599 plan but your company is not giving me justified calls or data. It is giving only 3gb data and limited calls whereas in lesser plans it is giving much higher data and voice calls moreover your customer care is not hearing to my complaints. Your customer care executives are trying to make revenue loss to your company. They suggest me to migrate to lower plans 399 or 499 to get higher data and voice calls instead of enhancing data limit and voice calls for 599 plan. Please resolve my complaint at 121 which has not been resolved till date.
Bill paid but showing pending
Already i pay my landline bill my airtel money bank to 411 rs 12/09/2017 time 12. 10am but still showing my land line bill pending. Airtel money to my amount already debit last 6 days ago. I complain 400 dial they not taking complain. so now settle ur bill, i want to cancel my land line connection.

Distributor sold postpaid sim without telling
Your distributor cheated me.. he gave me postpaid sim without informing me. I was forced to pay the bill from airtel store. Distributor didnt inform me about the postpaid plan. he gave me saying that it was a prepaid sim.
He offered me 1gb per day plan of 28 days and I got a bill of 921rs. Dnt trust anymore #airtel. Moreover no verification was done and i am completely cheated. Customer care executive assured me refund but I was again cheated. I need refund. Plz know my situation... not my fault.

Poor net speed

Complaint is not being attended since a month
Our A/C Nos. 7027152445 and 7027152537 and the land line Nos are 040-40073336 and 040-40074446 respectively. Since 21st August we are not getting static IPs i.e. 122.175.47.54 and 55. Our frequent complaints have gone in vain.No body is responding and not bothered about the pending complaints.
We may be forced to cancel the 3 connections (another land line). Some body should take care of the complaints.

Disconnection of my 4G Airtel dongle
Dear sir,
Please disconnect my 4G Dongle bearing no 7032459666 since I am not able to use it because of poor network. I complained for that and they told that they are working on it. Since it is post paid, I paid monthly rental of Apprx Rs 600 since June 2017. Now I am receiving voice messages of due amount. I contacted my Vizag Airtel shop from where I took connection and they told that it will take 2-3 months since tower is under construction. You can verify from your record that not once this data card is used since I took on june 2017. Please disconnect it immediately so that further inconvenience will not caused to me. connection will be revived when network improves.

Pl arrange to disconnect immediately the broadband (Account No.7031840435) connection along with landline (No.040 48515167) facility given at Kukatpally, Hyderabad at installation time as nobody is staying in that door number now. I have paid the current dues of Rs.826/- today at your Kakinada office by debit card. LL instrument was not provided. An immediate action is highly appreciated.
