I am girish Parikh last so many days observed your service criteria was very poor no one responsible, where we trust and where we explained our problem. Please focus on your network in nand gram ghaziabad its irritating since last 6 month and if it is not solved within 1 week i will port in vodafone.
Deactivate of unlimited local and STD calls
Since you are giving an offer of 399 which is 70gb (1gb/day) and unlimited local and std call validity for 70 days, i have recharge it from the shop on 18 july 2017 to my mobile no. 9612867136, until yesterday the call is working just fine but today the call does not work saying that you have insufficient balance to make and outgoing call. Why is that happening? Please make sure you activate the calls until the said validity. The internet is working fine 1gb/day but the calls please settle it at the earliest. Be a good customer service and we the customer will be good to you.
Deactivation of broadband/landline connection
Due to regular fault in your service of broadband, i am willing to de-activate my broadband connection. from last two month i have paid full rent, while less services rcd from airtel. despite frequent complaints issue is not resolve, do me the favour by de-activation.
Data pack not activated
I have recharged(9500772504) in airtel app for Rs.648/- on 12-08-2017 . The pack includes unlimited calls +3.5Gb data + 2.5GB/day . But 2.5Gb/day data pack is not activated.When ever i am using data u guyz are debiting my balance . Till now you are debited more than Rs.100/- from my balance. For tower and network problem

Non-receipt of data under 349/- plan
I had recharged my pre-paid mobile - 9810664379 with a plan of Rs. 349/- i.e. 1gb/day with unlimited calls for 28 days vide transaction Reference Number - 1708177946707 dated 18.7.2018. Accordingly message was received : Recharge successful. Unlimited All local & STD calls+1GB 3G/4G data per day for 28 days. But no data has been credited in my account. How the way Airtel is working depriving the customer of legitimate right. I need this mistake to be corrected immediately with additional 2 GB data for 17th and 18th August 2017.
Can't get benefits which were promised
I am a long time user of Airtel service... The scheme is come with if I upgrade my 3g sim to 4g sim I will get 10gb of 4g data as free for month I did it but now approx 6 months or more are passes but not get that. what you promise bad service.
Complain againt your service in our area
Sir, I am sad to inform you that previously i hv bsnl connection on dt 08.08.2017 i have ported my sim to your company by hearing about your services, but all was is vain my problem was that first of all every time we get busy and when and the same problem at the time of incoming, or any call comes then sounds disappear we cant hear sound and most of the time tower was not shown network. Your r giving 4g connection though i hv 4G connection network was worst than bsnl. We dont get any complain no where to complain about the network issue. In 198,121 and 09933099330 number we have to hear computer system lectures after that no result. Plz help me.

Disconnection of mobile services
I am using airtel prepaid no 9866584031 since 1999 so far no problems. We came USA in the month of 16th march 2017 so I was not using 9866584031 August 10th received airtel message that phone services disconnected. It becomes big problem since we have given this number for all contacts like gas, banks and other important. So pl take necessary action for reactivate same number if any dues I will pay. send to my email address how to reactivate or if I want same number what I have to do. we will comeback India September. Blocking of outgoing calls on my cell no
We, Rajesh Varkhedkar, A.G. Varkhedkar and Mrs. S. A Varkhedkar have apooled arrangement with your AIRTEL and have deposited sufficient amount in your AIRTEL bank thru which we pay monthly bills for cell nos. 9322692189, 9987083198 and 702891938. This months Bills have already paid for all three mobile nos. and confirmation of having debited concerned amount also is received. But despite this we were getting threatening calls of for not paying an amount of Rs.258. for cell no. 9987083198. And despite confirmation from your retail branch in Viman Nagar, that there is no out standing, my cell 9987083198 is blocked. No out going calls are happening. This is ridiculous. Appreciate your intervention and starting my cell immediately.

I had sent a mail on 20/08/2017 for deactivation of my postpaid mobile No. 9771417880 as I have come on overseas trip. After discussion with customer care on 121 I had deposited Rs.1330. I am still awaiting reply / response from customer care.

If need be I shall complain with the Consumer Forum. I am also requesting all my friends and colleagues about non responsive attitude of Customer Care of Airtel who claims to be No. 1 mobile phone service provider.
399rs recharge offer
I am not getting this new offer of 399rs prepaid plan for 84 days only 349rs plan is getting, while others are getting 399rs plan in mumbai from the app. Plz solve this problem or i may shift to jio or vodaphone. Number is 9004802274 mumbai.
