As i lost my jio sim so i blocked the sim through jio care cente. As per the guidance of jio care i visited nearby jio stores to get same number duplicate sim but my fingerprint was mismatched it says that my name/date of birth is mismatched. Few days back i corrected my name in aadhar so i have doubt because of that it shows mismatchedor any other reason. Kindly help me how to get the same jio number because i am prime member as well as i am using dan dhana dan scheme. Do the needful.

In this matter I like to draw your kind attention that without my permission this no was postpaid what is the reason , as customer i like to know what is the value of customer's. Kindly update or cancel my Jio Phone pe-book order.

I have booked an Jio Phone on Jio official website. I got an notification on screen of Successful Pre-book Order, but showing Registered with Incorrect owner mobile number. My Order Transaction ID Is FV000003BM64.

I am using iPhone and always getting "No Service" at TWO places. 1 Pimple Saudagar, Pune and Behind More Mega Store, Marathahalli, Bengaluru. The local iPhone users are getting the perfect signal whereas I am not. The only alternative left for me is to replace the sim. Please inform me whom to contact for replacement of sim at Mangaluru, Karnataka.

In online recharge by jio money first time 399 recharge have done then it have not sucessful but 399 have taken by my account and second time also, please refund.

This is regarding my deactivated jio sim 8700447751, i have been to my near my jio store many times before since last 3-4 months but every time they sent me back with the statement that server is not working and after that long time now today on call they are saying they the don't work on the services of the reissue of the new sim card.

Please note that the sim i got from my office with an corporate postpaid plan, i need this sim on an urgent basis as too i have requested to the people working there in store .

One of the coordinator there revert me that ' complaint krna h krdo, hum saturday sunday reissue pr kam nahi krte', and also on conference with one of the jio cutomer care he told the same thing like ' Saturday Sunday rush hota h, isly nahi krte'.

My question is if the stores aren't meant to service the complaints of the customers so for what reason they are open for?

I have been visiting to that place since last 3 months just only for getting reissue of the deactivated sim., and even if Saturday and Sunday is not working day for you then please publish this on your website and in the stores too.

I am hereby giving you the details of the near Jio store :

Its a very humble request to jio team to give atleast >100 KBPS so that I can do basic surfing. I think its the problem with the area. Plz solve the issue as fast as u can.

I am writing with deep sorry for ur lazy service that after my jio no-7002975857 got recharged with 400 for 309 plan on 1st sep at arround 10am. Even paying more of 99 rupees my data pack has not been activated as yet for which complaint has been taken, so lately at 11.30pm night after informing 3 times over phone about this. I am writing this complaint through my wife sim.

I was recharged jio prime and DDD bundle Aug 4, but in my jio app it show offer expire date is sep 2, it show only one month benefit, but I am recharged 3 month benefit, please solve this problem.

I have jio sim but not a 4g speed in my village under 200kb speed. over village have center under 100 village. than other company give better service, but i have jio recharge,a nd over 200 friends group jio sim use. so tower sim capacity very law but user are more than. so kindly resolve our problem.

After recharging my jio on 1st Sep 2017 i find that my jio speed is not even 2G speed. Even after i recharge message from your company still come saying that your jio speed and out going call has been restricted. Why do you try to fool other like this?

I have post paid jio connection no8700450721. I did not get any bill for payment till 31.08.17 and on 1st September they disconnected both voice and data services. I immediately on 1.09.17 made a payment of 399 thru jio app which has been acknowledged by them and they told me that services will be restored within 2 hours.when it did not happen, i contacted thru 198 and they said we are taking this complaint and the same will be resolved within 48 hours. when after 48 hours it was not resolved, I contacted 198 and they once again write the complaint and told me that the will be resolved within 48 hours. It is a disgusting experience. It seems Jio does not care for their customers. Pathetic.
