I had ordered a cycle hero blade 26t cycle from flipkart when it was delivered I got a second hand cycle there were dust on the rear tire, some screws were also missing the stand was also not there. Then I requested flipkart to replace it then they replaced it. It had came after 3 days and when the the second cycle had came the seat and seat pillar was not there. Then I tell this to the delivery man then he told me to call to flipkart. When I called to flipkart they did not answered the question they are telling that we have to wait till 21 may 2017. I had the cycle on the first time on 12 may 2017 how many days to wait for a seat or they are telling to refund it. I wanted it fast if you are giving the seat and pillar. So I do not want replace nor I want to refund it. Please do something sir I wanted the cycle to ride it in vacation but there so much problem. I thought flipkart is the best site for shopping but I had not expected this from you flipkart please do something for me.

need to replace back my new phone-MI - note 4 back since it was broken on receipt but unable to get in touch with anyone in your department.

Got the product and seal was tampered. When raised request for return, it was cancelled twice. Person came for pick up was unable hold the product because he was on motorcycle.so he denied and told us that product will be picked up next day. Some other person came next day without acknowledgement slip and again the request was cancelled from your side stating product mismatch. How can you say without even checking the product. Now today again return request is cancelled. what do you think the customer is fool? He/she will chase u guys every time. Called customer care and still waiting for someone to call. Worst experience twice.

Its better person should purchase product from Amazon, at least they don't fool their customers what they commit they do it. Refund my money asap.

I bought a leeco le 2 phone from flipkart and its been only 4 months and now my phone doesn't charge. When I went to leeco care they said that the company has shut down and there will be a charge if I want to repair it...though its on a warranty. Do I still need to pay, that is not fair. Its a type of scam against the consumer. I am going to file a complain against the leeco and flipkart as well... I have tried to contact leeco helpline centre as well but no response... Its ridiculous.

I have SanDisk micro SD HC 32GB memory card purchased from Flipkart. Memory card not working properly even after formatting. data i stored on it occupies space but don't show any image and video that i stored on it. I contact to SanDisk customer Care for this problem they said, memory card is not genuine after verifying by SanDisk. Company delivered fake products.

Hello, why are you all playing with my money like this I ordered mid note 4 worth 12999 but I received micromax basic set worth 1999 and payments has been deducted from my account why are you all making our life's miserable. I am working as an HR business partner I will stop giving flipkart vouchers to my colleagues you all are fake and never tried to help me or console me regarding my order I will give police compliant if this does not get sorted out.

My order of Lenovo K5 note was not delivered by Ekart delivery boy even after producing replacement mobile Invoice & IEME no. on back of phone.

I being a regular customer i don't received my product on time. Request you too check my last two order , one of nike backpack which was not delivered to me an your logistic team has stated that I did not answered call were in i had not recived any call from your team. Second time were I had order a laptop backpack and jbl Bluetooth speaker which was committed too me that it will be delivered by 20th May before 7 pm or till 7 pm by ur customer service associate twice or trice on call as I was awaiting for product from 6pm to 7 pm even after office was closed. Later i had call your customer services team to check or for any resolution but no resolutions was provided to me as they were stating that you will have to reorder/cancel or will have to re-dispatch this order at same place in next 24 hour's. I tried explaining your team for 40 min on call that after 24hours no single person will be available at same place, kindly change that address as it is not my fault for product being undelivered. But I think your associate are not capable to check such thing as he was only stating that it will be delivered at same address and cannot change it.

What should I suffer for this? Is it my fault that i trust flipkart blindly? Just for a delivery i wasted my 2 hours because of ur wrong commitments.

Note still i have not received my product and no resolution has been provided.

I ordered colorbar eyeliner brush..but i received blending brush instead of d one i ordered. it was prepaid and i trusted flipkart i was very sure to receive d same. after i came back from summer vacation my neighbour handed over me my product after unpacking it when i found that it was not d product i ordered i called flipkarts customer care service dey said it has been 20 days. my product was delivered on 7 may 17 and i complained on 26 may 2017.. which is today. they told me dey cannot help me out.. i xplained dem dat i havent unpackd product frm original packing. my invoice was wid me everything. still dey dint. i want my product to be replaced wid d one i ordered. if flipkart is goin to lead d same way soon it will loose its trust among customers. same case happened wid amazon n dey refunded my money within 7 days.

Damage product Moto E3 mobile was send to me. this mobile damage only 15days and service centre person told there is no guaranty on this product. very bad product.

I am getting your help line number, she can not give me the correct answer repeatedly speak to me to wait. What's wrong with me that i had to wait so much. i request you please please do not bother me anymore. flipkart is a popular site so i believe in it, i am waiting for you justice.

Not satisfied with the time taking for replacement and refund. I have placed an order on 29-may-2017 and received a damaged product. i have requested for replacement and refund of my money. Executive has said sir your deliverer status did not after 3 day and they said my refund amount we are unable to refund your money without update my order and am trying to call customer care again again but there is no response. This is really not acceptable i think this is not a good customer service which is promised by a flipkart to service a good relationship with customer. i request you to look into this immediately since i am the regular customer (you can check the history of mine on flipkart). If this is the case then i need to put it in forums please and i requesting you team kindly refund my money of two orders.

When I placed my return request the technician will come and asked for money for pickup my phone, when I denied he update the status as the phone is ok. And the flipkart executive told me once the request is denied we are unable to help you. And they give the email address cs-head@flipkart.com.

I recievd today my order by flipkart, micromax bolt supreme4 Q352, its front camera 5MP is working properly but rear camera not working very very Dull pic it seems it will be 0.5MP.

My order detail is: Order ID: OD109309952578545000 (1 Item). pls replace it or return my money. Internal memory is showing only 3GB while in feature showing 8GB. Poor quality product got today.
