Dear team,

I'am totally disappointed for the first time with flip kart team. The description says, it has 25 sheets which can hold 20 cards each, but the folder i got had 25 sheets of which each sheet can hold only 10 cards summing up to 250 cards only. Requesting flipkart customer care for their reply.If the right mentioned product is not available please get me my money back.

Oder id OD107897715913582000 I am Order 19 Dec 16 Order delivery 19 Dec and installation item received 24 Dec but installation is no complete 12 day are complete but not installation why? I am again and again complaint the customer care but nothing properly solve my problem and please return my order. I had purchased footwear as per details given i.e. size-9,article no. 9001-1, SKU ID 9001QUANT1-BLACK-9, Brand - Zoot24, color code - Black& style code but its life remain only two months. It shows that you supply substandard items & like to cheat customers. So it is requested that please replace it immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a product from flipkart(X-WELL Womens T-Shirt...with tracking ID FMPC0171915795) which cost Rs.349.I received the product today at 5pm.Three of them was there in it, but when i opened the cover, one of them was damaged(torn). So i kindly request you to please take the product back and return the specified amount that i have already paid. Hope you would take considerable and convincing steps to my complaint. Thank you.

I ordered moto-e power mobile but when I got this mobile, I found mobile mobile camera speaker not working and on same day I raised issue & ask for refund from flipkart but their customer care now answering properly. Flipkart technician verified the mobile is defective but still they are not providing me refund, they provide me replacement mobile after 7 to 8 days , my time & money both wested. Pls advise how can I file case against flipkart in consumer court.

I'm very very disappointed with flipkart . I've ordered a hero cycle from flipkart yesterday for an offer of Rs 3850 and my order was successfully placed and I payed the amount in advance and my payment was also accepted and all the details was given to me at that time. and suddenly today I received a message that my order has been cancelled automatically and I was shocked how did this happened. I am a regular customer of flipkart and flipkart did this cheap thing to me I'm very disappointed. I want proper answer from the seller why did he cancelled my order it's a seller's fault that he gave wrong information about price. I've ordered this cycle for my little brother as a birthday gift. and when my brother heard that his cycle has been cancelled by flipkart he gets very upset. I want to tell flipkart that due to all this frauds your image and goodwill is spoiling in my family and friends. so want justice and I request flipkart if actually cares about their customers then they will accept my order again with same price and please I also request you that please stop all this kinds of frauds with customer and I want quick decision. I booked Lenovo mobile k5 plus 3 on 4 January, my booking is confirmed and Dispatch date is 9 Jan, on 9 Jan the courier boy is ring near about 5 p. M, I am in meeting, I am giving address, but he is unable to search my address, when I talk to courier boy he is given assurance for delivered mobile tomorrow, but I received message from Flipkart at 9.40 p. M today that I have rejected the order my tracking order is fmpc0172861387. pl give reply my mail on urgent basis.

Today again I'm writing this mail to inform you that I'm still waiting for my refund it has not been given to me in the given time period. Almost a week is completed since my order has been cancelled and I didn't got any message regarding my refund. The seller is making very delay in returning of my refund. Now I can say that the refund policy of flipkart is disappointing. I trust flipkart because in earlier case I've got my refund in only 3 days but now no response at all. This cycle order makes me in trouble and now I regret why did I placed that order? My money is got stuck and I think I'm not gonna get my money back again. My parents are also angry on me because I ruined their money and now they are asking me to give their money back. Now you guys tell me what should I do? You guys making delay and delay and I am getting into trouble. I want to ask to seller that if he'd knew that the offer (of Rs3849) he is giving to the customers is not valid then why did he accept placed my order and accept my payment and then after one day he suddenly cancelled my order with an excuse that 'this offer is not valid any more and we're canceling your order'. What is that ? You guys are cheating with you regular customers by providing them with wrong information. and this fraud has been happened to me first time and may be it will be happen another time. I'm telling you guys this case spoiled you image and goodwill among us. If you want to built your ruined image again then given my refund today otherwise you guys will loose your faithful customer. Hi,

I had ordered Bull's eye brown color jacket of size 42, when i got the order it was tight so exchanged it for size 46. I got this today (20th jan 2017) but even this seems to be tight for me, feels uncomfortable. So if not 46 which other size should I purchase. My usuasl size for T-shirts are 40 or M size but for 46 also seems to be tight. I need exchange for 48 size or 50 size.

Till date I have ordered 2 objects from Flipkart. In both the scenarios there were NO CALL OR MESSAGE from the delivery boy and the status was updated as COULDNOT REACH CUSTOMER UNABLE TO DELIVER.

1. I have not received any call or message
2. When I got the number of the delivery person from the customer care, I called him he repeatedly lied saying " Aapko to apna number reachable rakhna chahiye"( U need to keep your cell reachable). He shouted and called me again and shouted at me for not giving him a call back since his call was on waiting.
3. My cell was reachable the whole day since I was expecting the call and neither have I received any call on waiting.

Flipkart is an MNS this kind of behavior is not expected from a reputed company like this. I do not have the name of the person who misbehaved, But I HAVE HIS NUMBER. The number is 820-8113806.

I am also having the Redmi phone towards flipkart. Now I want to upgrade my MI phone, as per your advertisement. myself try to book Redmi Note 4 on 22.01.2017 @ 12.00hrs. But I cannot register on a few seconds out of stock reply is received by me. So, your product and it's advertisement is fake or true. Give me correct reply please.

This is first and last time I have used your service. From now on I will see through it that not me nor my company employees use your service. I am totally upset with the service. What's the point of offering services when you can't make your customers satisfied with the product. I am totally upset with replacement procedure. Am I suppose to wait for you guys to waste my time with those useless procedures. I swear not to use your services again in may life.

Today (30th Jan 2017) I ordered Redmi Note 4 through flipcart, My amount was debited and said your payment success. After 5 mins I got a msg and a mail saying something went wrong and payment unsuccessfull we ll refund it back.. I didnt recieve the refund amount yet. Please do the needful asap. It should be refunded with 2 hours but why it is not refunded yet??? I want money to get the phone by tomorrow but it got stuck in between.

Hello Team,

I did a big mistake in my life that i bought iPhone in your website. Initially you delivered the product without earphones and when i request to deliver only earphones you said that is not possible and will replace the product. Finally you replaced the product. This time again you made me a fool that phone was having cal log and no adapter in box. When again requesting you said you will issue the refund. Courier people did a time pass for 2 days and finally said we will not pick up without adapter. When i report the same to your Customer care they said Flipkart executive raised request that your phone is having heating issue not missing part will update the courier to collect.

Again one more guy from flipkart called me and said we have cancelled your request now and you need to raise the request. Without my confirmation they cancelled the request and asking to raise new return request. No option in the tool and asking me to wait for another 48 hours to get the option again. This is not at all accepted and we felt very unhappy and disappointed with the way with flipkart service. Tell me why you need 48 hours change the status in your website only.
