I have valid gift voucher but when i try to use that it was showing that card deactivated. Kind guide me an resolve my problem.

I have bought a redmi note 3 phone 2 months back. I have been using it with maximum all tha faults. The phone not charging properly phone is hanging, automatically rebooting. What kind of phone is this..... I dono whether flipkart had delivered some duplicate phone. Y becz my frds have same phone they have been using it till now with no issues.

I have purchased Mobile Instrument Lenovo Phab 2 PB2 650M LTE CALL CHAMPAGNE GOLD 3GB+ 32 GB through online Flipkart on 15/01/2017. Instrument received on 16/1/2017 with packed parcel. My order Id is OD 608132785326462000.

Within week Receiver and 4G LTE not working in said mobile.

I have tried to contact service centre in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, but not received satisfied answer from them, and according to them no service is available for said Mobile. I have face the problem last 1 and half months. I have also tried to contact lenovo and flipkart toll free number which is always busy.

I want to replace mobile at the earliest.

After that your Fliptkart Team called me and said you don't worry you will received your product any how at 6th April at 9 PM than one more commitment 7th April and 9th April till now one one can help me.

Myself Rajat Shukla I would like to inform you that on 4th April, 2017 I ordered mobile phone Asus Zenfone Max worth Rs 10,000/- . Tracking ID FMPP0086538905.

It was Written Exp. Dt-10th April but I have not recd . my phone. On 12 th It was informed to Flipkart Executive after that they told that It will be sorted out before 17 th April,2017. I got assurance thet on 17th Evening I will get it without any further delay.

But it is very much unexpected that Still I have not recd. or niether any Reliable Response in this regard. I am very much disappointed that a company like Flipkart is behaving like a careless Brand which is totally unethical and shameful. Now Today Morning I got a call from Flipkat Executive- sorry for delay e.t.c....... and he is saying to me cancel the order.

What nonsense Since once the order is confirmed , in the domain page option for Cancel is blocked.

Today is 20 th April . Kindly refund my Amount along with Compensation. you people mentally harassed me so much and made my life hell.

My previous returned ID 1020881780181643467, which cancelled by flipkart non clarified reason. Second return ID 1010882457275953860 which same as previous.

Recent return ID 1010890342311705181, Which scheduled pick up date as mention by flipkart 20/04/2017. And in update status shown gone for pickup on 17/04/2014,which statement also incorrect as earlier.But I again today call courier partner of flipkart as earlier who have not get any such instruction after that I inform customer care executive of flipkart all the matter but no proper guides from her.

If there have no importance of our time flipkart think. Then please state clearly as I go to the proper level for justification. Now the return request why cancelled today whereas the confirmation from your representative in morning which attached below must be pick up today within 7:00 P.M.

Hello Sir,
I purchased one fila shoes of Rs 1499 from flipkart on cash on delivery. I had to return that shoes due to mis size and refund was shown in my order notification. But now when i again want to purchase some goods and order was placed through my wallet it is showing 0 balance. I called to customer care repeatedly, mailed to support @phonepe.com but couldnt able get response. Phonepe personnel says there was no refund for any transaction to me shows in there record. Now what should i do. Where my money has gone? Please let me know otherwise i will go legal procedures.

My Name is Vikram Kumar. I am a regular customer of the Flipkart basically for mobile and electronics devices. And also I have recommended many colleagues to purchase from Flipkart is safe and trustworthy. I wanted to purchase a mobile phone with has 4g compatible under the price of Rs.5000/-. The same I have searched in search option as "4g mobile under 5000" by checking the checkbox of “LAVA”. Then I have found that "LAVA A73 (Dark Grey, 8GB)" is displaying as below :
• 1 GB RAM | 8 GB ROM |
• 5 inch FWVGA Display
• 5MP Primary Camera | 5MP Front
• 2200 mAh Battery

I like it and booked it. The order ID is OD108904833381672000. It has delivered to me on 20-Apr-2017. But when it reached to my door and again I confirm with the either it is 4g or not. Then I have find that it is not compatible for 4g. It is compatible for 3g or 2g. Return ID is 1010897354953865038. When I call to customer care then customer care guy was saying that I will not return this mobile. Because if you going to purchase your mobile then "Read More" option is there for more specification. Truly I was not visited by clicking this because what I am searching (4g mobile) it is displaying with below feature :

1 GB RAM | 8 GB ROM | 5 inch FWVGA Display | 5MP Primary Camera | 5MP Front | 2200 mAh Battery

It is enough for me but I want a 4g mobile which I got by searching as "4g mobile under 5000" by checking the "LAVA" checkbox. I am a Software guy. If I will give this type of excuse/s to our customer/s then no customer/s will continue a business with us.

Kindly consider my points and return it.

I have purchased a mobile swipe konnect neo 4g dual I got my product from a different seller named golyan.

My Order no. is OD108995431567123000

At the time of placing order it Shows me seller name Staunch and I checked rating its good above 4 stars in flipkart and in Amazon its good only but I have an old 4 year flipkart account. so I decided to go with flipkart.

Now I received product today itself 27-04-2017 packaging is not good at all. I opened the package and try to switch on the mobile screen blinks two times and does not operate. Then I recharge it it shows logo of swipe seems good at that time but after charging for thirty mins and I touch the handset it is super hot like its going to burst. I know its sub 3200 range but it spreads fear that its very hot something is definitely wrong with the mobile. Then I call executive but I can't there is an option of call back only at your time you can't connect.

After a while I got a call I said each and every thing I am facing with my mobile. I have ask for refund the executive simply denies that is not our policy. so each time opening a page in website and call on flipkart number 18002089898 it says and shows refund will be there as an option.

These all are gimmicks to sell the product under Flipkart assured policy but they are not at all following after selling products to the customer's.

I have asked the flipkart executive that when I have purchased from Seller Staunch which has a rating of above 4 stars than also why I am getting product from the third party seller named Golyan, which I don't know flipkart assured or not. Which shows how they are making foul selling and lie to the customer and customer is the target for third party sellers.

But I don't understand the meaning of Flipkart assured here nothing assured here.

Asking for refund than replacement approved on which date 2 may 2017. From 5 days from now today is 27 April 2017.

Now in India brand return policy for mobile is 7 days and flipkart assured says 10 days OK so they given me date 2 may 2017. so at the time of pick up my brand return policy gone because of flipkart they says can't be done early because sale is going on like again fooling customer.

And I am sure when I am returning the mobile on 2 may 2017 after that they will take 3 to 4 days for the process so at that time Flipkart assured policy is also gone because delay made by flipkart because sale is going in as executive told me on a call.

Stop these type of service at one time flipkart is best in packaging, best in timing, but now hearing rubbish from executives that we don't understand that they are making foul play and making delays.

Yes I am sure after returning the product Seller will go out of delivery for that product and I will be given back my same product as I have faced it in snapdeal its classic way to fool customer.

But what about seller which I have choose named Staunch which has a rating of 4 stars Flipkart don't have any answers regarding this and I got the product from this party seller named Golyan.

It shows they are lies to customer on face. Its like playing once only no one second time trust flipkart assured. And attitude of your executives is just above all like they own flipkart.

I have told one of the executive to escalate my issue to senior level who can understand that from flipkart side foul play happened which clearly shows.

I hope you will survive against amazon prime services if the product defective there is an option of both refund and replacement here refund is getting money in bank through imos with in 3-7 days.

But flipkart refund does not exists here in flipkart refund means replacement of the same product because as executive have said so... Sale is going on.

Only message me if some one can help regarding this issue and please share your issues otherwise they will make out customers like this issue.

I order one watch 3 months back after i return that watch on after delivered. Up to now i not get any refund or my watch. Why it is? I want my watch or my money.

Worst experience so far, at their fault making us to beg for the repair. Just 18 days back purchased and get it installed, due to the incorrect installation and realised after their policy period none of them assisting and entertaining the calls.

Was in impression that bcoz of misunderstanding the issue or negative message getting flowed on net but as suffered and suffering realised that they doesn't want to delight the customer and make happy.

I am ordered 3 items yesterday 3.5.2017 at 5.25pm through your website in online. After the amount paid (Rs.1984-00) to your account through netbanking, it shows that one items is not in stock. But at the same time the amount will not be returned till date. Yesterday I contact your customer care service through toll free number people at 6.25 pm they said that it is confirmed with in 8 hours. But after 12 hours it is not confirmed. The above two items are in stock. But the third item is not stock/

But in my account there is no order details. How can I get the amount for the non available items either return to my sb account or my wallet.

I went to service center also , they said it's board line problem, charges will be 1500 rupees. i am not used even 1 second. It's too much. Give me Refund amount / Replacement product, or otherwise I will go for consumer court.

What the hell is this flipkart assured product, Is not working even 5 month. I have taken britex analog watch from flipkart and this Product was assured. I have purchased this watch on 3/12/2016 and this watch contain one year warranty. There is no external damage but the dialer or watch is not running. And when i call to the customer no then there is reply. Plz help me. I search on google service centre of britex but it's not showing. Shopping to flipkart is just wasting of money.

On may 2nd i ordered the shoetopia sandals its worth was 499rs. When i got the sandal on 7 may i am shocked that the sandals was damaged. Immediately i returned the delivery boy and i m informed to the flipkart.com executive on the day. I need my refund amount for the sandals. I complaint to the flipkart executive at 8 may. From this date to up today i did not get any information about my refund amount from the flipkart. please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my refund.

I had ordered Tupperware bottles. I received lunch box after 5 days. Now when i spoke to customer service representative thy ask me to wait for more 5days, which is ridiculous.

Very bad service. Not recommend people to buy.

Respected Sir, this is to inform you that my group of 7 people have planned to have the same phone on which we all agree , but because of you we can't make our insight into reality. Since last three weeks of Wednesdays and fridays we put all our work and try to order the phone but not even one person can do that. we all noticed that other shopkeepers get the phone and sell it to higher prices. so, we request you to bring the sale of the phone i.e.; redmi note 4 32 gb or else we have to sue you in the order of inequality or we have to visit with my CBI friend. please take this seriously and even your contact numbers are always busy to fool us.
