I have already request to jio team our area network is very weak sometime jio user connected 10 to 15 thousand in our area but network is very week 2 point network available. Net is also bad 2g is better for jio. To open 1 small file sometimes 2 or 3 min take. i request to ur team plz give us full and strong network i am waiting 4 your answer.

Hi, I had done recharge of rs.303 on 7th April 17for jio card number 9594808997 through a retailer. Transaction I'd is BR000045T3XE. Currently, retailer is not giving refund though my recharge was not successful and retailer got refund for it which I came to know via customer care. Hence, I want my refund as early as possible.

Retailer is not giving refund and not cooperating. So, I want you to take action against retailer who is cheating to jio customers and spoiling name of good brand. Retailer is not Sharing even his name also. Still, I am providing retailer details as below:

I have a problem with jio 4g voice app does not have vibration on incoming call and not have a option to activate on this programs. then msg incoming have a vibration and when call have incoming so not dats a bug or my phone problem because this app has no option. so i think this app have a bug, so please update this app to fix this bug problem.
