During the installation of broadband company told me that they will adjust Rs500 in our bill but it's been three four months and they have not. And there is no action taken by the company.

Please disconnect my landline(08049576679) and broadband, as I'm relocating to a different place. Thank you.

I buy new mobile micromax e45. in which company gave free double date. And I enter the airtel site and activated the offer. But I can't get any benefit in my 4g new mobile.

To whosoever,

I had got a new connection on my name 9096309999, which the SIM card had been issued after a month. My number was disconnected due to non payment. I paid the payment in full and we told that the number would be restored in a couple of days at your gallery Shri Sai Multimedia infotech, Gangapur naka, Nashik.

But now I have visited the gallery a number of times. But every now and then the executive (I don't feel like calling him executive) comes up with a new scheme saying your number being a VIP number submit your document (which I did so) and your number will be restored for 599 plan. I agreed.. I was told that he had mailed to his back-end team and reply you at your earliest.

After a couple of days he comes up with a new scheme saying our back-end team has asked you to go for a infinity plan... again I agreed. Two days later I was asked either to PORT 3 numbers of my other networks to airtel then and then the services will be restored. The next day he told me to pay him 3750 which was an amount to be paid for restoring my number.

I am sick of the services or the replies and the rude and Ill behavior of the person. This is the last option i am trying or do hell with the services. My alternate number is 9209029999. Hope I am satisfied with the complaint soon.

My mob.no. is 9871190713 and a call come from no. 1409807964 at 11:28 am today and he says that i will get extra benefit on my plan and i confirmed from him that there will be any extra charge, he says no but he changed my plan from 299 to 399 which i know when i got msg from airtel. I call on customer care but they say that now they cant changed back my previous plan. I feel very harassed. I want my previous plan and if u dont do that, then i will port my no.

Plz send a right technician to check the broadband connection, I'm getting a so much trouble on disconnect of broadband connection. Many technician are coming bt none of the people have done their job correctly.

I had purchased OnePlus 3 cellphone through Amazon. while purchasing I was given with offer of 15gb data for the recharge of one GB but when I had claimed for it I did not get 15gb data. My contact no is 8105201944. please check my details and help.

I want to change my bill plan charges a/c 149 cugplan_mb along with boosters 500 mb 3g@150 to a new plan which was recently launched by your firm for LIC employees and agents corporate plan group calling free in post paid plans in which I have to pay monthly rental of Rs.299 and I am eligible for 500 local calls or 400 STD calls,free sms local&national 400 and free Data 3G/4G optional 750 MB and there after in unlimited in reduced speed as explained by your representative by Mr. Shiv (mob no 8452824289) with a leaflet given by him.

Yet i am still receiving bills and messages despite making so many complaints. The Digital TV ID is 3001178992. And I am certain that i did not even subscribe for Airtel digital TV. Account number 7025726529 my bill due is 1060 my account is disconnected long back that I don't know ok. so I got call from lok adalat court yo pay bill. I requesting u to plz reduce my amount to 500 so i can pay this much itself. plz I am requesting.

my dsl shows active, but internet doesn't works. we have paid the bill a week ago but no connection is given up.we placed a complain on 28 nov but you customer care also doesn't shows up. plz fix this as soon as possible. our dsl connection no.041161427501_tn,...registered landline no.04449512089.

It is really worst service in india, all of my family were airtel customers, just because of callcost increase unnecessorily, all are ported to vodafone and idea, but still i am using Airtel, i have seen that call cost increasing 30 paise to 1.80 paise per second why it is happening, no customer care is responding well, what the hell you are providing services cutting unnecessorily deducting balance.

I am using Airtel from 9 years before 3 months I have changed portability of my sim. I have not got any special offers till now. I have contacted almost all airtel store in my city and moreover I have frequently contacted customer care regarding this but no response. I am getting messages for different offers. on 21st I have done recharge of 297 which includes 2gb net + unlimited calls. But I dint get that benefit of unlimited calls. I have called customer care regarding this but they denied to accept regarding messages What I have got. I have not got any satisfactory answer regarding this. They have asked me to send pics of messages what I have got. So I have attached both pics here. M really frustrated and tired of airtel service and responses what I have got from customer care. If I shall not get any positive response within 2 days from ur side than i am gonna change portability in some other company.

I hope you will understand d problem and will do d need full.

I have talked with you over the phone regarding my unexpected phone bill of my number 9910874722. You were very helpful and provided me all the details of my phone bill. There were some extra charges, you helped me to remove those extra charges.

I have 10 airtel postpaid connection with cug plan. i need even more connection but due to your poor network problem and i have faces lots of problem in working hours. on my last complaint on 26 nov 2016 your network team emp has come to at my home visit he check all possibility of network and but no action does by them. so i think i have to leave all your connection. thanks & regards Sachin Varshney From Chanda Construction Co.

I purchased smart card worth Rs. 400 and added 3 GB for my wifi dangle no. 8374382224. I used this data at about 10 am on 07 Dec 2016 and sent two mails and seen some mails. After half an hour I closed and when checked for data it is showing 1.3 GB already used. This is impossible. At this rate I will be paying every day Rs. 1000 per day to see mails and send mails. If this is so I a scared to use this wifi dangle. Pl do help me.
