I had buy Redmi note 3 three month ago through Flipkart . yesterday onwords when I call to others or vice Versa my voice not heard to others same time I heard voice from others. But I used speakers both side are hearing. So please rectify my phone problem as soon as possible.

After my long conversation with you a while ago..please revert me on this issue on priority basis...when can i get my mobile...please do not revert with "very soon" "shortly" statements please. Its been past 1 month i am hearing the same replies with you people, even i am not getting any reverts from your end..

Need a clear clarification whether it will resolve or not .. 2)MI service is able to do service or not??? need a written confirmation by the EOD....

Please take this mail as priority and important...i will treat that 2. if i have not got reply for this mail..

My xiaomi redmi 3S prime was having Fingure print sensor issue. So i visited to "Gurgaon MI Exclusive Service Center,Shop No. 1, Parshvanath Arcadia, Plot No. 739/1, MG Road, Sector-14, Gurgaon, Haryana-122001 " service centre. They checked and told me that it will take within 15 days.

So i submitted my mobile on 17 October. But even after a 22 Days there is no response from the xiaomi india.

The service centre people have no idea about my mobile. I also complaint on there customer care they said in 24 hours my problem will be solved but nothing happened. Every time they just told me to wait and gave me false promises. Now service centre is not receiving my call. Is this a way to treat your loyal customers?

I will never ever buy or suggest any xiaomi product to anyone, Cheap and fake xiaomi india.

I got my phone ( Redmi 3s prime ) on Friday ( 8 november 2016 ). The device is working very well, it has made me satisfied on my decision of buying it. But the only problem with the device is that it takes 10 - 12 hours to charge completely , which think is the biggest draw back of it .
