Placed the order of mobile phone, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold 32GB ) #X000LBS69X of Rs. 12079/- online through AMAZON on 25-Sep-2016 , Order #403-7086014-8105120 received the order but it was not upto expectations. When I open it later, I found the scratch on screen of mobile which I had ignored but on charging of battery, overheating was observed and later on the scratch observed has gone wider and turn to crack on screen. I called the customer service and briefed the detail, and they have promised for replacement but unfortunately no one has come to collect the phone. After lots of follow up every time I had different experience.

At last , I went to Xiaomi service center, sector 22C , Chandigarh as suggested by Amazon. But even the phone is warranty period , no replacement/refund is entertained. As per your policy users who have received a defective or a damaged mobile phone fulfilled by Amazon will be eligible for a free replacement within a period of 10 days of purchase. Request you to Plz take necessary action.

It is a rubbish brand phone customer care not respond us for about continuous 2-3 hours. And redmi note 3 the big brand phone is a silly phone in 2 months of purchase it's sound quality failure even it's incoming call speaker can damage in such short duration. don't try to buy this company phones.

I have been purchase Xiaomi 3s Prime on 30th september 2016, order no. : 5160928567180258.

This mobile have charging problem. I talked to customer care now your number is going busy where i should go to replace it. Reply me as soon as possible or Contact me on 9891221760.

i buy this product on 11-august-2016, and now it's fingerprint scanner stopped working since last night, it was in my pocket and then i tried to unlock it it doesn't respond. I restored it but nothing happen. please help.

I have warranty on my product but service centres said there is only paid service then why MI gives warranty on products. i am very disappointed with the service of MI.

My mi 2 prime has got software problem. when i update your mi 2 prime the phone when restarted automatically the phone was not updated. after 2 to 3 hrs it was hang on mi logo. now my phones software is not responding the phone is not getting on. i want pick me service because no service center in belgaum.

I have an issue that my MI prime 2 cell is getting switch off if the battery has 100% battery & sometimes the cell cannot get restart & showing me reboot. No response on motherboard change. after one months. mi service is very poor and redmi note3 (32gb) set is very worst. my mobil purchasing on only 3months.

Hello, I had bought the mi band 2 from Amazon (order id- 171-395407-20755502) which was delivered to my residence on the 3 October 2016, It is a fantastic band and I recommended it to my friends who bought it too. Until 16th of October, The heart rate sensor has stopped working now, its showing no results for the same, Amazon has 10 day return policy which got over unfortunately on the 14th

I visited the mi service centre as they were the only hope left. But they refused to take my complaints as I bought this from Amazon and they claim only mobile phone of mi do get service assistance from them not accessories bought from Amazon. Now I m in a fix as I want my band to operate to its fullest but now I have no one to help.

It is a humble request to kindly replace my band, shall appreciate your help and support. my complaint number- 161021007608.

I have redmi note 3 got on may 20 2016 i.e under gurantee period i got my phone locked cause i don’t remember my password. i contacted to service center of xiaomi in “kamla nagar New delhi india” they breaked the screen lock but phone is not unlocked yet cause its asking for mi account password which i also dnt remember. now at customer care desk they replied if i dnt knw mi account password my phone can’t unlocked ever. how can i waste my 12000 as such just because of not remembering password instead of having bill of phone plzz reply fast.

I am facing a problem in my redmi note 3 . i delete my mi account from my laptop without signing out from my phone i.e redmi note 3 but it still showing my mi id on my phone ..i am trying to log in dat same id by changing my password but it shows invalid autenction or invalid id or password ... i dont understand that logic if i am permanently deleting my mi id from my without signing out from my phone then why it still showing on my phone and asking for password ... i am unable to format my device ... the major drawback of redmi note 3 is there is no recovery mode in thiss device. please tell how can i format my device??

Hi, I am using Redmi note 3.i am facing problem while charging.mobile is taking too long time to charge approximately 6 to 7 hours.this is really very irritating. One more issue is whenever is press power button to wake up screen I have to press volume up button and back button because every time message appears please don't cover orange part of mobile.i am not using any screen guard or screen protector then also I am facing same problem. Motion sensor is not working properly while call I put my mobile near to ear screen doesn't off. Please solve the issue. Thnx

Touch pad stopped responding right after entering email id..plz solve the issue or give me the exchange of this phone.
