Few days ago i got new MI update ie. MIUI 6.7.29 Global Beta after this update i can't even make a call whenever i try to make a call it will be disconnected, there is a fast battery draining complaint too am using xiaomi redmi 2 prime and i was extremely disappointed about your new update kindly give me a solution. ur service is worst then the poorest.... tried contacting everywhere i could ..no response. why u don't provide spare parts to ur EXCLUSIVE service centers. Now the service centers have stopped accepting new cases.... even my complaint has not been lodged. this is story of every other indian customer. You can check my incident id is 160803-003748.

Do not buy, extremely poor service. Phone's display was faulty after one year. Under warranty. Spare parts not available. For more than month, I do not have a phone.

Very very bad service. Please do not buy any Xiaomi product.

Dear Customer service,

I have just 2 month old RedMi note 3 (32 GB). One for me and another for my partners. For few days I have found that phone's "one hand mode" is not working. It has work only for two time and after that it stop to work. Another one is that after long pressing navigation buttons (home buttons) it show only icons of opened apps rather than the tray (whatever it says I don't know). I tried several trial and error method in buttons setting but it still not working from last day after tomorrow night. Last but not least, in additional setting there are an option was Battery but surprisingly my partner's phone shows it "Battery and Performance". It would be either my phone is defective or my partner's phone, whatever it would be but both are bought from my wallet.

Requesting you to help me to short out these problems.

Dear Sir,

On dated 9.07.2016 i have given my phone for service at your faridabad Center. They said they will provide phone with in a week time, But today Approx one month after regular follow up they are not giving any answer. No body pick phone, when we visit center they says its part is under dispatch will come next week, what is this... you are fooling us. What is your service how i manage without phone? First you make third class product & after that third class service - i am fed up with xiaomi. i have given last date 06.08.2016 to deliver the phone & said if not given u will provide new phone. You are requested to please provide new phone as early as possible otherwise i have to go consumer court.

In your service center no body pick the phone why the hell you are doing the business in India. You should thrown away from India. Please update immediately when i will get new phone.

My phone got some problem (its display stopped working 2 weeks ago), so i gone to your customer care on 2nd of august, and requested them to give a quotation as early as early as possible (as 6th august is my last day of my phone accidental insurance). so finally they told me that, they will mail the quotation on my emailid ARJUN0887 @GMAIL.COM on another day, i.e. on 3rd august. Its is not possible for me to take leave everyday, as i stay far away from care. its takes me 2-3 hrs to reach nearest MI care from my home location, and also i hardly have a time. So finally i called in no. they given on that care, but they given me no. of another MI care, and that another don't have no. of these the thane care's.

So I decided to take leave and waste time by going to that care again, but lucky in morning i got the no. of that care, and called them. They registered my complain & also lied me that they will forward the quotation within 4-5 hrs. Till than i called them for more than 50 times and they replied the same every time, finally they stopped picking up my calls. plz take some action against these customer care people.

I have submitted my phone 3 month ago as my phone was having some camera issue and till today i am getting only fake promises bt no result. I have never ever seen such a bad customer service ever... yr if u can't solve up our problems then what for r they giving the warranty. Really hopeless.. actually they do not just care if the customer is dieing without his or her phone. If u don't have sufficient parts stop this brand in INDIA and go and sell ur product in china itself. its high time now and plz plz we want action nw nd i promise as i posted ths negative comment i will post positive 1 also if i get my phne back fully repaired.

Worst service ever. Phone just went blank within 4 days. tried customer care but got nothing but fake promises. Still awaiting for replacement. I suggest please buy on ur own risk.

I am from Patna ,Bihar. i have submitted my mi4i cellphone on 5th july at patna mi service center. they have given me return date on 20th july but they not repaired my phone since 5th july to today 11th august they said that they have no mi4i parts. i am completely dissatisfied with ur service but hope you will send mi4i parts in patna service center so that i can get my repaired phone. plz send mi4i parts to patna service centre.

I was using mi4 since 9 months suddenly it started showing problems n i submitted my phone in service center. its about 3weeks n service center is not responding.....this is not the right way to deal with customers. i am just fed up of ur poor service...why are you making phones if u r not able to provide service. i have suffered so many loss becoz of just u xiaomi. i am going in consumer court now becoz u r such a bad service provider n u will have to pay for my losses.

i was updating my mi4i phone after that there was an option of reboot and i rebooted it. it get switched of and doesn't get on. still it is switched of and its out of warranty since last one month. please tell me whats the problem?

On 6/8/2016 i bought had repaired my mobile name is redm2, IMEI NO. 869162023976754, i made this purchase at amazon date is 22/12/2015, unfortunately your product has not performed well (AUTO SWITCH OFF). I have go to service center, name is MI exclusive service center, address is plot no. SCF-10, Sector-14, Main market, Faridabad 121007. solve my problem but my phone work is only 4 days and create new problem in phone , touch problem , I go to service center but he not attend me. please resolve my problem.

Hi MI Team,

I given my mobile phone to repair from last 2 month & till the time i does n't got my mobile phone. I submitted it for due to problem in the the touch scree half of the screen is working & half is not my work order no. As per the job sheet is PKD/XM/16/01829 and the service center name is Ccom Telecommunications at Eternity mall, Thane.

As per my job sheet i given my mobile at 13 june 2016 from the the till the time i not got my mobile phone any feedback. To take the feedback i go to service center 10-12 time they simply give fake promises come on next week your mobile will get repaired. but they give same fake promise another week also they say your mobile phone partial part is not coming. so thats why i put the complaint at MI call service also they say your mobile parts will be dispatched last month as the part are dispatched but i does not get my mobile phone.....complaint No.2052740.

By these kind of service i always suggest every one to not buy MI phone it take too longer time to repair. These problem is only seen by warranty customer if the company not providing the service what is the use of giving warranty. i hope the by this feedback you should take action about your service and and i got my mobile phone as soon as possible. Redmi 2 was delivered to me on 19th July with Order no: 5160717955640177.

Your product is very bad:
1. Network loss (multiple times). Voice transmission is very bad.
2. Wi-fi connectivity is very poor.
3. Software issue. (Keeps showing 30 40 missed calls, randomly)
4. Speed of operation is very slow. Call log takes 3 to 5 seconds to open.

We submitted the phone for network issue (mainly) at your authorized service center located in Rohini, New Delhi on 8th August. Service center replaced the motherboard and took 2 days time. Problem is still the same. This is ridiculous. The Redmi 1s was a very good product. Even the camera quality was much better in 1s. But this has been a very sad experience.

Kind request, please refund money! Because we have little hope that the replacement will be upto mark. We will wait for a quick response.

I purchased the Redmi Note 3 and within 3 days its not working. I compliant regarding not working of the mobile and received the mail that executive will collect the phone. Till date i.e. since 9 August 2016 no one has contact me. I dropped numerous mail on service.in @xiaomi.com. Tried to contact on hot line number also. I am really disappointed with this kind of services. Xiaomi left us hanging with worst customer service. If now also you guys didnt revert I will take you to consumer court.

One month before i brought your Product Redmi 2 Prime, I was traveling last week in Mumbai train i had kept those product in my front trouser pocket. When i removed it out the screen had a hairline crack on it and for your info i had installed Tempered glass on it so that my screen remains safe from any pressure or fall. I noticed the crack my screen protector had no scratches or crack whereas my actual screen got cracked, which is really very bad.

How come Brand like Xiaomi has put such low quality screen, were a simple pressure can crack a smartphone screen. i am really disappointed with your product screen quality.

Hello,

I have very worst and disappointing experience with Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. I bought this product on 01-may-2016 though Amazon. After one and half month it give problem. i.e Battery not charging after switch off the phone. I submitted the device to Ghatkoper (Mumbai) Maharashtra service center on 22-June-2016.

After basic checking they told me it will take 15 days time. After 15 days i call him they told me it is charging device problem we ordered this when it come we will give it to you. Then i called to mi customer care, they told we are processing your complaint on urgent basis and it will take some time. In one and half month i continuously follow up with service center and customer care no one call me even not picked the phone. Then i go to service center on 8-aug-2016 and enquire about my phone, they told your phone is ready, i get the phone and come to home.

Than two days regular use, same problem arise, on 11-Aug-2016 phone not charged after switch off. Once again i submitted the phone to service center. They told we have changed his motherboard, upper panel , down panel. Engineer told give me two days time for identify. I said ok. After two days i called to center, engineer once again told it might be a problem of phone battery. we are arranging the same and call once done phone will be ready on 18-August.

My questing is, if you told customer 15 days time. Why it is not fulfilled by you, what about your commitment and reputation in the market. I lost my valuable time, money , why your engineer not able to identify the problem at first sight. It will lost my patience. I lost my two month warranty period. Who will responsible for this. Phone was purchased on Emi option, i paid interest on this.

Please EXTEND my warranty period from the date of submitting the phone service center to date of receiving. Almost two months to complete. i.e 25-June-2016 to date of receiving. Otherwise i will take a serious action on this or file a consumer case against you.
