2. It is more than 30 hrs since I requested migration to 615 from my present plan.
3. Made 2 calls to 121. Just waste of Time and Money. Standard Reply,"It will be done to-day".
4. What is ridiculous is You have charge Rs.12+8 for the two calls.
5. Nothing less than Looting.
6. I would like to migrate to Reliance.

2. Received a call from 918042855400 at 19:08 saying that change in bill plan can not be affected.
3. When questioned, "Why 32 hours time were wasted and why the same was not said by 121 on 14.10.16 after collectig Rs 20.00 towards call charges", the answer is BIG," SORRY".
4. Further, the person says the plan can be changed to 625 even without giving the plan details. On asking specifically,clarified it is 4 Mbps. One should be "nuts" to go 4 Mbps to another 4 Mbps Plan.
In view of the forgoing:
I. CANCEL THE CONNECTION with immediate effect from 14.10.16 10:42 hrs.
2. Nothing shall be charged from 14.10.16 , 10:42 hrs.
3. Adjust the advance paid at the time of taking the connection towards last month bill.
4. Refund Money charged on 9618067615 for four calls to 121 on 14.10.16 at 10:38, at 14:19 and 18:15 and 15.10.16 at 16:32.
5. Treasure your Greeting safely with you for callous service given by 121 and SORRY after 32 hours, and collection of call charges for 4 calls.
6. Methinks time has come for customers to migrate to other ISP like Reliance and Jio, loose market share for competitors
7. Now in the interest of consumers. I am forced to rise the issue/dispute in International Consumer Forum and National Consumer Forums.

Hey! I am constantly user of airtel service and it the best but i m facing a problem as i am not able to send messages from my sim to any of others persons even after it cost me.

Hi, My number continued dissconet of out going calls. i sumbited the document 4 times but customer care excucute told that not our fault. my question is that is there in airtel any process set to delivered the document to head office if no so why my number disconnect. you people ask to your gallery person that why the document has not delivered. why the customer is suffering.

I am your regular customer. I have been using AIRTEL 3g service in plan of rs 79. Recently before expiry date i.e 15 oct 2016 I had a balance of 2.5 GB and on 14 oct 2016 I recharged plan of rs 29 this time after confirming from shopkeeper that balance of 2.5 GB will be transferred but unfortunately it does not happened. I request you to provide the benefit of service which i had paid for. Looking forward for a positive reply.

recently i have changed the air tel prepaid number 97901 76185 from tamil nadu to uttrakhand state , the same number has been transferred to uk from tamil nadu, after deactivating the old sim, new sim has been loaded and after that only incoming calls only possible, outgoing restricted , whenever outgoing tried a message received " outgoing calls restricted by FDN, So please share the PUK 2 Number for deacitvate hte FDN mode, i had the balance of 400 rupees also.

I don't know the reason why everyday 1gb is being reduced from my wifi even though I don't use that much everyday. Even after changing the wifi's password frequently the same thing is happening .

Dear sir, I have a bad experience of having a Airtell dongle bearing number 7028005661. The same is not functioning & laying un operative since 12.10.2016. I have made a complaint on 13.10.16 vide number 7028005661. I have received an SMS that same will be resplved within 4 working days. I have received a call on 14.10.16 at about 10.45 from Swargate, Pune dealer that the complaint has been forwarded to the field staff. & nothing happened. I tried to make a complaint again on 15.10.2016 , the same was not entertained as my complaint dated 13.10.2016 was already pending.

I tried to make a complaint once again as 4 days have elapsed , I was surprised to hear the complaint has been closed / resolved only by talking .

I could get one sh. Karthick through the front lady officer after holding the line for almost 15 minuters. Sh . Karthic advised me to contact the Outlet situated at Bundgarden as the same is a device issue without giving the address / SMS for the place to go. I asked him to provide the address and suggested that the message for carrying the same / device should have been given to me on 14.10.2016 to save me from harassment, mental agony and without the net .

He practicaaly misbehaved and forced me to note that the address, in case I need the same. The misbehaviour by a service provider is a serious issue & I am going to make a complaint in consumer forum for deficiency of services to a senior Citizen .

I am not interested in continuing relations with a service provider, whose young officers does not have manners/ etiquettes apart from customer service/ convenience. hence request to settle your accounts and relieve me from the pain of having your device in my house.

Last month I recharged for 747 they said instant 2 GB d from there after 1 GB will will be cost for 95. Today I recharged 95 through patym where I got 1 GB net for 2 days ... kindly change it.

As I am not interested, I requested to cancel my mobile no.7899503503. I have settled my all dues as on date at your outlet situated at D.Devraj Urs Road, Mysore. They refused to cancel the connection. I request you to cancel my connection forthwith and I will not be liable for any amount towards your service in respect of above number. and if demanded, I reserve my liberty to move to sue for cost and consequences before appropriate court of law..

I hav recharged my airtel number 9043738841 for 251 on 10/10/16 on spl offr A to A unlimited free fr 28 days but it benefits fr oly 7 days. I had registered complaint on 17/10/16 but still now there is no response. I called customer care several times. 20rs also spent fr ur customer service but I didn't get any solution for my problm. I u can't able to rectify my problm. port my number I can change my network.

At my new house and office at A-19 Pamposh Enclave, GK-I, New Delhi 110048 (GF &Basement), there is no network/signal. I have been following up since 3rd Oct. 16. Two/three times Official have visited for checking anf also submitted their Report. However there is no visible Action leading to continuance of the Problem. Needs immediate action as we are Airtel users all along.

Dear sir my no. 8452984905 has displayed Airtel offer on my Airtel app that if I recharge with 296 I shall get free data of 9 GB I.e. total 10 gb to check eligibility. I had to sms NEW4GOFFER to 121. The message from Airtel got that I am eligible for the offer. now I don't got the balance data when I called customer care they are telling me that I am not eligible. I am requested them to lodge a complaint and give me complaint no they are suggesting me to file online complaints.

Your customer care representative even donot know about this scheme what the fuck u guys don't even inform u r company plans to ur representative. Pathetic

Kindly resolve my problem. For your easy reference I am attaching photo of the message I received.

This month on 09th Oct 2016 am in recharge my mobile at offer pack 299 rupees. A to A unlimited call with 28 days validity but I am using the pack 8 days only my pack is expired on 16th Oct.. Pls help me.
