Recently I brought redmi note 3 ph online by flipkart. I saw 4050 MAh battery in this phone that's why I brough this phone after purchasing this phone i noticed in 4th day when i get up my phone has been switch off in the morning. initially I ignored but again same issue i see every morning my phone has been switch off. if i leave my phone on 50-55 % battery at night i always found my phone has been switch off in the morning and if i leave my phone 90-100% battery at night i found battery 20-30% in the morning.
even every night before sleeping i close all application under the phone but still same problem.
really it is very poor poor poor battery. i am very upset after buying it. even i do not use my phone still battery is consuming automaticly is it good symbol for 4050 MAH battery which is showing on this phone.

Please advise what should i do with this phone. shall i throw this phone in the dustbin or go to consumer court.

I have purches this handset before 2 to three day and problem occurs its front back button and home key button which provide on screen is not working. In between of continous work on mobile, so i restart it n again it started working but the problem is same so what should i do? what kind of phone you have deliverd me. Even this is not happen with me when i have purchase karbonn s1.

I am using redmi note3 2 gb ram phone my mi account was blocked i want to reset my phone. i am not remmber my password. I take new password lot of times but my account not reset what i do?

I got MI note 3 on Aug 22, 2016. My invoice order no 402-5711364-0197917 11 Aug 2016. From that day it is going very hot and hanged frequently. i visited the customer service center three times on 29.08.2016, 06.09.2016 and 20.09.2016. They return me the set and saying that it is working ok without registering any complaint. But complaint is still persist. today i booked my complaint on 18001036286 and my complaint id is 160922003714. i am afraiding that the battery may be brust due to phone getting hot. I am in tention regarding this phone. please replace my handset.

Hi,

I experienced a very poor treatment being given at Xiomi service center in Mumbai. When you can't provide services to people on time, people will obviously be angry. But how can you act so rude to your customers. The executive of the service center i visited (Malad, Mumbai) was the worst one. She was shouting at the people like mad. When you know that you aregoing to be bombarded with such a huge sale, the company had to be prepared for such a huge crowd at service centers.

Also my rear camera was not working and hence was i am told that motherboard will have to be changed which will take 12 to 15 days max. But with what i heard from so many customers at the service center and so many poor reviews on the site, don't think i will be able to get my cell phone soon.

Very poor service. Manu Jain (India head-Xiomi)... Don't just be happy being one of the largest selling mobile brand in India.. Also look at the service issues. Sorry but i haven't seen any good reviews for MI services.

I ordered two redmi 3s prime which was delivered on 26/09/2016. One phone is working just fine but the other phone has issues with its power and volume button. Recently i taken pick me service but after repair my phone has dispached on 26 september but xiaomi haven't send form 17 by which i am facing delay in delivery. i already call xiaomi aprox 10time but problem haven't solved. So please Xiaomi solve this problem soon as possible.

I had submitted my charger on 09/09/2016, jobsheet no.is HHIN1609090012499, Rohini service centre, Delhi, said that i will get my charger in 15 days but when i visited on service centre they said we will inform you. I wanna say that your service is so bad. You deliver your phone on 3 days but after that your service is not good. Your service centre work very bad. If i have a chance to feedback your service centre then i will give negative feedback.

I have mi note 4G, display problem was there. my mobile is in warranty period but company charged me 173 Rs. when I will not give money he hide my mobile. shame Mi centre. company say your charging jack is damaged but my charging is good no problem is there. my number is 7409032587

(wxin1608190001503) and they are tell me my mobile was not repaire because have not arrange part for repaire in this case what will i do..... Can me suggest . 12 oct.2015 I bought my mi4i white from snapdeal, device already in warranty

Issue - Both front and rear camera and flash still not working. But after service of 12-11 days I got my phone and phone have same problem as they haven't solve it. I want to know why Xiaomi haven't solve it.

my mi4i was bought from snapdeal on 30aug. On 20sep. night I was charging the phone it suddenly got switch off. after that I can't switch it on or charge what is the problem ??

Struggling for replacement redmi node 3 more then 1 month. worst experience ever.
