After updating my Mi4i mobile it has been locked, the message which i am getting is..

“ This device is locked”. This device is associated with an existing Mi Account. For security reasons, you need to enter password to verify the device. Activate this device.
When i click on this Activate this device the message is as follows: (This device may be associated with existing Mi Account(158****042). Sign in to activate this device.)

Since i have forgotten my password. I have logged into id.mi.com to reset my password. Then a new account has been created with this id Madhavi Kanithi 1629910432. In the insert password label when i enter my new password the message is as below couldn't verify Mi account ID. Can't connect to network.

I am facing this issue from 24th August,2016. So, please help me to resolve this issue as early as possible.

I bought redmi note 3 from an offline store in Aligarh. But after 4-5 days it shows a hang problem then I showed it to your service center but no solution found. After 3 days it shows a problem of touch that it's touch does not work properly. So the service center said to me to deposit it and I deposit it on service center and now they are not return my phone to me, everyday they makes excuses to me.. But no solution.

Hello sir my front camera is not working. I have purchased mi 4i 16gb 8 month ago. plz give me information about ur service centre my contact no 9827834522.

I have bought mi4i with great expectation but the battery blasted & burnt & the device damaged badly within 8months. The local authorised service centre took the device and told that the device is not repairable & to be replaced within a week or two. But after 4months it is not replaced although regular pursuance with customer care as well as service centre have been done. The customer care always giving assurances every occasion without any commitment. If it continues there will be no other way but to represent the case to Honorable consumer court.

Actually i will replace my mobile for your mi.com So i will register my mobile for insurance and they told me there is need of replacement letter for again registered. soo plzz send me replacement letter on my registered email id and my registered no.is 8930037273.

I bought redmi note 3. with in 2 days phone switched off, I visited service centre they people told me need to be replaced mother board and it will take 2 months because in india company doesn't have spares parts available. What is this if company doesn't have spares parts available they why they sell mobile phone in the market. I sent mail to MI. they people not responding. very poor service. Please never buy MI products in future. This is fraud company.

I got redmi note 3, which is defective. It automatically discharge and switched off. I put phone in charging. Plz give me solution.

I have purchased Redmi Note 3 In May but soon i was facing problem with Speaker. I have submitted it one of your service center in Noida Sec-18. After checking they told me the problem is with motherboard and it takes 2 months to replace.

May i know the reason why it takes 2 months to replace the Mother board. it is my new phone and even i didn't use it for 2 months since i faced issues like it. If you need 2 Months to replace the motherboard, kindly arrange me another phone as i don't have spare phone to use.

I have placed an order for redmi 3s prime on 7 September but I haven't got it yet.

Worst service provider ever. Will never purchase any mi product.

Given my cellphone to varanasi service center on 11'th july regarding heating and mobile on/off issue. Its now 2 month still didnt got my cellphone back neither the spare part are available for 32gb mi note3. just one response since last 2 month from service center and customer helpline number that its will be reach shortly. Now its 2 month xiaomi service provider are making fool. In every single day a new mobile launch but xiaomi its taking so long to fix a single problem. it look like its a blunder fault to buy xiaomi mobile. If i wont get my cellphone back within 5 more days then i will be complaining against xiaomi. May be that will be the right option.

Buyer buy at your own risk!!! It is the worst service provider.

I bought redmi note 3 on 20th August 2016 from mi app. From the very first day it has huge battery drainage problem. I called customer care for 6 times and each one of them told me some tests for battery and I completed all tests but the issue is not solved. Then I went to centre and they kept phone and returned me after 3 days by just updating the phone but the problem not solved. I went again to the centre and they kept phone and I don't know what they have checked in the phone after that they returned phone to me saying it is ok but the problem was as before. Again went to centre and they kept phone by saying that they can only check the phone and do nothing else. I would like to give example of my phones battery i charged my phone around 9am to 100% and till next day the same time battery was 34% without using the phone for a single minute the phone was kept unused. What to do now, I am not able to use phone for one time. Please help me. Amandeep from chandigarh.

I have bought new phone Redmi 3S a week ago. And i dont know about its features but somehow i want to put a contact photo but suddenly a permission came to do allow or deny. I suddenly clicked on never ask me again and deny. And now i am not able to put a contact photo. It always shows you have disabled a required permission. Kindly Help me out of this Problem as soon as u can plz. How will i able to enable that permission now and will able to put a contact photo.

This mail is in regard to complain about service issue from your service center.I had bought one Mobile phone of your MI brand from Flipkart bearing IMIE No 868139022051483 having invoice no. BLR_WFLD20151001398845 invoice date 26-10-2015 with a warranty of one year.

I am facing charging issue on this phone and i called upon your service center in New Delhi having no. 011-45626441(Naraina Vihar) , 011-25615338 (JanakPuri) and 011-43505380(Daryaganj) but no one is picking the phone for all day. When I visited to the service center in Daryaganj they told me that the part is not available with them and it will take near about 2-3 months to get the phone repaired by the time my warranty will expired.
 
Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible or else i have to complain in the consumer cell as i am not able to properly able to use the phone for which i had paid.

It's the worst phone ever. Within 2months of purchase (3rd June, 2016) my phone stopped working. Mother board and charging board got defected. Gave my phone for servicing on (3rd August, 2016). They're saying "parts nahi mil raha phone ka toh hmlog kya kare". Now it's more than one and a half month I have given it to service center in Kolkata, park Street. Service is v.v bad. it's a waste. No one replying to my calls ..no one is picking up and no one has any answer when I ask them "when will I get back my phone".

Your service is very bad because M4 parts are not available in India and service centre employees say at this time no part is available for M4 .2 months is take to repair the phone. This is not good your market value is decrease every day due to your mobile parts unavailability. I think after some time no one trust on MI barnd in India.

Poor sevice stations and not working properly. its my very big mistake to buy mi phone. world very poor phone.
