i vinod kumar dass i made on line booking my PNR is Y1J9B & ticket no 0982116982524 del-ixd-del 23 may was cancelled by air india and my ticket was cancelled by air india commercial desk as i am entitlement for full refund . Hii. I am an airtal user and today I have recharge 248 rs 3gb 2g data. The offers update on the *129# no & I find the best internet offer. I call this no and select the internet pack after that showing the options select the pack.

I select the pack of 248rs 3gb 2g data in this pack after select this pack. I received the msg (congratulations! Enjoy 3 gb 2g unlimited, 28 days, rs. 248 at rs248).

But I check the balance. I am shock I receive only 2gb 2g data only. Why receive me only 2gb data. I have recharge 248 for 3gb 2g tata. Why u not give me 3gb data. I pay fully amount. But I not receive fully 3 gb data.. Why??? What are u doing on our customers.. U are fraud. U are not sincere on gust service.. U r giving wrong information on your customers. I have a screen shot on this page and 2nd screen shot have offer 248rs showing 3gb data. If u dont take the action on this complaint I go for consumer forum for complain. Pls revert me asap.

You the Airtel company cheat ...a bad service u have given..I had given request for broadband ..they have came fast and get my money and given no net connection. I'm waiting for 4 day's and still..no respond.

I have purchased the airtel 4g dongal with postpaid sim plan of 15 GB for 3 month for 800rs at 27th may 2016, but my 1st month bill generated at the 7th june, according to 27th may, how can be my 1st month completed only in 10 days from 27th may to 07th june,i have used only 1.5 GB data and loss my 3.5 GB data.

Kindly note that my Mobile number 7525014546 is postpaid connection and given to me through my company NTPC. This number was taken at Allahabad and was postpaid connection itself.

In Jan 2016 I have shifted this number to Delhi and now I am able to view my bills only from Feb2016 onwards.

whenever i recharge my phone with 8 rs night pack then i can't open any site on it i use fb, youtube but it not open only one sit open airtel live portal. i don't know what to do with it and also customer care says there is a option of dismiss but i have not found it in whole page and i have fill my no and switch off switch on mobile but this problem not goes. plz solve it i don't want to use your airlel live portal deactivate it or i have to do sim portability.

Hi,

I just got a call from this number - 8097000526 and 7208002803. A lady called me speaking in the worst tone ever - Asking me if the bill for the past month is paid.

She doesn't listen to me - (Hold on here! All the bills are paid and up to date) - She says my bill is not paid and tells me I will put your number into the legal department.

Why is a reputed company like Airtel hiring such disgusting staff - She said - do what you want - go where u want - just tell me if you've paid your bill - She didn't give me a chance to tell her its paid.

I want a senior person to call me and apologize, I am a PR professional and can easily blast this situation. But i understand the reputation of a company and mistakes of such unethical people.

I will not tolerate a disgusting person calling me in the morning and talking non sense. Please clarify Airtel

I am a airtel customer. i have 2 postpaid sim 9831241329,9831241309 . i don't use the sim card after 4 months so i paid the last bill (date-17.03.2016) total amount 300 300=600. i am not to be interest as the postpaid line .so i close the both sim card . i said my complain on 121 customercare but they have no response my request & this reason the connection of the both sim card is not stop. i don't use the sim last 3 months so. i am not given the last 3 months bill & i want to deactivate my both sim card. Requested to you for close the connection as soon as possible.
