Very very bad net work provider, customer care service is not good.

I have sufficient balance in my account but I am not able to see channel. This is My second mail from yesterday. But still not resolve my quarry. If you don’t want to continue provide service please tell me so I will arrange other provider.
1800-1370-444, 03340083477 both are useless.. Mail id customercare@d2h.com also useless this is my second mail.
I am still not contact ur customer care already I am recharge my account but still not get the service. Pls check I am very suffering for this.

Very poor service
D2h services have been discontinued since 15/02/2019.About 10 mails posted but no solution till date.I am compelled to shift to some other companies. Your customer care phone number s are also not responding.My customer I'd is 2127065 & registered phone number is 9419124328.

E18-4 Insufficient Balance error even after recharge
Worst customer experience ever!
Since past 4 days I am not able to see any channels except channel#757. I have done the recharge and also migrated to mera wala plan but not getting the channels. It shows error E18-4 Insufficient Balance.
On last Sunday I called customer care, agents were not able to understand the problem and they simply transferred the call to other agents. Everytime when new agent was on call, I was not only asked to explain the problem again but also asked to provide customer ID everytime. They do not even care to pass on information to other agents while transferring the call. Finally after talking to 3 agents, on my request I was transferred to supervisor but he was also not able to resolve or understand my problem. After long hold he just informed that my setup box is showing disconnected to them and he has sent email to concerned team to check it. I asked him if setup box is disconnected then how does it show one channel (#757) ? to which he had no answer.
Till now I did not receive any call from videocon, till now I am not able to see the channels. That supervisor had not shared any complaint number.

No response and resolution
From 11 days following up no response and resolution. Customer id 78202969, mob no 8424035945. Problem persists E18-4 technical error and E18-4 insufficient balance in my both account. It's IT department problem. please instruct them to get it resolved ASAP. Please adjust 11days payment. Recharged already 11 days before... so get resolved the said issue.

No d2h connection
I have recharged my d2h connection on 22/01/2019 through online. Validity for the same is 30 days. But, to my surprise your customer care has disconnected the service on 16/2/19 abruptly. Since then I tried to contact your customer care and it is very difficult to get the line. Once, I got the connection and I was assured of reconnection at the earliest. But so far no connection and only false assurance thorough phone and SMS given. Recently I got a message that my d2h connection will be restored on Saturday ie. 23/2/19.
So far no action. I am frustrated very much and thought of going for another company. I have never seen such worst customer service in my life. Your people's thought that customers are their slaves. They even not bothered to talk politely and patiently. If you want to save your company, please give them proper training and select suitable persons. I had a balance of Rs.600/- in my d2h account as on 1/3/19 as per your message received by me.
I hope at least by seeing this message you will take necessary action immediately and restore my connection. My customer ID is 112276307 and name is Shamasundhar H.S. Also I am a senior citizen. Please do the needful or else I like to switch over to another connection. I once again repeat "worst service".

Complaint against CSC
Just now I contacted your CSC, the official spoken to me is very rood and disconnected the call in the middle. What a worst service. He has no patience to listen to the customer grievance and talking rudely. My ID is 112276307. Please advise the staff suitsbly.
Non responsive CC
D2h is the worst provider ever experienced. Have been trying to change channels as per new rule, but no response from Customer care if dialled or website doesn't help in this. Customer care people just hang up as soon as they come to know that need to select new selective channels. Have tried Ur d2h infinity app...it's of no use. Discontinuing Ur service as it's most pathetic,worst provider ever. Pls close it as u can support Ur customers via customer care or website.

Not getting channel, worst customer care
I have tried lot of times but was not able to connect and I had reached for250 and from February 2. I am not able to watch none of the channels and I am getting the message that recharge. what's wrong I don't no.. u have a worst customer response.

Poor service
This is really shame they provide zero services to the customers. I had mailed several times had called them for the problem that im facing but still no resolution from your side. Every time i try to call or connect it is always disconnected not even a single time my call has been attended properly. Very poorly managed company with untrained executives. I had mailed endless time but no response from their side. and no resolution for your problems is there.
