Hi, I am HR at Rajutech company.We have fixed line connection of airtel for the number 4040180265. Since two days we have a problem with landline for incoming calls. The problem is that, when called for number, it does not ring and the call is not received. As it is for office use, we are facing a big problem regarding calls. Hope u can understand the problem and solve it as early as possible.

I am a vodafone user (9711551703) for the past 7-8 years. I have not requested for port recently. On 1st april, I got a call from airtel saying that it is a verification call and do you know Rakesh? I refused. Then that person asked my name. I refused to tell that also. Immediately I got a text message from airtel that

"Dear Customer,verification with your local reference for Airtel Mobile 9205292133 could not be completed successfully. We will retry in some time. Please inform the referee accordingly."

I got the same call from airtel that day 5-6 times. Again and again I kept on saying that I do not know any Rakesh and refused to tell my name. Then finally that night I got this message from airtel

"Dear Customer,verification with your local reference for your Airtel Mobile 9205292133 has been completed successfully. We will keep you updated on the progress."

How can the verification be completed even after my constant refusal for the same? Is this the way verifications are done in airtel? Then I called airtel customer care from an airtel number. The executive told me that they will revert back within 24 hours, but they didn't. After few days, again I got a call from airtel asking that do I know Mr. Ankit Kumar. When again I refused and blasted on them, they hanged up.

Now should I do FIR against this or my problem will be considered? I hope necessary action will be taken soon.

I m using airtel sim my no is 9871362101 and I m staying in c-67 shree chand park, matiyala, uttam nagar new Delhi =59 my net was not working and I m using 4g net card and. I m complain in customer care but he was saying to me give me 4 days but I spend 6 days but net was not working please take a action.

last one month we are suffering incoming & Outgoing & broadband connections daily we call 121 customer care they are telling 24 hrs fast one month same repeating =but nobody rectify my problems. this is the way airtel giving service this hospital then to they are not responding.

My plan actual fixed bill amount is only Rs.846. I am not change any plan up to date, The bill of my post paid no o44-43326462 has Rs. 1544 . I had called airtel customer care on Feb 2015 than received the call he told me that your bill was Rs.846/- till date. The very Next day I received the bill amounting Rs 1544. My bill showed Rs. 1544/-.. I am already paid excess amount paid in madipakkam aittel showroom in month of 31 March 2016 Rs.1646. Now My bill showed this April month also excess Rs. 1544/-. My plan actual fixed bill amount is only 846/- I am requesting you inquired about phone call details and deducted unnecessary amount, and reduce bill amount March month and adjusted in excess amount April month 2016 bill statement,

When i call on 55555 no. Airtel sent me a message you have already active free 50% night cash back and valid for next 90 days and when i use the internet at night airtel don't give me any cashback. tell me why u don't give me cashback now i want to port this no to another company.

The bill of my airtel mobile no 7709920099 has 3682.21rs. I had called airtel customer care on 1st march2016 then I called Customer care on dated 02.03.2016,04.04.2016. They told me that actual bill amount is only 1530.13/- and the mistake was their own side. I am requesting you inquired about phone call details and deducted unnecessary amount from the bill so that I will able to pay the bill. told me that I have 200 MB unused Internet total free.

I have broadband connection (no. 0751-4053782). I have an issue regarding my bill. Last month on 19 march. I requested your team member to activate the top up of rs 99/-. He said to me your plan has been activated but it was not activated from your side. Now the bill has come of rs 1007/-.

I just want the extra charges deduction from your side. So on last friday I called on customer care for complaint, that day I talked to your head he said to me he will check the records. On the same I requested him to activate the topup of rs 99/- so he said any error is coming & he assured that with in 48 hrs he will sort out my problem regarding bill but he didnt take any action. So again today I called and talked to saurabh. I requested him to activate the plan & he has given me req no. I.E. 67077212. So kindly activate my plan & also take action in my favour regarding the deduction of bill as soon as possible.

I, Ahmed feraz from kolkatta using relaince post paid connection from last 5 years, they provide me well service.17 april 2016 from airtel, riya dutta 84208443** called me in my reliance no 9339123451 offer me better plan against of reliance in minimum cost. I agree to take airtel connection but i gave a condition to her i want same last 6 digit no of relaince if its possible than send some one for document. She told sure and I gave document along with 300 hundred ruppes but after 2 day she provide me 9831363451. many time i called her and many time in customer care but no one solve out my problem.. Its mean out, Airtel cheat me.

Hi, There was a commitment from your end regarding 500 rupees wave off stating it will be done instant after payment. I had paid my remaining bill last time and still I see the 500 routing on my name. Please remove the 500 amount including the 100 late payment charges for this month. Once received confirmation regarding it I will pay the rest 1221 rupees.

Hope to receive a true commitment this time without any delay in resuming of my service.

I am very disappointed to write this to you. I recharged my mobile no.-9997959252 by 296 RS. On 7th April 2016 two times but not received benefits my amount. Please return my amount back to my account. online recharged txn I'd no.257510 and 257753. Several times I called to customer care but there is no satisfy reply from them. Now I am going to late legal action against Airtel & will also not use Airtel services in future.

I am a victim of airtel 4G dongle. please close my above account no : 9515125286. Unfortunately i opted for the same 4 months back and used for only 3 months, on which i got over bills and bill with out using the dongle. On my repeated requests to customer care operator, my account was put on temporary inactive mode, and sending me bills without using the dongle since last 2 months. Please close my account immediately and same from the airtel clutches.

There has been drainage of 3G data from my data plan constantly so resolve my problem. This problem is since 2-3 months on my phone. So kindly resolve this.

I have recharged 225mb 2G Internet for 6days in Rs 45 from *129#-option 3 (popular pack) - option 5 (Internet pack). But I have get only - 150mb for 5days in Rs. 45. Wat is this. I want 225mb in Rs. 45 or pls refund my balance. If u can't, I will remove my all airtel sim cards. U could take an action suddenly.

I am Mr Naidu and right now I am using the postpaid family plan(5 members). But I am not satisfied with your services as you do not give me the description of the data usage in all the respective mobile phones. The data services are only activated in 2 mobile phones. I have requested the airtel delete the penalty of rs 100 being levied on my monthly bill for not carrying out standing instruction for payment. So far they have not replied but directing to to different departments.
