Hired ur indica cab at btm to st antonys church at 9pm on 26th march. distance:2.3km. reached around 9.20 pm.charges: rs:257.pl clarify.

I pre booked my ola cab on 2nd april as I had to travel yesterday that is 3rd April 11:00 PM. So that no inconvenience occur. But this time you provided worst service. Driver denied to come,he was just 3 km away from my place. I booked another cab he also denied to come. I again booked it, that driver said he is on a holiday, why the hell you provide the booking when you cannot provide the services ?? This thing happened with me yesterday, I booked around 5-6 cabs, all denied to come, that's why I had to cancel and book again.

My car is on servicing, I had to get my relatives drop at the station. While booking and cancelling because of your rude drivers, I had to book it again and again but you didn't provide me any service and my relatives train got missed. They reached the station late as they had to go by auto.

My account is also being shown permanently locked ? When you can't provide the services you block the account. Get my account unlocked. I had used ola in Bangalore and Delhi, good service were there, but in Lucknow its worst. Shame on you. Highly dissatisfied by your services. Worst service and worst ola. I was always satisfied before with the ride, but this time it's worst.

I booked a cab on Sunday 27 march 2016 at time about 2 pm with option ride letter at 7:30 pm from wonderla to btm with CRN number 207429364 and at the time of booking confirmation the message from your side was we will share the driver details before 15 min of riding, on that day i wait till 7:30 pm and at the same time you send a message that your booking is cancelled.

After that i try to call the ola customer care it was always busy after half n hour in so many call try one person pic the cal and was telling that you have to chose another way.

Now my question is:

1. Was it my mistake that you confirm my booking.
2. If you are not able to give the service to the customer for the option ride letter so for which purpose you have that option because i was booked the cab at least 6 hour before of my ride and you had enough time.
3. If you was not able to provide the service then you should have to inform me at least 1 or 2 hour before so that i can for another options.
4. For all these reasons i had payed 3 times more money so who is the responsible for that ?
5. Is that type of fucking service you are providing ? And if yes then i will always book the ola cab and when the driver will reach at pickup point i will cancel the cab and you will not detect even a single rupee in my ola account.

Terrible service provided by your drivers and even customer support is horrible...

What action have you taken on that particular driver, there's no revert . only a complaint no. Has been generated, that's all. I don't understand how this company Ola of yours work.

No revert, nothing and such an inconvenience for clients, HORRIBLE YOUR COMPANY AND ITS WORKERS ARE.Your driver named Ranjit got us flight missed and didn't properly hear us, was rude, and not humble at all. We are seriously disappointed with the way OLA performs and treats its customers. Terribly unhappy and such a big loss we had to suffer with no revert from yur team.

On April 28th, I traveled from JP nagar 8th phase to Jayanagar 4th Block. I boarded the at 11.50 am, well after the so called peak hour period which is from 8am to 11am. but i was charged an amount of Rs 27/- over the meter charge which showed Rs 88/-. I would like to know how you justify charging so much extra, since it was not during the peak hour. And this peak hour extra charge is really exorbitant. Even for a minimum distance, you charge Rs 20/- extra which is very unreasonable.

Very much unsatisfied with your services. I was trying to book ola cab. It was booked, but the driver said 'main itni rat ko udhar nehi jaunga' it was really disappointed.

Your services are really a pathetic. Poor customer care service team, don't know how to deal with the customers. You are not giving service free of cost we are paying for it.

Booked a cab with out my knowledge he started the trip and ended with rs 94/-, again booked and told wait nearby road he also not turned up.

Called Customer care and spoken to mr. vignesh assured it will not repeat in future...how many apologies??? this is the 6th incident.

Hi, when I am trying to log in my mobile ola app it's shows me invalid username and password.. Though I'm giving correct ID and password.. It's shows invalid...help in resolving the issue as I can't able to book even in case of emergency..

Ola is merely fooling of people with their new option of ola share, I used to travel daily via that. It will show you the cab is available at 2 mins.once you book it, it will come after 20 minutes minimum if you manage to make their driver understand where you are even if the GPS shows your current location. I have met a few drivers that didn't even knew what is the meaning of left / right/ what exactly GPS is for? / Why one shall use GPS.

Once the cab driver is late, as a customer you should cancel the cab but this is also your fault. You will either get the next booking of the same driver who already didn't showed up/ his no.is switched off/ he is not in the mood to drive you to your destination. But again because its all customer's fault that you are unable to handle their such staff/ such timeliness that they never meet but expect you to get late and then also don't wants to hear any sort of complaints.

If you do complain / treat yourself as a customer who tries to get the cab by desired time, ola will simply suspend your account with a cce saying you Sorry for the caused inconvenience. As a customer you are liable to get late because there is traffic and ola don't see it while providing you the pick up time.

As a customer you are liable to behave with the driver so what if he doesn't know what is left or right or despite you have set the destination he doesn't know the route as he doesn't know what is GPS. As a customer you are only liable to pay, you are not there to complain. Because as a customer you are only supposed to give 5 star rest options are just for the illusion to gain popularity.

while making complaint of the driver niranjan who did not turn up after booking and thereafter i received invoice of 90 rupees though i keep waiting for him, i clicked the option of blocking my id and it was blocked. i kindly request you to revive the same and do the needful.

On 12 jun 16 I booked the cab at 1652 hrs with discount coupon no 2ND75 it was accepted and name of the driver was given as basvaraju mob 9611618896 itios KA 04 AA6942, the driver gave a call and asked the drop point and he never turn back to us however after 20 minutes be received the SMS of the bill for rs 15 bill no is CRN 271442492. We book the other cab in which the discount coupon was not accepted. Here by u r requested to look in to the matter and improve the system so that no such case is reported in future.you can also report about the used discount coupon by the driver for some one else.

Last 10 days or so I am getting false messages from OLA related to taxi booking in Jaipur / Delhi.. while I am based in Baroda.. Not traveled anywhere in last one month. At Midnight I am getting message that so and so driver with ola cab is waiting for you at Shashtri Nagar in Jaipur... while I am in Baroda. I am getting daily 2-3 invoices of ola cab in my mail.. I have deleted ola app from my phone.. still such sms and mails are coming. Please do needful urgently. Some times ola cab drivers are calling in the mid night as they are waiting for me.

Somebody is using my mobile number 9979093051 for ola cab registration, by fake accounts on ola cab by heronv6252 @gmail.com. Today I have got massages on my mobile regarding OLA cab booking and vehicle is waiting at11.55 &12.06 from Harpalsingh of ola cab. Then after at 12.08 from Ratilal boi of OLA cab. It seems to be some stranger has register for OLA cab using my above mentioned mobile phone no. I have thoroughly checked none of my family members nor friends never registred for your cab services withy mobile phone. On discussion with ola cab help centre 07933553355 @ 12:26 pm & 02:25 pm ... I came to know that someone stranger, whom i dont know is using email address heronv6252 @gmail.com, and my mobile phone no. So i request you to cancel above registration on ola cab of my phone no. I also request you to give me the reply what actions taken from your end. Quick actions wiil be appreciable.

i was in sarojini nagar market on 2-7-16 , when i finished the shopping i use ola software and i got a driver no. is 8802886826 driver name devender cab no.-UP-14 FT-3008 from ola side. when i call the cab driver he said to me "kaun bol raha hai" i said bhai sahab kahan ho and again he replyed kaoun bol raha hai ph kyoun kiya kahan se bol raha hai very loudely talking with me i shocked and disconnect the ph and again dial no.8802886826 and he again kaun bol ra hai s******* ,Bhos******* Teri maa c******* i wa shocked what happens with me i disconnect the ph because i was with the my family and he continued dialing my no. i fear what i do this time. then i call the police on 100 no and he policeman said to me sir plz you go the another cab to house i will check and punished the driver and after that i go to my house again another ola cab.

But i helpless that condition i dont use in future ola cabs and i am discussing with my fb friends and another friends dont use ola cabs services. ola driver always unprofessional criminal very risky ola services for good customers. i dont know what reaction or action after the compliant in customer care no.

THIS IS VERY DISGUSTING and frustrating THAT TODAY 07/10/2016, THERE WAS NO CAB SERVICE AVAILABLE IN Connaught Place, New Delhi at 10:30 PM. It wasn't too late.....or unreachable place.

My mbg or incentive of 8th nd 13th july was not given to me....and when i asked about that from customer care then they said that you have invalid bookings on that day but its wrong.....i have completed my both days mbg booking scheme faithfully nd i did all bookings fairly nd original....but still i face this problem so plz solve my that mbg issue my cab no. hr 61c 3992.

I had booked a scheduled a cab on 19th July for 20th July 10:30 AM having CRN 311177149. I was assigned driver Krushna MH14FC2152. He refused to come saying it’s too far.

Then I tried to book again and driver Shivaji MH14FC2152 was assigned. He also refused saying his mobile is not charged so he can not ply. It’s pathetic, from Ola that your driver are not picking up the passenger despite there in the vicinity. It was an urgent journey for an medical emergency.

I will never book a tax from Ola now. I will suggest same to others as well.

The minimum business guarantee assured to me while joining was 7500 on 15 trips and starts with min 4 trips. after just a week of joining the min trips are increased to 6 and the max mbg is 7000...i have tried contacting the partner care but in vain...pls reply asap why this discrimination for i have maintained my stary status to 4.9......awaiting reply.

Today i booked a cab from Lajpat Nagar, Central Market and the condition of the car was worst. However i boarded the cab, after 15 mins at AIIMS, driver said that car has broken down and my ride will have to be stopped on the way. This was due to heavy traffic at South Extension that the driver was not willing to go further. I asked him to get in touch with OLA support and arrange for a replacement, to which he refused and also asked for undue money. After some argument with him, i was forced to pay him the money and booked another cab which was showing an ETA of 3 mins. This driver told that its going to take 25 mins for the cab to reach. I was now forced to cancel the cab and book an auto. This time I received a message from OLA stating a cancellation fee of RS. 50/- which was forced on my next OLA Auto Bill.

Today [28.07.2016] I booked my first Ola cab from my residence to Lucknow Zoo distance 7+ kms. At 11.48A.M.your driver m.no.9839380339 telephoned me asking where I want to go. When I informed him that I wanted to go to Zoo, he refused that you arrange some other conveyance, he will not go to such shorter distance. My small grand children were extremely disappointed to here this. These people are giving bad name to your company and hardship to travellers. Will you take corrective measures?
