Unblock my account it was not my mistake. Ola cabs pple plz unblock/unsuspend my account it was not my fault my cell phone was fully hanged while i was booking a cab and because of this your cabs were got booked by me so many times. it was my mistake i appreciate it if you plz unblock my account again.

Actually today my account has been blocked due to 4 cancellations. but in order to explain tht there is no my fault in that ...frst two drivers talked rudely thats why I cancelled it, third and fourth time I got thy dont know the locations exactly thats why. how can u suspend my account. even I talked to ur manager he said he will solve it in 1 hour bt till nw its blocked.

I had a very bitter experience with Ola Cab service. I had a confirmed booking for your cab for saturday (10/10/2015). Your cab should have showed up by 6.15 am, however when the driver called to get my location by 5.45 am he said, he can not come to pick me up as he is not near to my location and the worst thing he did is cancelled my booking without my knowledge or confirmation. when i called to your customer care to know the status they said my booking is already cancelled and they can't do anything now. they insisted me to book again as the old booking is cancelled already by your driver.

Is this how you treat your customer?? Is this how your drivers would behave?? who gave your driver the right to cancel my booking?? If at all he is far and can't come, he should have made alternative arrangements to make sure someone near by attends me, he can not simply cancel my booking.

Why my Ola account was suspended, there was no valid reason given. This is not fair to us customers that you ban users randomly on your wishes. If this goes on i dont know how many will use your service.

I’m writing this to express my discontent and ridiculous experience with Ola Cab booking last night. Let me provide a detailed background to the same:-

1. I booked an Ola Mini cab from Global Village, Mysore Road, Bangalore on Oct 22 @ 3:10 AM. My booking was confirmed and I received below details for my booking via SMS.

2. I immediately called up driver (Dhananjaya) to check how much time would it take for him to come for the pickup, he apprised me that he will be there in another 10 minutes. However, while tracking the ride, I didn’t notice any movement in cab’s original position and driver’s number also was not reachable so I called up Ola support @ 3:25 AM to check with driver and they apprised that they also couldn’t contact him so a new cab was assigned with existing booking CRN. I received below SMS updates.

3. I called up new driver (Manjunath), he said he is coming down in another 10-15 minutes. I was waiting for him and then my cab was cancelled with below SMS update.

4. Now, on calling Ola Support again they told that I’ll have to do a fresh booking. Well, I did as I was left with no other option, new booking was confirmed and I received the below booking details via SMS.

5. Now, the worst thing happened as the driver (Dhananjaya) assigned with the latest booking (CRN138433084) was the same as was for my booking (CRN138430668) @ 3:10 AM. When I called him up, he refused to come for pickup saying he won’t accept the ride booked with Ola Money. Now with all the frustration I called up Ola support again stating the same, Ola support person talked to driver and concluded that driver had some fuel problem and they are assigning a new cab yet again.
I received the new cab/driver details as below and finally was able to board the cab @ 4:10 AM after exactly 1 hour of wait, follow-ups and frustrations.

Ola! Your cab has arrived. While we regret the delay, let's make up by giving you an awesome ride.

Although Ola Support team was really very supportive during this entire process but it’s the drivers who were messing it up all the time. I, therefore, request you to please have a look into the matter and take corrective actions to improve your service (much needed).

Why my account has been suspended today & I saw that my friends account are also suspended. I have got two ola coupon & I haven't use them yet.... Now what I do to get back my account.

I have not done anything and while am logging in to my account there are telling i have violate the policy of ola cab but have not done anything. plzz solve my query and let me login to my account.

on nov -12th. i have add 300 rs to Ola account through online. But i didn't get that amount. 300 rs gone from my bank account. And i got message from my bank that you have used to 300 rs for ANI technologies pvt ltd. But still i didn't get that 300 rs in my Ola account. so kindly refund to bank or add that money in my Ola account.

I have booked ola cabs showing 16 minutes, but when I called the driver,they said they will arrive in more than 1 hour.. How could I wait for that while when I am in emergency. I request to open my account as it is very helpful to me.

I have booked TFSAT-C42558140 confirmed on Nov.172015, 6:32a.m. Driver Birendra Sah-9007916418 for Nizam Place to Damdum Airport, Kolkata. Paid Rs.256/- . All the messages send are in record including my payment. Bill as said sent to wrong e-mail address. Hence I did not receive.

The car was Taxi for sure we booked on 17/11/2015. This is also on record. As per your terms & condition I got coupon to get Rs.200/- off on my first ride. But the driver said the rebate of Rs.200/- is not applicable for Taxi for sure. There were other options of cars also but I didn't know that it is not applicable for Taxi for sure.

Kindly tell me that whether Rs.200/- advantage for first ride is applicable for all the cars you mentioned or only for some particular cars you mentioned and whether I will get that advantage of Rs.200/- off on my next ride or not as I have not availed.

Hi, on 21.1115 I made a booking ref. CRN150426677 but I am shocked that the shameless driver (Mohd Fakir - Silver Wagon R MH 01 BT 6280), purposely cancelled my trip. He was unprofessional, arrogant and shameless guy in ur ola fleet. If such useless driver u keep in ur company u have to suffer lot of criticism due to such driver. He unnecessary fall into the argument with me, and then he told me wait he is coming to pick me up, then he doesn't pick up my phone. I wait for 15 min. With my family on the road for him. Then I took rickshaw for my home, such kind of service I was really upset.

So I want you to pls. Look into the matter, and take some serious action against that shameless driver. And pls. Let me know what u have done.

When i'm trying to open your new update version of your ola cabs then my screen gets a notification to allow your GPS turn on. and i'm trying to turn on this then it's turn back to my home or menu screen what should i do?

My account got suspended saying due to violation of ola cabs policies even though me being a regular client.. i dont think i have violated any of their policies. In case i have i should be informed about d policy n stuff.

I am very sad to say that after booking OLA cab on 26/10/2015 at Bangalore, you failed to provide service of OLA cab. Also you have voluntarily cancelled my ride. After that one fine day My account has been blocked from you without any mistake from my side. After my request the same is activated. However you are not willing to give me the option of "Share & Earn".

You narrate condition No 10 saying that some fake things are observed. However there is nothing fake on my side. I think you may be the big fake and fraud. because you are always taking one sided decision telling others fake. If you are not fake & fraud, see that I should get the option of "Share & Earn" in my app.
