First time I was told to bring identity proof. Second time I was told that server is down and therefore apply via email. In anticipation I have paid the bills and now due to the delay any dues will also be paid.Please ack.

Please disconnect my airtel nos 7880312727 immediately. I have tried to notify the service provider but they have not taken action and now i request my nos be deactivated as i am not satisfied with the services and will not be paying any dues incurred in my name from henceforth. this seems to be a common complaint of airtel users. kindly look into the matter thank you

I have an internet connection, as per your customer care executive my connection is disconnected from 20th feb., 2016 but your office charges for same period and he says it is mandatory. So pl tell me that in what IPC section it is mandatory to pay the charges for the period when connection is disconnect, it charges because u have not pay the old dues.

And also tell me that where i should complaint against your recovery gundas for his behavior when he come at home. I have a video clip of that. Pl. Reply my mail on my email.

I have recharge with Rs 148 on 19/03/2016. And I got the message that from this recharge I can enjoy 500 mb 2G and 500 mb 3G data for 30 days. But while I started using net I only got 588Mb 2G data for 21 days. After that when I ask for that from customer care officer they replied as this scheme is now changed from 23 march 2016. But if I recharge before that date they should provide me the earlier benefit. Now I totally got disappointed from airtel and my decision is now to change the service. Airtel is a fake service to me. I hate it.

I have taken an airtel net connection no 8790802277 in the month of dec'15. After that our site engineer has left on 12-01-2016 and i have informed to the company to stop the net connection immediately and i told to my site engineer to pay the bill amount up to jan'16 month.I do not know that he has not paid the bill until i have received the bill in the last week.I have opened the bill and i astonished that you have not stopped the connection and doing the billing up feb'16 that bill comes to Rs.3597.78/-. Please verify with your people and do the justification and I will pay the bill up to Jan'16. Please do the needful and oblige.

The reason why i mentioned theft is really Airtel is doing that. I am using this mob 9940159334 for the past 2 to 3 years. Now a days, my 3g data has consumed very rapidly without any use from my side. I called customer care and queried about that, but no proper response from that side, instead they are blaming the customer like, close all the apps running behind, disconnect the network after usage, etc. These things are im doing regularly. I lost 400 mb data without any usage. So, please dont blame the customer side, there might be problem with your side also, please rectify that. Airtel is a very big network, dont spoil your name by doing these kinds of silly (cheating) activities.

I had purchased two 4g Home WiFi (8527611765) (8527688957).

1. Chattarpur ( working properly). 2. 2B, 28 ferozshah road, new delhi 110001 (not working from 1/4/2016 (friday).

In this matter it is submitted that:
1. We installed 4g wifi connection after removing 3G(Airtel).
2. It is an office and more than 5 days laps we are working without internet.
3. Your technician & supporting team is not commitment to deal with customers.
4. You are misguiding people through your ad etc.

Pls note that we are not going to pay current month charges and once again request u to attend properly and do the needful.

company has been adding extra amount to my bill saying that I insisted on activating some 3G internet plan to my mobile no. 7024145201 last month and month before that. But I only called for activating the plan in December 2015 and that was the first and the last time I ever called for that 3G internet service. The day I was done with that 1GB plan your company itself called me asking if I wanted to continue with the plan or terminate it and I clearly insisted on terminating the plan. But they didn't do it so when I saw my December 2015 bill in January I called back for considering bill and they helped me then, but they did it again in February and now they are doing it again with March 2016 bill and this time they added extra amount which is equivalent to three times of 1GB 3G internet data plan(around 750 or so).

Now they are refusing to help saying that I am the one who called for activating it, which I certainly didn't. And some times they even say that I never terminated the plan. SO WHAT AIRTEL STARTED BILLING THEIR CUSTOMERS NOW, NO WONDER WHY ALL MY FRIENDS ARE SWITCHING TO ANOTHER CELLULAR SERVICE COMPANIES.

This is a real bad experience we had with the AIRTEL 4G Wi-Fi. Public plz dont be fooled by the ads and publicities of the company..They change the plans on mobiles without consent, withdraw all offers without intimation, etc.The customer service is so bad and there is no check on their atrocities. service mind is just out of question.here is a small experience we had that has really injured us mentally, economically and in all ways.

We regret to bring to your kind notice that the above mentioned 4G Wi-Fi hotspot with no:9148800636 had been purchased on 15th March 2016 and that till date we have not been able to use the same though we have recharged it thrice as advised by your customer care executives.

The Facts are that after the purchase the connections were made as per the instructions and after a couple of days the connection became very slow and we were not able to access anything and when your customer care was contacted the response was pathetic as we were transferred from one department to another and inspite of having called the customer care for almost 20-25 times in all these many days we have never had any satisfactory response or redressed. Finally we uploaded the grievance and the ref:OT032500025 dtd 25/3/2016 was given to us stating that it would take 2 hours for someone to get back to us. Later again after a few days when we again desperately called the customer care, one executive by name Keerti told us that the 4G connection was not activated and the same would be done within three working days but nothing seems to have been done and the status remains the same. We have even approached your Airtel customer service centres at Malleshwaram and Sheshadripuram and they also fail to resolve the issues asking us to contact customer care.

We did not expect this kind of irresponsible attitude and recklessness from a company like AIRTEL who boasts of too many heights. We also hereby request you to do the needful at the earliest that is within a couple of days failing which we will be constrained to initiate legal action against you and claim mental, physical damages and monetary compensation.

we have intimated the above by way of mail and are sitting back to see the response failing which they will learn their lessons.

I am last two month received the bill amount Rs 1636, I am paid excess amount month of 31March 2016 Rs.1646, Now My bill showed this month also excess Rs. 1536/-. My plan actual fixed bill amount is only 846/- I am requesting you please reduce bill amount March month and adjusted in excess amount this month bill, Thanking you.

I had called airtel customer care on 5th April 2016. I am last two month received the excess bill amount Rs 1636, I am paid excess amount paid in madipakkam airtel showroom in month of 31March 2016 Rs.1646, Now My bill showed this month also excess Rs. 1536/-. I am having the worst experience of service provided by AIRTEL.

I had a mobile postpaid connection with Vodafone #9810858610 and was approached to get it ported to AIRTEL and agreed. It was supposed to take 7 days.

It is now 4 week since the process was initiated and since the end of March my service from Vodafone is discontinued. However, till date I have not received any service on the AIRTEL sim. I have made very many calls to customer care and have been given all kinds of excuses and even reassurances but have not got any service on my sim till date. I can truly say that the AIRTEL service given me is pathetic and dishonest. If there is a problem, I expect to be informed and told when I can expect the service to be provided but that appears to be too much to expect from AIRTEL.

i call on 9810012345 for status of 106 times, visit on airtel store different-2 place 36 times, writen mail to all higher authority but no body help us. no action has been taken.

I am using ur voice and data services following airtel normal procedure i.e, rechaging data on the expiry day and next recharge with the carry-forwarding of previous leftover data. The same was in practice can be checked from records. I receaved a SMS from airtel to opt out for auto-data renewal plan. On receipt of this SMS I enquired from Customer Care that on auto-renewal whether my previous data balance will be carried forward as it happens when I recharge on the last day of my data plan. It was said by the Airtel Cutomer Care Rep that the unused Data will be carried forward. This intimation was in the month of Jan - Feb 2016.

I was to go for my first auto renewal in Mar16 but as my normal practice I recharged my data plan for 28days - 1GB. Again I received SMS since I got it done this time my auto renewal is deferred to 14Apr16. The 1GB Data Auto Renewal @Rs 265/for 28 days Was carried out on 14 Apr16 for me bur carrying-forward of unused data was not done. My unused Data Balance on 13 Apr was 3.2GB.As an esteem Customer I did not commit any fault on my side so my unused Data of 3.2GB wis was erroneously missed out by Airtel may please be credited to my data account. It was confirmed to me by ur Rep (pl check recorded conversation) about carrying forward of previous unused data. It is quite logical to think why should I opt for auto renewal if I will loose my unused data.

Pl check this was for the first time on Airtel offer otherwise i would not have opted for it.Please do the needful failing which being a Defense Officer I will be forced to approach Consumer Forum and other Govt Reddresal Agencies for the the justice as this is levied on a customer by your error as well as your fault. Few days before I found a text message in my android device. The message is about that u will get a free dongle if u want than send 'yes' or something like this. I did all the formalities related to that and send to the number provided at the text. Than again I got the text that we will contact to you in about 24 hours. But after that there is no response from the company. Today I contact customer than they advice to me that I have to mail on the site than you will get the dongle between 4 hours

So I request you to provide that service offered by the company

Your customer executive providing 2gb data and 200 local sms and 100 national sms and 2100 local calls are providing that in my549 plan. But we are provided 1.5gb data only. Please rectify your problems. So many times asking in your executive but not reply my answer.
