Coupon redeem issue
I am also redeeming my Rs 1000 coupon which I got after jio recharge. But there is an error indicating. The error is "Voucher is valid only on selected merchandise only" whereas I purchase 3795rs.
Return and refund
I don't get my refund amount ₹594.33..of returned order. I got message about initiated refund on 3 rd oct but still now not getting my amount on my account.

Very disappointed by your service
I am very disappointed by your service. its too bad, i am very angry. this is your service really. You are not following ur policy my order id is FN1961301998. i m ordering on 13th of December and paying at that time by upi and then bcz of some issues i cancel my order on 14th of December but i didnt get my money back. for that i am calling in customer care minimum 20 times email from my ragister mail id to customercare @ajio.com
sending my account statement 9 times on email but no body replied not solved my query still i didnt get my money back. its too bad servise i am never buy any products from ajio and suggest more people to avert from service.

Received wrong size of kids tshirt
I recently bought a KG Frendz tshirt from Ajio online store. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the t-shirt is in the wrong size. It's smaller than what I had ordered. I initiated a replacement request through Ajio's customer service. But no one from Ajio has shown up to collect the t-shirt. I've reached out to their customer support team many times but each time was just given promises to pickup the package. But these deadlines have come and gone without any action.
This experience with Ajio has been unexpectedly frustrating. I hope to get this issue sorted out soon.
