Now it is about more 12 hrs has passed. The "reach shortly has lost the credibility. Please ensure that ac is supplied i and fitted n forenoon. Please ensure your prompt action and customer friendly and business promoting relationship.

I have purchase one LED TV LLoyd (24") about three years from your sodepur branch, Model No. L24FIROGX, SL. NO. DXNGG20600025 DT. 12.08.2018, installation date is 13.08.2018, through Ishika Service Centre/barrakpur, from 05th August'2021, My T.V. is coming some problem, problem is from upper to middle portion is good condition, and middle to lower portion is coming shado, that time my remote is out of order, I think this is remote issue, after purchase is new remote then problem is not solve, that time warranty is over, I will report to sodepur branch on 14.08.2021 for this reason, they are not to agree for free service due to date is over(already 2 days), I am request to him, please send the mechanic for see the problem, till now they are not send the mechanic, I will report three time, but nobody will call me and not coming to see the issue. Actual I want to know your aim is only sales but customer problem is not care seriously, So I am request to you, please do not keep this staff for future problem. Also reply, for your valuable reply. Great eastern saltlake outlet has deliberately not sent any technician to install new ac purchased for one week now. It's scorching hot and my family suffering. When I call the sales person subhankar, he misbehaves, threatens that he will never install and disconnects calls. He does not pass calls to supervisor and says he is busy and no time to talk to customer. My money time and effort all wasted. Still getting scorched in heat and no communique from outlet. It's highly financial offence and consumer breach also. Who is going to bear the paun we are suffering ? A outright stupid and imposter outlet with dirty filthy cheap people who extorts money and does not install ac even. Shouldn't they be banned from looting customers.
