Dear team
I purchased TV from your branch on 26 nov 2022. Your staff initially mislead us instant cash discount available on credit card purchase while we have sufficient cash to purchase it.After his offer we arrange credit card than he again mislead us emi cash back available after 90 days you will cash back but no cash cash back credited to card. Kindly look why you all are involved in such mis-selling activities.

Do not wait for the escalation to other regulatory authority.I can take legal action against Faiz and other involve but waiting for you response.Bill copy attached. For more reference you can cross check merchant slip.
