We are using your land line no 0761 4017779 since last 10-12 years but now a days our incoming and outgoing is barred. We have complained so many times but nothing is done. Still we are facing the same problem no outgoing no incoming pls do the needful.

Yesterday I recharged to the my mobile through online still I didn't receive that amount if I call to customer care they are not responding.my mob no is 8220824200.

I want to reduce my amount because I am not use in 1st Dec to till date and line also last 45 days not working, I am not using Broad band connection last 2 month, because I call at customer service 3 times but nobody help me. Please check my phone service, regarding Dec'6 to till date please remove the existing amount from the bill, Dec & Jan, please take necessary action. please reduce amount and call you i am paid balance amount, Thank you.

Last two months I have been getting a value added service charges applied to my bill to the tune of Rs. 150-140 per month on my number - 9845615859. I have not asked for any such services and would like to know what these charges are for and reverse them.

The bill of my airtel mobile bill is charged extra of internet .on 20nov. 2015 i had called customer care for disconnect the data plan and ha said the plan is now disconnected on your no. After that next month bill shows rs 540 of internet charge extra. then again I call customer care for details he told that you had used data after disconnected but after 20 nov i had not used net at all. Now my current bill shows 1057rs including 540rs of internet and my outgoing calls are also barred now. so please check my bill details and sort out this wrong charges added to my bill so I can pay my right charges.

I have recieved a bill of Rs.2555 of my airtel no. 9987625914 even though I have'nt used it.Two month ago I called CC...And she told"she will close my number"....But she hadnt...Now i Have recieved Bill for the same number which I am not using. I dont want to pay this bill.

Dear all, This is about fraud from kumar somayya their dealer code is 9700. they called and asked to take new connection airtel 4G broadband and after that their person called to me and they suggested to produce my document in whatsapp his no is 9538902557 after all i produced my documents. After two days airtel executive came to my house and verified. After that i did not get a dongle and response too.

After that i got a bill, i am confused i don't know how & i am getting bills from three months and now i am getting calls from airtel executive to collect the payment which is from collection dept. i spoken with executive & i told everything what they done after he suggested to raise a complaint against them. so i am raising the complaint against them. so pls take a action on them for what they did to me & i hope it will be cleared ASAP. if i don't get any response from you recently i am using airel postpaid sim & definitely i will change the network to another one. So pls take a action on them and clear this issue immediately.

one of the worst network experience. no coustomer support. non technical staff at 18001030405. no accountability of the CC executive on this no. totally hawaala business is going on. but on TV you can watch a fucking good model for the adds.after every 5 to 10 mints. so it's means "duniya gool hi hai.airtel mein fuss ke chapti ho jaayegi...

My no. Is 8826970505, on dialing *567# it shows i have net offer of rc99 450 mb 3g data for val 10 days,when i recharged with rc99 i got only 300mb data.

I granted complaint on 28 jan regarding my 3g pack but i still have not got any reply from your site. This is the way how you response to your customers. Bullshit how many days will i have to wait for your reply on my compliant...

Bollywood video charges of RS 99/=. levied on my No 9717466162 where as i have neither requested for it nor interested in the service. the service has been activated on 30.01.2016 & disconnected with in 1 to 2 days without me knowing it. I am very upset about this as this unwanted charges is not acceptable to me. please reverse this amount to my mobile. I will appreciate your immediate action.

My landline no 044 42053185. Relationship no.12722704 and email sent by me. Since installation airtel bill amount debited through ecs debits clearing. During jan 2016 the amount left to be debited on 15-01-2016. kindly debit January 1551-49 and February 2016 amount for rs1647/36 immediately through ecs debit clearing kindly reply immediately.

We are using the 4G services(no.9901968706) for more than 2yrs,on 16th jan 2016 we took smart byte of 10GB as we had consumed the internet data available in our monthly bill plan(according to airtel), Since then we are not receiving net speed more than 0.5mbps its sometimes so difficult to even do the speed test or change password in the airtel website. Since 16th we are continuously requesting and complaining till today.

Some executive say network is fine on this site and others told there is coverage problem atlast it got concluded to that the coverage is all fine the network technician had inspected the place and the complain got closed by their end without our feed back or confirmation this was (22.01.2016), But still our net speed is the same not crossing 0.5Mbps. Again started registering complain and this time made it very clear that the technician to visit our office address (survey 09, maruthi godwn..........) which was agreed upon and got calls from backhand team saying the technician would visit tomorrow or the after but till now no one has visited.

We are using airtel services from very long time but this time we regret to say its the worst service. Am using 9880396699 even in this number I have registered complain which is yet to be resolved on the 4G services.The 4G speed is not at all constant and just like that airtel advertise of 4G speed.

With the telephonic conversation I had with one of ur representatives, I Narayana Murthy my mobile no. 9663854631 with 4G sim is facing severe call drops in this area. Every time if I have to call a number either I have to run outside or stand in a same position in one angle. The signal strength is very poor. It will always be showing one (1) point or 2. This is happening since the last 1 years or so. Earlier I had no issues with this kind of call drops. I have registered a complaint with ur customer care centre and the complaint no. is 94680.

Kindly see it it for the problems we are facing in this area . I have upgraded my sim to 4g sim also. But every time it says that ur sim is not registered in spite or registering my sim. Please look into this matter to rectify the issue. I hope you would do the needful and oblige.

This is the wrong information given by a member of mutthiganj allahabad airtel store i.e. a day i went there to get a new postpaid connection there is a person ankur kushwaha has done the wrong punching and not given the same plans that he were told to me because of this my last bill came a lot. So please solve this problem and waver some money and i m not going to give any single rupee of last month unless and until i will get some solutions from you.

I had been taken a new cug post paid sim card which number is provided from you by massage is 8585065989 but still now no connection is provided. Many times I complained in customer care but no result. what is the main reasons for no connection of this number I don't know if possible for connection as soon as possible please given to me.If not possible for connection in this number. please you will send a massage in the given email.

I want to confirm u that when I was taking ur postpaid connection plan Rs.399, Your executive told me that for you in Rs.399, 600 minutes local & STD calls, 1GB 3G data and after finished 1GB Data 2G will be unlimited, so why you are charging amount for 2G Data usage....Please edit my this month bill and send me new bill.....Thanks.

i am using broadband connection at no. 07514082707 in the month of january bill that was regenerated was of rs964.74 whereas my connection was disconnected from 2nd dec to 25th dec and it again got activated on 26th dec. i also not received the bill as my phone was at service centre for repairing due to water. so i just want to know that is the amount generated is worthy just for 25th dec to 3rd jan.

I have paid the broadband bill on 10th FEb. 2016. But they still shows the same due amount which is before the bill payment. The reciept no. of bill payment is 41967390 and my landline no. is 01724002356. Please update my bill as soon as possible.
