I purchased a term plan of your co. on 14-12-2020 through Policy Barar and paid an amount for one month installment Rs. 2628.97. E quote No. 3198/VRJD Policy No. 350010500. I want to cancel the above policy as I could not get complete the formalities required for proposal.

Please explain to me, why my amount check money not received. Please check for max life insurance staff.

I Pradip patil had taken policy from MAX LIFE of policy No. 521010173 for 15 yrs. I paid 21 may 2018 to may 2020 total 3yrs. complete.
