This is to inform you that i nitin yadav had taken a policy from max life of policy no. 886885003 max life gain plus 20yr 6 pay plan. I want to surrender my policy due to financial problem and some personal problems. I asked customer care and Max life branch several time but they do not helped me. plz try to understand, I am in very big trouble, financial crisis, mom is also hospitalized due to kidney failure. I paid approx 50,000 plus. plz surrender my policy and give me balance amount.

Branch office of max life insurance is noida sector 18 and manger name is shailndra and agent is preeti bhatia.

This is to inform you that, I Pankaj Gupta has taken a policy from max life of policy no. 889726758 max life on line term plan on 2015 in the month of May. I applied for option-2 and company sent me option-1 plan. when this policy received by my family in the month of mid July 2015. As I am posted in tribal area so I can not read this policy at that time and could not contact with you. when I went to your Shimla branch office to deposit my due premium at that time. I read this policy then I came to know that this policy is in option-1. I want to change my policy as per applied option-2 if possible please change my plan otherwise I want to quit my policy. I already complaint to regarding mode change as yearly to quarterly at Meerut branch, Meerut branch already initiate the mail to Service help desk but there is no reply last 15 days. It is not my fault if your employee will resign. I already complete the documentation formalities as per your company. I already request for quarterly mode repayment but how can you deduct yearly installment from my account as I am already paid the quarterly premium of Rs 6500/- by cash on 19th Dec-2016. I already request you for change the mode as quarterly mode. Without prior information to me, my installment was deduct from my account of Rs. 24593.31/-. I urgent need of money for some education purpose. It will spoil my future. Only insurance company will be responsible for that. I am not able to pay such high amount this time. I want to refund my such amount and only pay you quarterly installment.

I urgently wanted to know why heavy amount of money have been deducted from my policy when i surrendered.The term was 5 years but due to financil crisis i surrendered the policy after 3 years. The amount deducted is 60,000/- whats the reason. Mail me back to let you know my complete details.
