Complaint No.31-3867714245616 dt 14-02-2022. We had made two payments by mistake for mobile number 9535516847, by Online Fednet Net Banking. On 03-01-2022, Transaction ID S 76216112 for Rs.451.89. On 04-01-2022, Transaction ID S 83701953 for Rs.461.81. We have sent Screenshot of Federal Bank to Airtel by Whatsapp, Airtel Buzz. I have been calling up Airtel for the last one month to refund the excess amount. But nothing has been done so far.

I am having Motorala G5 mobile handset with Airtel Sim.

The Airtel Mobile phone signal transmission tower is located very near to my residence. I live in high rise building on the 10 th Floor, Nr. Kalathrith Tower 3, Motera, Ahmedabad, 380005. The Airtel tower is of 4G signal range. I have Airtel Broadband landline Phone with additional internet connection with a modem of 5G strength. My Motorola Mobile with Airtel sim dose not get proper clear reception both in inward and outward calls. The voice communication is not distinct and clear. I have to speak in louder tone yet the communication is always disturbed.

I seek remedy for such issue. Whether changing the Airtel sim card with better new Airtel sim card will resolve the issue? The real estate new construction projects are inclined to construct high rise towers inn Motera Ahmedabad 380005 area and adjoining area Ahmedabad Metropolitan City.

If competent company like yours decide to convert their signal transmission tower to 5G grade frequency it can help people residing in high rise towers to enjoy the Airtel Mobile transmission facility with ease and satisfaction. This suggestion may be studied by Airtel and become at par with other service providers like Jio have decisive marketing strategies.

8116497098 yah sim card se bahut jyada froad ho raha hai yah sim card ko block karo Google mein number dalkar aur froad kar raha hai. Block this number.

I don't know why aitel is like this .. there just barred my sim for no reason because of kyc or so I will make sure I will never use this line again they destroyed my contract.

My refund of amount 2828 haven't processed yet i was promised on 19 April that in 7-10 working days i would get my refund, but today it's been 15 Or 16 days my refund hasn't processed yet, no reply no revert back till now. I am fed up of your bad services , you are testing my patience but now my patience are over , i can't wait anymore please look into it and help me to get my refund. ASAP!!!

I have already made payment against Fixed line 0129-4009250 on 05.05.2022 but it is not reflecting in your account. I checked with Customer care a few days back and they confirmed that there is no due amount. I have recd bill HT23061000691171 and Rs.588.82 for last month is added with Rs.100. late payment.
On 27.05.2022 I had again filed complaint throgh customer care. Please revert.

Airtel broadband was installed on 3rd Nov. 2021. My land line no. is 022-49762557. My son, who wanted Internet for his office work, is transferred from Mumbai, a month after installation. I have given mail to you so many times to discontinue. Every now and then I get a call from your office assuring, some one will pick up the router and modem today/tomorrow. I am waiting from Dec. 2021 till date. Don’t you have any responsibility towards the customers. Because I have paid from 3-11-2021 for the whole year till 2-11-2022, ₹999 plan/200 Mbps, you don’t want to return my amount and dodging. Please understand that we are senior citizens, and not earning like you. Each and every pie counts for us. You have to refund the whole amount ₹12,523/-. You may deduct GST and discount given. The rest has to be refunded. It’s high time for a wait. I may have to take drastic steps against you, publishing about your cheating in Newspapers, giving police complaint etc..
I need immediate response and full refund.
