One of the worst experience ever.

They failed to provide connection to me and they came to know after 5 days of my payment and realized that my amount should be refunded and 4 days to inform me and after that no fellow contacted me. I wish my amount to be refunded at the earliest or else I'm force to go to your office and force your executives or damage to your office.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I just hope for help related network issue which is facing by me and all other persons in my home location on my 5 airtel numbers 9876013007, 9815777249, 9779857817, 9478918322, 9041577378 from last 2-3 months. But in present days it is very poor network,slow net speed,voice is not clear on call. There is very weak signal strength in my Village. Due to this problem so many people swicth to other networks. I want to request you please install a tower in my village to solve this issue. I am ready to provide land which is on main road for tower installation.
Please take action asap.

I had issue with the broadband service that the fibre optic cable was broken these people are least bothered to help. Airtel help says something else and the local Airtel technician says something else. This technician is actually not trying to help as is giving excuses of not visiting my home to provide solution. Worst experience.

I have done pre-payment of Airtel Broadband fiber connection (999 Plan) 6541Rs on 07-Sep-2020. The contact person from Airtel was Bhargav Gowda (9743034586 Whatsapp). But still the installation is not done. I have checked in Airtel office Marathahalli. They said your area is not feasible for installation. Could you please do the needful. Airtel store in tamilnadu in salem (divya towers) has very, very poor customer service. Their manager is never in office. the staffs don't know to handle airtel issues. they don't even know to enter a customer's data properly and in turn make their customers run from one store to another saying that they cannot help as there is an error and the customer 's name is not matching.Whose faults it? If this is the case airtel will lose it's long loyal customers including me to other trai services.

They failed to look into my complaint why iam having network issues inspite of the phone being in working condition and validity period still active. Pls employ educated staffs or least someone who knows to read and write basic English, so that errors in data input doesn't happen

I have done Rs 399 Data pack recharge from Airtel Thanks app and at the time of recharge it was showing an offer to get 28 GB data for Rs 50, so instead for regular 399 recharge , I did the 449 recharge and as I have coupons of Rs 50 off on any recharge I used them, I have received the 1.5 GB/day pack but what about the 28 GB internet which I bought for more 50 Rs.
Please seek into the matter.

It is for your kind information that last month I paid bill twice and my account balance reflects - 998 balance, but I am surprised to receive message that the money is adjusted for Prime Video subscription, which I never said for. I have airtel broad band/fixed line connection at C-374, Sector-B, Mahanagar, Lucknow. The airtel personnel installed the junction box on my boundary wall instead of a adjacent pole, they have connected 4-5 more connections with it. All this was done when I was out of town without my knowledge and permission, this mesh of wires just near the gate is causing great inconvenience. I requested the installation personnel to shift it to the pole just in front but since last month nothing has been done instead of my repeated requests. I now plead with you to get the work done.
