I am Madhusudhana Reddy B. I bought an alto 800 from your company on December 30th, 2015. My car number is AP26 BD 2896. I usually give my car to the services prior to the date of scheduling the service. Recently, I went to your showroom at Nellore for general service as well as with AC complaint.

They gave me my car in the evening. When they returned my car I asked them about AC and filters. They said we cleaned all things and filled the refrigerant in AC. From that time for a week or so it is working OK. But, after 2 weeks, I observed that I was getting a filthy smell, even air is not coming from ducts freely. If I put the AC knob in 3 only, I got the AC air from vents. Then I was very vexed about seeing this. Then, I took my car to the local famous AC repairer, he checked thoroughly and took the AC filter which was very olden and not cleaned, totally, it was affected with fungus. Because of that AC is not coming into the car freely. For such a simple cleaning I need to travel to the NELLORE from my place which was located to my place nearly 100KM. what about the wastage of my money and time.

Seeing this, what would you think sir, your mechanics who don't show responsibility? Generally, they don't entertain the presence of car owners in the working area to check all these things properly. Who knows what they did? who knows what quality of oil they pour in the cars? What checkups they did? All are wasted.

After getting the car from the service point; from your side, we would get a call that asks us What is your experience with service? what would be explained at that time?! Faith must be there in between customer and company. It is not there.

If he cleaned the AC filter I wouldn't have to report all this to you. Now the question will arise ABOUT YOUR FAKE SERVICE in company owned service points.

I am Dr. Babulal Patel. I have purchased new wagonR on Dt;-26/1/2019. since right from beginning it was having technical fault and for that I have visited to workshop for five times, but have no solution. Finaly I have gone through private technician and make the problem solved.

So, for unsatisfactory for the service I have complained to Manager at Starline Cars, Mehsana, Mob;- 9909043244, He committed me to solve the issue, but when I visited him yesterday, He refused to solve the issue. I feel a Nonsense behaviour of Manager with customer.

Dear sir/madam,

We are facing problem in my car before 2 months but my car problem not solve.The back side wheels are tucked in. Due to which the tire has been worn from one side. I have complained about this problem three times in the service center. But this problem till now rectify. My car detail given below.

Dear Sir,

This is to register my utmost dissatisfaction and serious concerns on the service rendered by M/s. Aadhi Maruti, Saravanampatti Branch, Coimbatore from where the undersigned purchased a Maruti Suzuki Swift (VXI) on 14-06-2019.

Since that day of my purchase, I had been repeatedly following with their Sales agent Mr. Jai Prakash, +918754005940 in order to obtain my Registration of Certificate (RC Book) which until today has not been handed over to me. Every time I follow it up with them, they are inventing new reasons and excuses on a scripted fashion and kept on dragging the time. Today they cited a new reason stating that they have an administrative issue with their respective RTO office in Mettupalayam in regards to a payment of tax because of which the concerned RTO office has stopped undertaking registration of vehicles taken under above mentioned M/s Aadhi Maruthi.

In view of this unresolved issue, I am unable to use my vehicle on road which has caused me immense stress. Hence, I have no option other than escalating this to your esteemed office seeking your intervention for redressal of this issue on a war-footing basis.

My vehicle details are as follows:

I purchased a Maruti 800 car on 28-Aug-2019. within 10 days of driving (not even crossing 230 km) the engine started making lot of noise. I reported the same to the Goa Dealer (Vasco da Gama, Goa) and spoke to Mr Akhil Mahajan (Territory Manager). At First they agreed that the Engine needs major repairs and the engine is Faulty. I told them its a new vehicle i dont agree for repair work and to replace the vehicle. (The vehicle was inspected by the works manager, the service advisor and the marketing person who sold me the vehicle)

Later He said that he cannot replace the vehicle but will do all the repair work and the cost has to be paid by me. I asked him if he sold a scrap / second hand vehicle to me? he was not in a mood to listern nor repair the vehicle and kept of saying to get the vehicle to Service Station for Major Repairs and they are going to give the same vehicle to me.

I am a Senior Citizen, this is my first car which i got after working for 30 yrs and have spend my pension money on it. i have been Cheated by Maruti as they feel selling any scrap to a Senior Citizen is ok and a senior citizen cannot do any thing.

Maruti does fraud with senior citizens by selling them defective cars. Do we deserve this?

I have purchased a Baleno Sigma Diesel model in August 2016. Which is under warranty. Its steering has a big issue, when we drive car than its steering stuck at one side.

For rectification this issue we brought it to Rohan Motor Greater Noida on 1st September 2019.Rohan motor checked and come to know its steering assembly need to change. As per Rohan motor this part is not available in store, so they generate a PO (Order code-ST201UDV190905R) to Maruti Suzuki. As per Rohan motor still this part is not delivered by Maruti Suzuki to Rohan so that steering issue can solve.

I request you please deliver same part to Rohan Motor Greater Noida as soon as possible so that steering issue in my will resolve.

Already 21 days has been passed after logging complain in Maruti service Centre. If any mishappening happen because of steering issue than Maruti will be responsible.

My car Ciaz(KA03MZ1038), was given for service about 2 months ago,I had ordered for upholstery cleaning, teflon coating along with the service,when my car was returned the back seat had a stain and the AC vents had got a grey stain which wasnt there before the service,I informed Bimal about this and they said they would send someone over to get this done again,and had told me someone would be coming the very next day, I didnt go on other meets for this and waited for them ,they didnt turn up, then the technician calls me in 2 days and says he was stuck elsewhere and would come the next morning, he didnt make it then.I got calls later from Bimal customer care saying they are sorry ,this was after a week and they would get this done definitely tomorrow morning,to my surprise this time too no one came.

After about another week or so I get a call from Mr.Prabhakar who introduces to me as the customer care incharge and I tell him Im not interested in Bimal anymore as they have been wasting my time apart from providing terrible service.He says 100% he would make sure the issue is sorted the very next day and no one has been sent to date. Im feeling quite cheated by all this apart from my time waste ,each time believing them on this.

I am a client who opted for the MCP as well from them for both cars and with this kind of service and me paying a bill of Rs.12000 for the Ciaz for just service and cleaning and inspite get a car dirtier than what was given is ridiculous.

My complaint no 3885218121, at the time of delivery other issues also faced as given below.

1 firstly they takes 12 days to change car bumper and they deliver this car to me on 12th nov after insurance and now they calling me again for solution and again i have to send my car because of this my work is suffering not maruti suzuki so you cant feel my pain.

2 car radiator is damaged in accident and surveyor not even checked vehicle or not checked with me what happens during accident.

3 my car horn is changed without my knowledge even that was working fine while i sent vehicle.

4 my car has paint marks on full body which m not able to clean with wash also this is their responsibility to rub not mine.

5 my car rm was changed but still feeling some kind of noice/ sound in right side wheel.

6 front bumper was damaged and replaced but black bumper part front of radiator was not changed or repaired and vehicle out with same broken condition bumper where radiator also damaged because that area covered with accessory they dont even checked and now saying car accident was right side how left side radiator can be damaged they have not seen my old bumper condition which was broken from center as well as dog was hit in accident minor where outer body not get damaged but damaged from in side which surveyor has not even checked.

6 pathetic experience and lost my trust of maruti suzuki services.

I have maruti suzuki k10 2016 model pb 65 au 5919 met with an accident and i sent my car to cm auto phase 8 mohali on 1st nov 2019. At the time of leaving i clearly told them my car front bumper is damaged and ac also not working after this accident. After all payments clearance i took my vehicle out but after few minutes i realize ac is not working i immediate informed to the concern and went back to the service station and met with body shop manager to check ac and then they saw ac net is damaged left side and they check with surveyor he informed them that car bumper hit right side ac radiator damaged left side so it will not cover under insurance and claim is also settled. I told reason of accident dog who comes in front of car and to save him my car hits to other car right side which i didn't mentioned as i thought dog is not so important. But now tell me one thing what is my fault here as what is surveyor responsibility they have to check full vehicle before delivery or repair how much damage happens they just repair bumper and give it back to me this is the matter of my family life i cant take risk of their life for few things as staff is having half day as festival leave so i have no other option to take my vehicle is same condition for long journey and need to came back again for this matter. What is the responsibility of technical staff as they are not able to fully check accidental vehicle. This was a bad experience wastage of my 12 days time and now risk of life because as per them i have to inform them technical problems. What is staff responsibility.. I need justice else this matter will go to court.

Dear Sir / Maruti team,

Greeting for the day, I never had an issue with Maruti, this is the 1st time I had an issue with the workshop team not with Maruti. Maruti is always good in their service and support and the their quality and highly appreciated products as well.

As the problem is not in the Maruti , the problem is in the workshop service advisor and their team and due to their negligence I can be in big trouble.

Just sending the complete history of the below issue in as sort as it can be

Regarding the White colour Zen estilo car no. DL12CC6215; Chassis no. 377732 – Job card no. JC19050368. (and rest of the detail description you can refer the enclosed Invoice)

Net total bill amount made against this Job card – Rs 78359 /- (Detailed invoice enclosed)
• Total Claimed amount paid by Insurance company – Rs 66252 /- (Surveyor report enclosed)
• Rest additional Amount paid by me/customer – Rs 12107 /- (Billing Proof enclosed)

Just bring your notice, Car got CHECKED & completed by the your service team by 1st of june 2020, on which I had a payment done of Rs 12107/- and took my car.

On a very 2nd days it has CNG leakage problem came in my car, which is really really make myself very afraid myself and it can be quite dangerous and come up my life in danger as well, but so far it was got noticed well on time. So we again went to the service station and acknowledge the problem to the service advisor named Mr. Akshay (Job order card enclosed fyr)

Then I took my car again from the service on 06th june 2020 after taking 4 days assessment and corrections done. Advisor has advise and recommended the CNG filters to be service which will be done on your next service came, which means at least after 10K kms from the day all lubricants changed.

But but which makes and give a huge surprise / Dis-appointment / feeling of cheat / and so important that I can manage to save my life, that after just completing 45-50 kms, the same problem of CNG leakage came up suddenly and with a full flow, that it can pick the fire up as well.

Car/Money can never be so important from anyone’s life. How can someone a very very unexperienced / unprofessional service advisor can pass the car to run another 10Kms on CNG. Which can’t survive to run even 45-50 Km. if any technical person / service advisor come up and say that look Sir we cannot be able to solve the problem of CNG leakage and we can’t give the 100% quality check on this. So it’s a customer call & decision how he will take it further, But nothing and no info assed by Service advisor.

If you can’t do it, we can go to some other and if you need the more money to do that you can ask, but you can’t be blindly put someone life in danger due to one of the person negligence or you can’t make the money in this deal/job order so you can’t take someone life seriously, Is that your service advisor or the service station wants.

And at last I Visited on 27th June on your work station, in spite of being sorry to put the customer life in danger, and correcting the Mistake which was completely from the Maruti Advisor and their technical team. The advisor asked that I need to get some CNG parts replaced for correcting the below default, which cost me around another 22000/- , which is really a new non-sense to hide your service & repair fault.

I need an reply on the above and advise what corrective action needs to be done now, so that same thing cannot happen with other customers as well and it will not get repeated again with me as well.

Hi team,

This is v Ranjith Kumar recently purchased an maruti Suzuki Ertiga vehicle ka51mp3038 and it is just completed 6 months and km driven 3200. The issue seemed to arise when we travelled from Bangalore to chittoor showing engine pressure valve indicator and heating issues we just stopped the vehicle and raised a complaint to maruti suzuki on the same day 7th Sep 2020. Since it is a severe issue there was an service center in chittoor near by at a distance 0.5km and we informed the same to the service center. They took around todays and informed that it is a major issue needs to be addressed and remove entire engine and check and it would take around 2 to 3 months since the parts are not available ready. We don't expect such an pathetic service from maruti the showroom does not contact a backup generator post power loss.

We took the vehicle from the service and toed the vehicle to Bangalore where the engine and ac was on since my mom was not feelings well. Directly visited the Bangalore suraksha service center and I formed the same. They took around a week and informed that they changed a valve and done with all test rides and the vehicle is now ok did not find any issues. So took the vehicle and drove for 5days and went back to 2nd free service and informed that there are some battery and water sound and I indications, we were not aware of the heating issues. Went a long ride ride around 40 km with technician and he informed there is no issues they asked us to wait was checking meanwhile we came home for launch. Later contacted service manager he informed there is no issues found and can take the vehicle. So we informed the center to complete the free service and we would collect the vehicle next day. Manager agreed and suddenly there was a call from the service center next day and I formed that there is engine heating issues again and need to come to service center. This is really pathetic informing it good and now again issues. We raising an serious complaint regarding the vehicle and we no longer need the vehicle from our end since it is a defective malware engine identified. We are not satisfied with the vehicle to get an repair in just 6 months we no longer required the repaired vehicle since it is a brand new and do not want to repaired engine car in just 6 months.

Please try to refund back the money or replace the vehicle. we would better go for other brands.

I am a Maruti customer having a Brezza vehicle bearing Reg No. TN-37-CV-9900 & I regularly lodge my vehicle for your service centers. On 18-08-2021 I had contact with Naresh, Service Manager of Maruti showroom service center of Jaikrishnaa Auto Sales (P) Ltd- Annur- Coimbatore (Phone No- 9788851715) for asking how many days takes Maruti vehicle parts rusting clearance and door changing of my vehicle. They said 23-08-2021 (Monday) morning service man would pick-up the vehicle and they assure could ready within 27-08-2021 (i.e. Friday). By that Friday I had contact with the Maruti Peelamedu body shop, they informed me that said vehicle was not received from the Annur service center & they will call if vehicle arrived.

Till now Vehicle service is not completed and not handed over to me. I had business and travel throughout Tamilnadu and between these days I have paid Taxi charge of Rs.3000 /- daily from my own pocket. I am vexed and distressed by this lethargy.

Please clarify who will be responsible and solution for this troublesome activity?

Not at all feeling sorry to say maruti suzuki is worst in after sales service and satisfying the consumers nowadays. only fooling the people ,not disclosing the quotation till the last minute of purchase what the customer has to pay. i am regretting for choosing wrong company.this is the second time experience with my family members by same dealer. so i am lodging the complaint at consumer court for justice.
my complaint is sir,

i have booked a waganor vxi car from the showroom bharath motors moodbidri branch on august-03rd by paying rs.5000/-as booking amount in my mother chandravathi name.she is retd teacher.your sales executive told they are giving corporate offer rs.3000-5000.but they have not booked the vehicle on that day.again i changed the quotation in my name thejaswini. at that time they asked for rs.72000 and booked the vehicle.but some loan issue i didnot get vehicle for said date.now they are telling that we havenot told corporate benefit ,we are not giving vehicle for old rate and you have not booked the vehicle in chandravathi name. Chandravathi is my mom. they block the vehicle in my name by paying 72000/- on 25 aug.then why we have to pay execss amount for already booked vehicle,that also for same family ,same address you are delivering the vehicle.

really i am very angry on your sales executive,because accepting money giving receipt. they are non cooperative for customer. As a manager of bank i am not entertaining any customer for your company also.

I have purchased a car Dzire VXI in jul 19.from portblair agency house. As I am defence personnel after two yrs transfered to pune. From their Itook NOC from rto and applied for registration in pune in jul 21. I have submitted all the documents but till the I could get RC because of HSRP. Rto is telling that it is to be applied through maruti showroom. I have approached to agency house, port blair & kothari wheels vima nagar pune. Agency house has not able to do because they dont have idea, I approched to their owner,manager& their staff. Even I approached to kothari wheel pune they says you have not purchased from us & we dont have invoice of your car so we cant do. Agency house is not even lifting my phone. My car is parked without RC since last four months. kindly help me out for apply of HSRP. So that I can get permission to drive my car.

Yesterday I collected my swift ZXI+ from vatakara indus motors karimpanapalam. But after one 1km its started showing yellow engine signal in the monitor. We informed the indus motors that day itself. Today we got the update from Indus motors that CPR SENSOR needs to be change.This is not the expected behavior from indus motors they are not ready for replacement. So please understand our situation and I request you to replace the car ASAP.

Today in Dehri service center they call me for service of my car number BR 01 EW3475 they told to come for service I provide u 20percent discount I asked her OK I will come but I am in office is your staff of mechanic is free they told me yes sir you just come we are free no rush here. Then I confirm I am coming book my appointment, but at time I gone there there are 4 vehicle already in waiting is this way to misguide customer, I taken time from my office but I didn't get service from ur agency.

Agency is in Dehri tieup with Sasaram pearl car.

Dezire on 31st jan 2021. The registration No of the car is MH-48-BT-9889. It’s been 14 months of purchase till date. The total run of car till date is approx 12000 kms only. In these 14 months all the 4 tyres got punctured for 8-10 times. The first puncture took place at 986 kms. The tyres gets frequently punctured.

We understand that puncture can happen due to many reasons but here even the minor nails affect the tyres so badly that we had to put the patch in the tyre. In such a short span of time the tyres got punctured for nearly 8-10 times and that too all the four tyres. When we checked the tyres we came to know that the tyres fitted are of very poor quality.

When we are buying the top hand model of the car and spending lacs of money for the luxury such low quality is not expected from your side. The company is providing the same quality of tyres for the base model and the top hand model then what is the use of spending such a big amount for the top hand model when their is no difference in the quality of the parts used in the car. We need replacement of the tyres. We are not at all satisfied with the services provided by your company.

We request u to please look into the matter asap or we will have to take the action against company.

निवेदन है कि मेरी वाहन संख्या RJ14CK1444 (Swift dzire vxi) दिनांक 25/03/2022 को आपके वर्कशॉप में गाड़ी रिपेयर हेतु दी थी जिससे आपके कर्मचारी ने Head खराब होने से अवगत कराया आप के कर्मचारी ने Head कंपनी के (मारुति सुजुकी लिमिटेड) लगाने या मेरे द्वारा लाने हेतु कहा गया मैंने वह Head बाजार से RS 40000/- में लिया था तथा आपके कर्मचारी को सौंप दिया किंतु कुछ समय बाद जब मैं गाड़ी लेने गया तब आप के कर्मचारी ने बताया कि कंपनी में सर्विस मैनेजर अधिकारी चेकिंग पर आए थे और उन्होंने बिना जॉब कार्ड के गाड़ी का कार्य होता देख उन्होंने कार्रवाई करते हुए मेरी गाड़ी का सारा सामान जप्त कर लिया जब मैं कंपनी में गया था तब आप के कर्मचारी ने मुझे ऐसी किसी (जॉब कार्ड) कागजी कार्रवाई हेतु नहीं कहा गया मैंने तो मारुति सुजुकी लिमिटेड पर विश्वास करते हुए अपनी गाड़ी सर्विस सेंटर(AJMER AUTO AGENCIES NASIRABAD AJMER-305601) पर दी थी ना कि किसी कर्मचारी को!
आप से निवेदन है कि मेरी गाड़ी की चलने अवस्था में नहीं है जिससे मुझे प्रतिदिन टेक्सी किराया 1500-2000 रूपये वहन करना पड़ रहा है व गाड़ी की किस्ते बिना उपयोग किये देनी पड़ रही है इसलिए आप वाद- विवाद का जल्द जल्द निपटारा करने का कष्ट करें, मेरी हुए हानि का भी भुगतान करे!

Sir, I have talked to all the works of Maruti Workshop Udaipur and Banswara. I am not satisfied with the work of your works please contact me. In maruti navneet motors udaipur, no officer is seeing the fault of his laborer and removing all the faults from mine. while i took the car to the banswara workshop, he did not suggest me not to drive the whole thing from udaipur workshop I have done it but he is not ready to understand my point. At first he called for help but due to more time I complained, then now he is saying that you have complained, then you should do the same thing.

The mistake is of Maruti Workshop Banswara and he is not ready to accept it and I was talked to by Sunil ji gm head.

Car delivery was not done as committed date from pratham motors bangalore who is concen person to writer mail because from pratham motors not able reply me as on date. kindly advice what is next process.
