My no. is 9915291081,I have recharged with rs.49 on 16-5-2020,got balance 38.52. But i am very much surprised when i saw my previous balance is not added in this account,i.e.Rs.19 or 20rs.So i request you to add my previous balance in it.

Today I recharged to wrong number, how can I get my money back?

As normally I'm your one of user, I don't know what happened to my sim since yesterday afternoon there was no network in my phone ( number- 8414008439) several times I switched off and on my phone but still there is no network. Plz sir or madam please take action immediately there was so many work I'm not able to do due to no network in my phone.

I am using plan for 9871500185 and there was another number added on other number charges billed for value added services but this service was not activated from my end. I had paid for my bill plan. Kindly reverse additional amount from my bill which was generated on 23.05.20. Please make sure amount for this services should not be added in next bills.

Sir, I lodged a complain regarding non functioning of 4G internet. Prior to my last recharge of Rs 1498/ on 26th Mar 2020, it was functioned smoothly but after this recharge I couldn't avail the same since 26th of Mar 2020. I lodged complains frequently as my problem didn't resolve. Last time a Senior Supervisor of Airtel promised me that my problem will be resolved by 18th of May 2020. But after passing of one month my problem is not solved still now. This is to inform you that I have recharge my mobile No. 9695302425 on 31 March 2020 for Rs. 1498/- and the transaction reference no. is 200331288150 in which message is shown as Recharge was successful but my mobile was not recharged and payment has been also deducted by my account. Airtel network is very poor. Area Sector 48/SGM Nagar, Faridabad. Constrained to port the number to other network.

My Airtel prepaid No. is 9900608701. I am using Airtel Prepaid for the last 10 years. During Lockdown, I recharged my mobile through website: airtel.com on 21 April 2020 vide Tranaction ID 2004211073647 with Rs.598/-. Although I got SMS that Bill amount received, I never got my mobile recharged. In spite of visiting the Airtel Store at J.P.Nagar 7th Phase, Bengaluru 2 times, I did not get my money back.

The recharge was done using SBI credit card No.4377486998449829 on 21.04.2020 for Rs.598. On enquiry from the bank I was told that the amount has not been returned by Airtel.

Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter and REFUND the amount immediately and send me confirmation by return mail.
