My dish tv in on mother name ( arati sonar ). i am writing this on behalf of my mother. today i had a great issue with my dish tv , and i called to dishtv helpline .the representative who spoke with me(subham kumar ) and the senior reprensentive ( ashish gupta ) give me a great resolution against my problem . they both have great problem resolution skill and have great patiants.they give me their prisious time and solve my problem with all their knowledge about dish tv . i think they love their job . as i am very old dish tv customer, i am requesting you that they should get some kind of award or reward . thanking you .

Sir.... i have recharged my TV on date 3/5/2019 but TV not on today .last date is 8/5/2019.today morningis switch of I am payment was paid by paytm order no 8156894437 my bank is canera bank paid by credit card please solve this issue and switch on my TV thanks.

I m vry sorry to inform u that ur officials are not cooperating me inspite of my repeated calls they r diverting me another call for the last tow months thy r playing hide and seek games. my monthly balance is Rs.200/- But now it had been revised to 1038. plz, resolve the issue by tomorrow otherwise i will disconnect.

My complain ticket no 533727625 at 01.11.2019,  19.03 hrs no solution find against this complain. dishtv customer authority person said your problem will be solve  as soon as possible but i am waiting for the solution moment.

Or main eske liye mana kr diya tha feri bhi ese mere account per active kiya gaya or charge liya gaya hai.or sir please es charge ka samdhan kre varna me aapna disttv account hamesha ke liye band kr duga.or aage se kabhi b mere sath asa nhi hona chahiye.

I've recharged my dishtv with Rs285 yesterday by debit card. My balance get deducted but recharge is not done. My Vc no is 02542067131 and mobile no is 9939708562.

We are not able to view channels on my tv.we registered a complain before 6days but technician doesn't come. So please send the technician on my address-H.on.50, mirzapur sector12, ghaziabad.

My connection is not working, so we contact your customer care. that time they talk with me for charge rs. 200/ & parts change + 18% tax. Parts is fitted by your company that’s defective, why should I pay for that? Due to this bad experience I cancel connection & my balance amount Rs.449/ return to me by cheque as early as within 2 or 3 day at my address.
