RMN is not working, so I can't contact customer care
My RMN is not working presently. vc no is 02511822265. How can I change my RMN and how I contact with dish TV customer care from another mobile number.
To transfer my amount
I have recharged an amount of 350 rupees from icici debit card on dated 11-02-2019 in the evening to a wrong VC no 01517746841, can you please transfer that amount to my vc no 02513235794. Those two are of dish tv vc no's only. Please transfer to my amount.
Never refund
Dear sir,
Customer care never support you or help you. Even though they do not provide the mob no of that customer, so that we can personally call them & request for money transfer. Pathetic condition of customers.. same incident happened with me... & Don't know how to take back my 1800 RS .approx.
Revert back if u r successful.

So many problem with customer care

As per request, we have received only 3 payments of Rs 94 each on Wrong VC 02512439446 and we have transferred all 3 payment on Correct VC 02512349446. Now, your next recharge date is 5th June 2019 and switch off date is 8th June 2019.

Channels stopped
Poor and bad service. No technician visited or contacted. My vc no.02512353269.
Since 3/4/19 am trying to speak with customer care executive for not sending the technician to realign antenna.Very very poor service. No customer care nothing. Channels not coming. Being frustrated. Resolve my problem immediately.
