Hello,

I have recharged my no.8823985001 with Rs.399 plan according to which I should get 1.4GB/DAY along with 400MB/DAY [AS STATED BY MY AIRTEL APP] through APP OFFER.

But I am only getting 1.4 GB/DAY.

The amount was not credited in my account. I cannot call anybody. Please do the needful.

I am suffering a lots of internet problems when I check on the morning time like what's up or Facebook after half and hour they give me a text message alert 50% use of internet and after one hour messages alert 90% usage of internet. In past there is no any issue for it but before 5 day's regular suffering this problem. I called in airtel customer care but they can't give me a satisfaction answer. So I request for it please give me a solution.

My airtel sim was not workng not showing the network. So i need to change the sim with same number in airtel sim. Bt the problem is the was in my name id proof. I am in abroad now. So help me to change id proof of mine to my mom id.

Hey,

I want to change my service operator to some other better offer provider company as I cannot pay Rs. 600 per month. I had a bill of 299 in which I was provided a wave-off of Rs.100 and extra 20GB data for the next few months and I stayed with Airtel. But suddenly all the services were discontinued without prior notice or message. And now an Rs.240 bill jumped to Rs.600 this month. I cannot pay this much amount, this is way too much for me. So, without any other applicable offer, my plan is Rs. 299 with unlimited calls and 5GB data for the entire month. No one can their usage to 5GB/month in such a plan. So I want to change to the operator. Waiting for your response.

Your airtel facility much better even till today i have not had any inconvenience but today i m sorry, i had called on your 198 on 30-11-2019 and had asked for 20gb of data, which had taken full usage of 1.5gb, now the rest is left.regarding the 20gb that i had to use but i was not able to use,198 call was done but the information was not given completely eve it was said that 199 rs i got 20gb extra in pack of senior officer my call transfer i started information about wifi pack.after calling 2 times, on the first call i m told that there is A network problem of 4 hours and then i called the second time.the call has been transferred to the senior officer. please send me the image you have seen.i want to use 20 gb of data even though i m mot able to use it despite having extra help. Solve my problem.

I had recharge 444 plan twice time then i recharge 1699 plan.... my plan 444 day are not included in 1699 plan.... then i called in cust care they said ur amount 1699 were refunded but its not refunded. complaint is more than 20 days pls help me nd solve my prob my no. Is 9568972824.

I had UR internet which was disconnected at my request. Landline no 41069093. The modem was collected by UR people on 5.10.19 n told me that refund amount will be sent to me shortly. It is now around three months n I hv not received the refund.

It may not be out of place to mention that I am a senior citizen and expect action at the earliest.

Yesterday 4.5 GB data was consumed but I don't know how ?

I mean I used to watch Doraemon episodes n scroll Instagram n use WhatsApp etc but I couldn't manage to finish 100% of my daily data but suddenly from yesterday all my data balance ends with no specific reason. I mean how i should have an excuse that yes I have watched something on YouTube or done anything that's why my data has finished but noo I have done nothing. Mene aisa kuchh nahi Kiya jis see ki Meri 4.5GB data khatam hojaye .Is it a joke going on ?and your customer care service is too irresponsible and they didn't give me proper explanation for my query .And today just by scrolling Instagram news feed for 15/20 minutes without watching any HD video my data balance ends at 1.40 AM . Should I recharge daily of a 48 booster pack then ?? And still ,without doing nothing, data finishes! Wah do u guys think that I am a fool ? I regularly use Airtel Even when Jio was giving free data to all I didn't change my network . and all I got is disappointment!
