Greetings!

Reference to the PNR No : JB9NJW of Spicejet the same was cancelled as the onward flight from Mangalore to Mumbai was cancelled by airlines - Indigo due to severe rain in Mumbai.

Please find attached the eticket, copy of boarding pass and mail as received from Indigo. Under such circumstances it is not fair to refund only one - fourth of the amount paid for the return ticket - Mumbai - Mangalore.

The purpose of my visist was to meet my ailing cousin who was going through Chemo and by no means can reach her house in next 2 days.

Since the flight from Mangalore - Mumbai was cancel on reason pertaining to natural calamity, how can you treat the return flight - Mumbai - Mangalore as anormal cancellation? Moreover my attempt to call your customer service number have not been successful even after several attempts - +91-9871803333 & +91-9654003333.

My spicejet flight from Leh to Delhi which was supposed to land in Delhi at 1pm was diverted to Lucknow because of technical issues. The flight crew did not give proper details on when the flight will depart again for delhi and kept on delaying it till 11pm. I had a connecting Air Asia flight from Delhi to Hyderabad at 5:45pm which I missed because of this delay. I finally landed in Delhi at 12:30 am and the Spicejet people denied me any help and asked me to book another flight for Hyderabad at my own expense which was showing 7000 for next day morning. They denied any hotel stay for the night and did not take any responsibilty for the delay and the trouble we faced sitting at Lucknow airport for continuous 8 hours. Such a pathetic experience and it was not the first time. Spicejet always makes sure to trouble their customers to extremes by delaying/cancelling flights. They should actually shut down as they are terrible. I am never going to book a Spicejet flight again.

My flight Chennai to Colombo i was unable to get on the plane due to the inevitable situation. so i humbly request you to refund my travel fare credited to my account. kindly credit it soon as possible.

I had booked one SpiceJet Air Ticket having PNR SG6249 from Mumbai to Manguluru for 30-06-2019 (18:15).

The Ticket has been cancelled by your Airline due to some technical issue at Mangaluru Airport. Spicejet personal at Mumbai International Airport has put Cancellation seal on boarding ticket, take PNR number for cancellation and guard me up exit gate. It was said that the ticket fare will be refund shortly, but till 10-07-2019, i have not received refund in my account. Please arrange to refund the amount.

Pledged not to use SpiceJet ever again, did a mistake.

July 19th - SG 732, boarded at Patna Airport, had two 16 kg checkin bag and 9 kg carry on bag when we weigh our bags at the airport.

I agreed to pay for the extras even we weigh few kgs less at home. No hassle.

Then I was asked to pay for my laptop bag weight as well, which was unjustifiable. Never ever I paid for my laptop bag as an extra carry on bag in last 10 years. No other flights charge such an extra bag fee.

I agreed to pay for the laptop bag as well, but asked the spicejet staff their IDs which they declined to provide, they get all our informations and unwilling to provide their IDs, which would help me to streamline complaint against them. Our co-passengers were too carrying carry on bag above 10 kgs, but we're singled out.

They even said, it's BIHAR we do what we want here.

I have booked flight no sg 130 dated 19.08.2019 from Kolkata to Srinagar. Due to removal of article 370 at jammu and kashmir , decision made by government not to entertain any one at that state . I have booked the flight tickets for self, myself, younger brother, father and mother to Shirdi for our onward journey from Chennai on 14/01/2020 (SG 329 12.15 noon) and return journey on 15/01/2020 (SG 330 - 14.10).

The following are the passengers :

While booking the tickets for the return journey, I have, inadvertently, given my father's initial as "R" instead of "K", as initial of three of us is "R".

The PNR of the return ticket is SI867R and the initial of my father should have been shown as "K", his father's name being G.KRISHNAMOORTHY.

I request you to effect change in the initial of my father in his return ticket under the above PNR from "R" to "K" .

I have enclosed the Aadhaar card of my father as proof and also the Boarding Pass of the relevant ticket.

Pl. do the needful to ensure that changes are made and communicated to me by tomorrow to avoid anxiety.

I have after noon 2:00 PM stand up at Hyderabad Airport. Flight delay was 4 hours and spice jet staff not respond to passenger and no answer to passengers. Staff not conferred to flight coming to air port. Passenger very sad by this service. so spice jet airline not good.

I was travelling on 13-02-2020 from Kolkata to Mumbai with PNR no. WY3TTC first time with SpiceJet. 11D was my seat and in a very bad shape. No reclining, gentleman occupying 10D pushing back, back rack pushing my stomach throughout the journey. I had a tough time. It appears there is nobody to see the maintenance. Further, my company booked the ticket with meal plan. To my surprise, I was given one green sandwich, when asked, reply given by airline staff that this is only booked with ticket, if any thing is required that to be paid. I accepted the sandwich. But when I discussed with my colleagues who were travelling together replied that they were provided proper meal. I felt cheated. I would like to know why this behaviour by SpiceJet staff? Is it due to ignorance or short supply, in both the cases, why should I suffer?

Well, my first experience was very poor. Hope you will look into the matter/details and intimate me the action taken, before the image of your airline is further damage. I am writing this feed back at this odd time with the positive intention so that appropriate action is taken in future. Let my suffering be the last.

My PNR -X4MQXE. I had booked 4 tickets from Bengaluru to Delhi and from Delhi to Srinagar. The travelling date is 27/3/2020. The spice jet has sent me 3 messages stating that the flight booked from Delhi to Srinagar has been cancelled and has given the alternate flight no. But has changed the terminal from 1 to 3. I have only one and half hour in Delhi to change the flight from terminal 1 to 3. , and the distance between these 2 terminals is about 7 kms. The spice jet has caused me inconvenience of hurrying from one terminal to another terminal with all my baggage and i have to check-in again for boarding the flight. I have raised a case for this inconvenience and the case no. is 05019105. The spice jet has not contacted me even after 34 hours of booking the complaint.

My concern is about the services provided by the spicejet. Sir I booked a flight from delhi to silchar via guwahati.. but right before boarding they given us option either to cancel the flight Or to take a flight to guwahati in same price we are paying for Delhi to silchar. this last minute cancellation of flight doesn't make spicejet an trusted companion. sorry sir but your services are not up to mark as compared to other service providers.

My flight SG 57 (JAI-DXB) had to take off on 20 Mar. at 09:40. But got cancelled due to Covid-19 epidemic. I want to know when it will be reshceduled. Please tell me soon.
