Hi, i am Dr venkatesh, i have travelled from Jaipur to Hyderabad on 10/5/2019 and my pnr no is U3PK9B. When i landed in Hyderabad i found one of my baggage was damaged very badly and then i went to the transfer counter in rajiv gandhi airport near the belt and waited for more than 45 minutes for an spice jet staff. I landed around 11:45 pm and got my luggage around 12:10am and was waiting for the staff they came to the counter around 1:00am. After repeated calls from indigo and airport staff to some spice jet people. And a lady staff by name priyanka has come and she is least bothered to apologise that she is late and on that she says that i am that bothered about such a small thing. But the thing is lost my house keys it will be having a key chain of captain america. And i came back using spice jet today and my pnr is PGQPQH and i have written and signed today that my bag is damaged while checking, my sincere request is i need my keys please try to help me out. Because by arrogant answer i got the staff priyanka i am sure i wont get them but its just a hope. plz contact me at 9985114525.
