Non receipt of incoming calls
I am an Airtel customer since 2015. My Airtel Mobile No. 7358319555. For the last 10 days I am not able to receive Incoming calls. The callers are getting voice as "the No. is out of network coverage area". After some time SMS is received saying that somebody called me earlier. This is very embarrassing before friends and relatives and they are not able to call me during urgency and emergency. I request to rectify the problem at once and confirm me. Otherwise I will be forced to switch over to any other service provider.

Data usage fraud
When i used data 11pm to 12am then after 12am i got 1.4gb as a my plan , those mb which i was use 11pm to 12am it was add or count on next day which is after 12am start and i got message 50% use and then 100% use. Hi, i am an airtel user and using a broadband connection, my fixed landline number is 01204543389 and account i.d is 7030809585. i want to disconnect my connection and for this i tried toll free airtel number several times but nothing works for me.each and every time they provide me request number for my complain t and promised me that my connection will be disconnect in next 24 hours but still no action taken.my request is to please disconnect my connection as early as possible and let me know through an email.my mail id is aparnajindal14 @gmail.com.

Sir on this 12th september 2019 i have made an internet 4G recharge of Rs199 -1.40GB,100SMS,unlimited calls,+10gb extra data for 84 days. For that day it was an offer on our number but now i got only offer is same but that for only 28 days. Your customer care number dont have any option for doing internet complaints. please provide me rest of the same offer for rest of the 84 days as i have no fault in this airtel have give me this offer on my number.

The mobile No:9618815432 is government agency. July 2019 month bill of Rs.345=00 has been paid through SBI Medak Cheque No:325976 Dated:19.09.2019 through M/S Jaganmayee Communications, Sangareddy on 21.09.2019. But, my out going facility has been disconnected on 04.10.2019. This is Government usage mobile and so many officers have to be contacted daily. This is very inconvenient for daily transactions.

Trns ID : 2838287764. I have called both customer service 198 and 400 but failed to solve my grievance.
