Sir, my self khaidem ranjoy singh from manipur i have travel in spicejet on 13/10/18 from guwahati to Hyderabad flight no SG363 PNR no is LCD6UD seat no 12B actually my luggage has over weight of 7 kg so i have paid by debit card twice but the machine is not responding and i have paid by cash then the transaction msg has come i have written a complaint my complaint no is 02806683 but till now i don't get any refund msg.

1. Spicejet flights are regularly delayed or rescheduled 2. Some of the flights are cancelled 3. Everytime a person from Delhi calls us mentioning that he is calling from SpiceJet but he is not. The moment booking is done our contact details are shared with some agencies. They call us for their travel related products. 4. On 18th May 2019, flight no.SG-502 was rescheduled to depart @ 02:10 pm. We boarded the flight, only 2 air hostesses were serving us on board. They were not found comfortable. While announcing only Pilots related details were announced but not the Crew related details. When the landing was announced, the third air hostess came out from the Pilots cabin. This was seriously suspicious. She was at the Pilot cabin for 2 hours. Such happenings will definitely affect the impression, internal work culture and future business of SpiceJet. This was my own observation and was not discussed with anyone else.

My luggage was missing since on the 6th of September and I was told to come back every time but not yet realised, please tell me is that how your services poor in terms of keeping luggage, because I was so surprise that my luggage can stay like this in your company, I can't change dress since the day, I only Putin on one dress, please find something to do to this kind case, I'm not the only one in this situation that very day. People are given complaints too.

मैंने13/06/2022 को फ्लाइट SG320 में बैंगलोर से झारसुगडा की टिकट कराई थी । फ्लाइट 05.30 घंटे लेट हो गयी हैं। मेरी ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी 02/06/2022 को हुई थी। मुझे आपकी फ्लाइट लेट होने से बहोत परेसान हुई। आपके एम्प्लॉय के द्वारा मुझे किसी भी प्रकार की सुविधा प्रदान नही की गई। आपकी सर्विस बहुत खराब हैं।

I booked spicejet flight Mumbai Srinagar sg 950 on Oct 8. Due to website problem my credit card transaction was declined twice i paid by net banking,which was done. However i received messages that my credit card was debited twice for the said amount. I complain immediately and they credited the net-banking amount in few days but my credit card payment was not refunded till date. Almost 2 months over. I am going to consumer court now and slap spicejet for a heavy penalty.
