No money was received
I tried withdrawing 9000 Rs from my an ATM using my debit card but no money was received due to time out. Please help me, my Ac number 3716283531.

My name is Anil Dhimdhime, account holder of central bank of India tried to withdraw RS.5000 by using debit card of CBI in Bank of Baroda's ATM Machine near railway station Mira road at around 6:30pm. But the amount was not received by me as the amount did not dispensed by the machine but amount deducted from my bank account. Contacted many times to the bank authority that turned deaf ear to my complaint. Non cooperative bank staff.

Balance not shown after depositing money in KIOSK machine
My name is Anupam Kumar a/c holder of Central Bank of India. I had deposited rupees 2000/- in KIOSK Machine of Central Bank of India at Kalambagh Road, Muzaffarpur, Bihar on 19 December 2018 at 10:30 AM. The updated balance of deposited money was not shown in my account balance. Complaint (complaint Number 2763964) regarding the above-mentioned issue was not addressed by the Branch Manager despite a repeated request on the same day and other days. I visited many times for a solution to this problem. Branch Manager attitude towards the solution to this problem was unexpected.

मै मध्य प्रदेश शासन का एक शासकीय कर्मचारी हू। तथा मेरा बचत खाता क्रमांक 2149481792 जो सेन्ट्रल बैक नवलपुर जिला देवरिया में संधारित है।मै अपने बचत खाता में आधार लिंक कराने हेतु 4 दिवस का अवकाश लेकर ग़ह ग्राम जाकर अपने बचत क्रमांक2149481792 में दिनांक 19.02.2019 को बैक जाकर अपने खाता में अपना आधार नंबर 225527968253 के साथ अपना मोबाईल नम्बर 9425471641 लिंक करने हेतु दस्तावेज के साथ आवेदन पत्र दिये जाने के उपरांत आज दिनांक तक शाखा प्रबधक सेन्ट्रल बैक नवलपुर द्वारा मेरे खाते में आधार नंबर व मोबाईल नंबर आज दिनांक तक लिंक नही किया गया है।
मेरा स्वास्थ्य खराब हो जाने के कारण ईलाज कराने हेतु मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 20.02.2019 को जमा राशि में से रूपयें 10000.00 निकालने हेतु निकासी पर्ची जमा करने पर प्रभारी शाखा प्रंबधक द्वारा राशि निकालने से मना करते हुए कहा गया कि आपका हस्ताक्षर मिलान नही कर रहा है मै राशि भुगतान की अनुमति नही दुगा। तो मेरे द्वारा कहा गया कि सर अगर हस्ताक्षर मिलान नही हो रहा है तो मेरे फोटो आधार कार्ड और पैन कार्ड के फोटो एंव मै स्वंय आपके समक्ष उपस्थित हू श्री मान जी स्वंय भी सत्यापन कर सकते है। साथ ही मैने यह भी कहा कि मैआपके शाखा में संचालित दो खाता धारको से भी पुष्टि करा लिजिए कि मै वही व्यक्ति हू कि नही परन्तु शाखा प्रबधंक महोदय द्वारा इस सबंध में किसी प्रकार का निर्णय नही लिया गया तो मेरे द्वारा पुन:लिखित में अपना हस्ताक्षर नमुना परिवर्तित करने हेतु आवेदन दिनांक 20.02.2019 को मय दस्तावेज के साथ देने के उपरांत भी शाखा प्रबधक महोदय नवलपुर द्वारा मेरा हस्ताक्षर नमुना परिवर्तित नही किया गया। जिसके कारण बैक से ईलाज कराने हेतु राशि न निकल पाने के कारण मै अपना हार्ट का ईलाज नही करा सका।
इस संबध में मेरा अनुरोध है कि मेरेबचत खाता क्रमांक 2149481792 में आधार लिंक एंव मोबाईल लिंक करने हेतु बैक में मेरे द्वारा बैक में प्रस्तुत दस्तावेत के आधार पर हस्ताक्षर नमुना परिवर्तन करने हेतु शाखा प्रबंधक सेन्ट्रल बैक नवलपुर जिला देवरिया को निर्देशित करने का कष्ट करे। अगर सात दिवस के अन्दर मेरे बचत खाता मे आधार लिंक एंव मोबाईल लिंक न होने तथा हस्ताक्षर परिवर्तित न होने की स्थिति में बैक से राशि आहरण न होने व राशि वैक में होने केउपरांत आहरण की स्वीक़ति न मिलेने व पैसे की कमी के कारण ईलाज कराने में कोई घटना घटित होती है तो इसकी संपूर्ण जिम्मेवारी शाखा प्रबंधक सेन्ट्रल बैक नवलपुर जिला देवरिया की होगी। इस संबध में मै या मेरा परिवार मान.न्यायिक मजिस्टेट जिला देवरिया के न्यायालय में मानहानि एंव क्षतिपूर्ति हेतु परिवाद दायर करने के लिए वाध्य जायेगा। इसकी संपूर्ण जिम्मेवारी शाखा प्रबंधक सेन्ट्रल बैक नवलपुर जिला देवरिया की होगी।

I transferred RS. 8000 to Bank of Baroda to ac Mehul Arjun Rathod on 10 Oct, but he didn't receive amount in his account. And 8000 was deducted from my account. I registered complaint in Central Bank (complaint no. 3170992). Please help me.

Sir,
I would like to draw kind attention that my father "Madan singh" A/C no. 1187151299 was customer of Central Bank of India at seelampur branch in delhi but august 2018 he passed away and nominee also passed away after some time. Now I want to withdrawal deposit and my mother has visited many times but banker provides only form and not help to fill form. I "Rahul pawan" s/o Madan singh also visited to withdrawal deposit to bank on date 21/6/2019 but banker also provide to me a form to fill. I told them to help filing form but they refuse to help and reply that it is not his work and he has no time and suggested to me to go a lawyer and request to him he would fill form. Which designation is Inward/outward Returning clearing neft/Rtgc DD/Issues. After that I was complaint to branch manager and told him to helped me but he also refused to help me.
I have also complaint to this email id <complaint @centralbank.co.in> two times but not reply.
So please pay attention to my problem and help to withdrawal my deposit.

Wrongly deduct minimum balance charges
With reference to my account no. 3779639449 which I opened during this month.I don't understand the manner to deduct minimum balance charges as I opened this account with in this month and balance not deposited in this account on the same day due to unavailability of the person incharge who look into this matter.
I don't understand why should I have to bear this loss, Please accept my complaint and consider this matter.
Unnecessary balance deduction is not good for the Goodwill of this Bank.
