Please refer to my complaint reference no 2602870 dated 28.09.2018.

1. Is any time line to reply a customer on his complaint to Central bank of India.
2. As I am regularly consulting with concerned branch or CC regarding reply on my complaint but both are telling that your complaint is open wait for reply with bank. It is not understood that how many days a customer have to wait with bank.
3. However, It is requested that the matter may be looked after as early as possible and the amount of withdrawal of Rs.64993/- may be refunded to my account. I am very sorry for inconvenience.

Dear sir, my pension ppo no is DPO/1501020007 dated 31 _1_15 7paypention for retired before 31 1 16 basic became 2.57 original basic and 5 present DA of revised basic. but in 30 september given me current basic34207 two point five Seven multiple of original basic 13310 but bank given me DA 4 percent1369 instead of 5 percent of DA1710. kindly correct my pension amount and areas.

My account number 3712779905 dob- 09/09/1998 home branch ma check book ke liya form application nahi karte ha. check book ke liye mera form application form bhi jama hai par issue nahi hua. please issue me check book. mera account ko suspend ma dal diya hai.

My debit card transaction is not enabled. please solve this problem.

I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000 by using Central Bank of India's ATM debit card from the Bank of Baroda's ATM machine on 23-06-2018 which was near to the Mira-Road railway station, Dist: Thane (Mumbai) but did't received my money. I approached to the concerned branch and made complaint about it. Since then they keep me wandering from their branch to Bank of Baroda's branch. I made correspondence to the both banks branch but result didn't come out. I am still waiting receiving my Rs. 5000.

Sir on 05/07/18 I withdraw RS 9000 from ATM but due to machine default only RS 4000 I received. I complain the bank official regarding this matter but it gone in vain. My account no is 2297450581 BAGRAKOTE t.g Branch, west Bengal, ifsc code CBIN0282955. I am a government employee and its my salary account, kindly solve my this problem neither I would be compelled to take a legal action.

I am directed by the executive of the Union to inform you that the misbehaver/roud behavior of Branch Manager of your Bank i.e. Central Bank of India, LHMC, New Delhi with the clients & Union representative of KSCH.

Today on 3.1.2019 our union’s representative visited the Bank at 12.00but the Manager of Bank Manager was not the seat when I went to next room where other staff were there. I asked the manager to inquire the payment of the staff but the said lady who was not indentified later on seem to be bank manager. It is stated that the said lady misbehaved & there after she roudly talked to me. Inspite of my repeated request she told me that I will tell you I am a bank manager?

She again told that can make complaint to any where I do not care. You are requested to kindly transferring her immediately for smooth function of the bank service. I am also Account Holder A/C No 1210456842.

Can not use atm card, branch state bihar branch Kanpur CBINO281794, account number 3959540999.

This concern About fraud on 20/12/2018.

Somebody took my money from different card..n when I was at my house. the message came from Bank is 14200 is debited from my account. That money is not withdrawn by me. I am living in Aliganj. And money withdraw from rohini. I register a complaint in rohini Police station and also told to my branch. Then the senior manager give me a form of claim and I filled it. Then he said to me the claim is came within a month. But time is going but my money not credited in my account.. so please me.
